This morning, I removed one of the egg bites from the freezer and opened the sealed package. As I looked at it, I noticed something unusual on top of the egg bite. Upon closer inspection, it appeared to be a freeze-dried cockroach embedded in or resting on the product. I was shocked and immediately lost my appetite. I have preserved the product and its packaging and have taken photographs of what I found. At this point, I'm unsure what steps I should take next, so I'm seeking advice on how to properly report the incident and determine whether further investigation is warranted.

I wouldn't normally write a review like this but this woman always has a way of making you feel like a criminal instead of a customer. I'm giving it 2 stars due to the fact that I feel sorry for the man working with her. I was being told I was being too friendly with customers, after only a week of being there I was told that I'm not picking up the training as fast as I should. Then to be accused of misplacing a digital scale, being called a drug dealer to one of my coworkers. Due to these reason and treatment I quit' Friday May 5th, 2023 was payday! Everybody woke up to the surprise of no direct deposit! As I was already geared up to take my kids to a theme park I text the manager "Max" to his response "Oh yeah... they're holding a week of pay from us this month" nobody told us of this. There was no warnings, memos, no communication about this whatsoever! So now we're all left financially stranded without the money we worked for. Rents are due, groceries are needed for our kids and families. When told about this to the manager we were given the owners number. We still haven't received a response! We aren't paid and have no clue what's going on with our pay! As I said this was a cool little job while it lasted but the owner ROB accusing me of stealing things (That has been found since then but hasn't been communicated to me) and calling me a drug dealer to my coworkers was the end of the line of my respect for this place!
