I don't think that I've ever ordered food from this location so I can't speak on the quality or service. Once inside, someone always gives a "welcome to wawa" or acknowledges you with a good morning. The store is always clean and even when busy, the wait hasn't been terribly long. The restrooms have always been clean. Using the app at the pump makes things convenient and easy to pump and pay for gas without having to explicitly utilize a card or go inside to pay. The location is easy to access with traffic flow at one of the two entrances being managed by a traffic light. Overall, okay for me.

The gas line is also pretty horrendous - although it mayyyyyy be worth the .30cent difference. There were many near accidents when people would leave the gas pump just due to general signage issues. All of the stations have long connectors so you don't have to fret as to whether or not you're in a lane that matches the side that your tank is on. This is your typical downtown gas station. A bunch of thugs hanging out in front of the store, and no receipt paper in the pumps. No paper in the pump seems to be a major peeve me. This gas station is conveniently located on the corner of Gore and Orange. Unlike the 7-11 across the street, this gas station is much more logical for the flow of traffic, so you can grab gas and easily head towards downtown, I-4, or Delaney Park. Aside from the physical location, this Chevron is superior because of its prices and its service. The gas prices at this Chevron are usually some of the cheapest in the area, so there is even less incentive to drive anywhere else. While the inside grocery area isn't as big as a WaWa or 7-11, they have good prices for a gas station. The attendant, a younger guy, is very friendly and strikes a good balance for chattyness (i.e. he can hold a conversation, but he won't annoy you by talking your ear off). Overall, while places like WaWa and 7-11 offer more products, the service, prices, and location of this Chevron makes it one of the better gas stations in the Sodo area.

Unlike Costco, your membership card does not need to be validated before you enter. However, you'll need one to purchase anything. When membership renewal time rolls around, I'll reevaluate and determine if the full price is worth it. Fresh cut (service) deli meats and cheeses are unique to BJs in the big Warehouse arena. A Tire Center, a branded gas station, optical, and travel are similar features to others. The gas is priced less than other stations in the area and and additional discount is applied if one uses the branded credit card. I like some of the grocery options I've found here that are not available at Costco where I also have a membership. The interior is spacious and easy to navigate. The checkout features self, employee-assisted, and scan in your cart. If you choose the latter, you follow the "Express" lane signage and head straight to the exit where an employee completes a verification scan. Order ahead pickup and delivery are two addition shopping options. The rest: The parking lot is spacious and can be accessed by 436 or 17/92 (heading north). One unique (and annoying) part of shopping in the warehouse is "Tally", the autonomous robot created to check inventory. Like me, you might hear an electronic "whistle" while shopping and wonder what it is. Should it hang out while you've paused in one area to scope out the grocery offerings (and keep whistling), just tell it to scram, like I did, and it will.

The saving grace is the deals that they have throughout the year for discounted membership, which Sam's does not offer. So you're paying less upfront to join, but the price is for groceries are slightly higher. The story itself is massive and has a great selection that does surpass what most Sam's Club have to offer. This location does have a larger, bakery and deli section, as well as a larger gas station than the local Sam's Club. If you're looking to be cheap, this isn't it, but if you're looking for a better variety, there is good value here.
