This is one of the nearest Mobil gal stations to me but I tend to not stop by that often anymore…read moresince my driving has scaled back now that I work from home. I was needing a quick filling up for my car so I made a quick visit during my lunch break today. Stopped by, quickly got my gas tank topped off and then I was on my way. One of the things I don't love is that I cannot make an immediate left when leaving via the side exit. This is due to the traffic coming down Winter Park and I get it but having to go down the road, make a U-turn and then get caught by the light is just a but annoying at time. Though those are the road rules in place, I don't like it. They also have the older style pumps which you need to use your debit or credit card, it does not use NFC/contact less payments yet.

I went inside and advised the gentleman at the cash…read moreregister that this was a problem and that he might want to take a look at it because I thought maybe someone had placed a skimmer on the pump. He advised me that they had purposefully set this up so that the pumps will not work to take payment so that people have to come inside so they can make more sales. I'll be avoiding this one from now on because when I'm in a hurry, I don't need to be standing in line behind people buying lottery tickets.

This is a BP & Circle K. It can be confusing checking in because they used to be called Circle K…read moreand now it's listed as BP. But if you're looking for the BP/Circle K that's closest to cranes roost, this is it. Location is great, in walking distance to cranes roost park. Today (3/10/22) they are installing brand new gas pumps. I used to come here on a near daily basis. They used to hold on to their employees really well and I could say to them by name and they would ask how things were going if they hadn't seen me in a while. It was nice to be noticed and missed, ngl. But, something has changed in the last 6-8 months and there has been a lot of turnover. This led to some problems. For example: The soda & ice machines weren't getting cleaned properly and that black gooey mold was coming out with the ice and there was some gross build up around the hole where the ice comes out. (Needless to say, I owe a thank you to them for kicking my soda habit. I'm a silver linings kind of gal, haha.) In all honesty that was a scary gross health hazard and I'm glad it has now been resolved. There is still a lot of turnover with employees so I am concerned these issues could get neglected again. Not sure what has caused the extreme turnover but glad things started moving in a positive direction again as far as cleanliness. I'm obviously not coming in daily anymore, but I'm hopeful to continue to see improvement. There has been some remodeling inside the store, and like I mentioned above, they are putting in new pumps today. They have cold beer to grab for your cooler for a beach day. They have lots of snacks. Need to air up your tires? I think it's $1.50 and the machine takes credit card because who has that many quarters on hand. Lol. Basically, despite the downhill turn this location was taking, they've now been turning things around in the right direction. I hope they can get back to normal soon and also maintain it....and I feel hopeful they will. Hence 3 stars. Once some time has passed and if they achieve this I'll update my review.

It's often dirty and the soda machines are either out of ice, soda, or the dark sodas are clear and everything else is flat. I've also gone there on the weekend and there is no one around and there's a note saying they'll be back in 15 minutes. I know it's because they're alone and have to use the restroom, but this is just weird. Save yourself the trouble and just go to WaWa.

The staff members at this BP are always so awesome. I must say, I don't expect much from a gas station convenient store, as far as customer service goes, but the employees are always friendly and there's a few that are pretty funny, they have some real personalities! I do enjoy stopping at this location specifically for that reason, it's just more enjoyable than most gas station trips.

The staff here are both friendly and professional and I have never had anything even remotely close to a negative experience. In addition to the competitive gas pricing, this particular Marathon gas station has the usual convenience store items inside and if you are craving something a bit more substantial, it is East Colonial Drive (a major thoroughway through Orlando), so there are a slew of dining options nearby. This Marathon is also convenient if you are getting off of 408 onto East Colonial Drive. This Marathon also has a friendly staff. They have always been friendly and helpful. All in all, this is a good choice to fill your vehicle. I would definitely recommend here.

DO NOT TRUST THIS CAR WASH - They Damaged My Mother's Car…read moreVisit Date: Saturday, October 25, 2025 My mother took her Tesla to Johnny Clean Car Wash on this date, and the wash scratched the paint severely along the side of the car. She has clear video and photos showing the difference before and after, so the damage absolutely occurred there. When she brought it to their attention, some of the regular workers tried to be kind to her, but the manager on duty, Taji Street, was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. Instead of taking accountability, Taji refused to allow my mother to keep photos she took of the damage on-site -- almost like they were trying to prevent any evidence from being documented. That alone says everything about how this place handles responsibility. My mother filed a damage report and was assured someone from corporate would reach out. It has now been over two weeks with zero response. No email, no call, nothing. Total avoidance and neglect. At this point she will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, because the lack of accountability and the disrespectful treatment from management is unacceptable. This car wash damaged the vehicle, refused to acknowledge it, and then ignored follow-up. Terrible management. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience. If you value your car, go anywhere else.

Choosing and paying for washes is usually simple, but the machines can be finicky if you pull your card too fast or slow. Not really a big deal since crew members are quick to help. On this particular visit lines were very long - almost to the street! - but it's lovebug season, so I chalked it up to that. Crew members were on the spot with directions to keep lines moving, but still friendly. I have Disney AP magnets on my car and the crew removed them carefully, and made sure I got them. How nice!
