We tried to enter the building, but all of the doors were locked. We watched as an employee put up a sign on each door that said they were closed due to lack of staff. Lack of staff? Or lack of motivation to work? Who does this? What if someone has a problem at one of the numerous pumps? And there are ZERO employees who can come into work? What were the two people doing in there that we saw? Anyway, we left. We didn't even bother giving them our business for the gas.

As a rewards member, I collect points when purchasing gas and often redeem them for coffer. Occasionally, I have indulged in a snack or refrigerated drink. I don't think that I've ever ordered food from this location so I can't speak on the quality or service. Once inside, someone always gives a "welcome to wawa" or acknowledges you with a good morning. The store is always clean and even when busy, the wait hasn't been terribly long. The restrooms have always been clean. Using the app at the pump makes things convenient and easy to pump and pay for gas without having to explicitly utilize a card or go inside to pay. The location is easy to access with traffic flow at one of the two entrances being managed by a traffic light. Overall, okay for me.

He also blew the leaves out from under the hood of my car and checked my oil and water. I am so very thankful to have this level of service in our neighborhood! They also work on AC, brakes, do oil changes and other automotive maintenance and repairs.

This morning, I removed one of the egg bites from the freezer and opened the sealed package. As I looked at it, I noticed something unusual on top of the egg bite. Upon closer inspection, it appeared to be a freeze-dried cockroach embedded in or resting on the product. I was shocked and immediately lost my appetite. I have preserved the product and its packaging and have taken photographs of what I found. At this point, I'm unsure what steps I should take next, so I'm seeking advice on how to properly report the incident and determine whether further investigation is warranted.

Wawa wasn't too busy so I was able to park in front of the building. I entered and went to the mobile pick up area. The food was being bagged and secured as I approached. I was expecting to wait since I had arrived before the pick up time. I was pleased to see my order was almost ready to go. I did have to ask for another bag to separate the hot and cold items. The employee understood and did not hesitate to provide an extra bag. She made sure I had enough utensils and napkins as well. The food was delicious.
