This is a very nice Wawa. The staff are nice and the store looks well maintained. The beer cooler looks very well organized too. The staff were friendly and looked to be taking good care of the store. They had a wide variety of stuff from fresh fruits to cheeses and some grocery items. They have wine and beer as well. Normally... Wawa is what it is, you take the good with the bad, you get your gas and move on, but I guess this particular Wawa was busy restocking after Christmas because everything was a mess. Shelves unstocked, boxes in the aisles, trash on the floors, etc. I got my gas, and I grabbed a drink for the road, but was happy to leave the messy store behind me. read more

Let's face it, many people love Wawa. They're big, gas prices are usually reasonable, they have a very large convenience store with so much to offer and for this type of business, their food is pretty good. The only negative I have is the easy in and out at this location can be a bit frustrating, ergo the 4 star rating. read more

I remember when Wawa first started popping up in Central Florida... all the Northerners were super excited. My reaction was "it's a gas station." Well... I was wrong. Wawa deserves the hype that comes with the name. It's a gas station, coffee shop, and cafeteria all in one. This Oviedo location is the closest one to my house and I love it. I am here at least once a week whether it is for gas, coffee or a quick meal. This particular location is always clean on both the inside and the outside. They have a cafeteria with a huge menu where you can basically eat at any time of the day. They serve hot breakfast, their well known Hoagies, bagels, some fried finger food, like mozzarella sticks, personal pizzas and more! They also have a coffee shop inside... Serving everything from your frozen coffee drink, similar to a frapuccino, hot espresso coffee, regular cup of joe and smoothies. Last, but not least, you can place your order online or through their interactive digital menu where you can customize your selections. They also have a decent beer and wine selection, fresh pastry that is brought in everyday, fresh fruits and salads, your regular junk food, and FREE WIFI!! Yes, ladies and gentlemen, this location, in Oviedo, has free Wifi. Friendly and fast customer service. Decent food and a cool rewards programs that gets you rewards every once in a while. This was my first time at any Wawa. I'm from California. My wife has been to many Wawa's. My wife's call to stop here was a great call. I really liked the touch screen feature to order your own custom sandwich. At a touch you can have it made with many multiple options of meats and condiments. You can have many choices of breads and, toasted! The selection of chips and snacks are plentiful. I found myself really struggling to just buy one bag of chips. You also have the Coca Cola Freestyle Machine to make your own delicious fountain drink combo. They also have a huge selection to make your own personalized coffee. They have a pretty good fresh, soft pretzel too! And, the gas prices are very reasonable too. My only complaint is that they don't have Wawa on the west coast! This place is great! I definitely will go to Wawa again as soon as I get the opportunity. read more

Oviedo Wawa off Mitchell hammock is "meh". I go and I'm desperate for gas. Huge spiders on the pumps- could be seasonal? Wish they did something to avoid because it is sketchy. No alternative milk options for their coffees/beverages. Always super packed and chaotic to navigate. But at least they have gas! read more

I have worked at gas stations and fast food establishments so believe me when I say this Wawa is jank, my roommate literally went into get food and some wine for her and the lady was SO RUDE and would not sell it to her because I was accompanying her. She STARED AT HER I.D. that clearly said above 21 and refused to sell it to her. I didn't purchase anything and was only being her designated driver for the night. I cannot believe what an unpleasant experience we had with the cashier. Not to mention they are always out of most food items in the kiosk. read more

Night supervisor Matthew is a rude supervisor that is on a power trip. He shouldn't be in management because he gave me wrong info about what I can add beyond sausage to. You CAN add beyond sausage to anything you want, they just have to add the PLU at the register. That PLU is 18476. read more

Kareese Vega should be, if not already a manager!!! This lady is the most sincere, professional and kind employee in this store!!! Its SUCH a difference when she is not there; can't stand ordering with the other staff. (Made to feel by these disrespectful and unprofessional staff, like your NOT paying for your food and beverages, and they are literally making your items out of their kitchens and hate to do so!) Mandatory mask signs posted everywhere in the store and before entry. I counted over 10 customers WITHOUT masks on. I asked to speak with the manager and asked why the needs of the few outweigh the needs of the many and his response was, "we can not force customers to wear masks for fear of staff safety". He went on to say, "while we provide masks" customers simply do not wear them. How are these patrons being held accountable? Why are they permitted in the store? I am a mask wearing patron and deserve to feel safe. County mandate requires masks- federal restrictions require masks. Why is this policy so lax with this company or specifically in this store? I have never really been to a Wawa before, but my first experience was a good one. I arrived around 10 o'clock at night and there was still someone at the cashier to take my money for gas, someone cooking food inside and another two floating to help where they could. The inside was super clean as well as the outside. If there's one around my house then I'll certainly be going to them again. read more

WaWa, what is going on with your coffee at this location??? Three times in one week I have stopped for coffee and it's been a disaster. Problems include warm coffee (not hot), no 24 ounce cups, no cup cozy (for the visit when the coffee WAS hot), no vanilla cream, 3 of 8 coffee dispensers "closed" (out of stock) and of course the flavor I wanted. Things happen, I get it...obviously you weren't prepared for the crazy amount of customers for you're $1 coffee special. But worst of all was the attitude of the staff. One visit the lady was a bit apologetic but the other two, the men had an attitude like "yeah, I know...oh well." Third time was supposed to be the charm...I don't know if I will be giving you a fourth. read more

I am in shock, honestly. I put in an online order, and got there 5 minutes before the established finished time. My friend and I walked in, and immediately went to the sandwich pick up area. We saw a lady in a black shirt (a manager), and a worker for the sandwich station chatting by the hot food station. We stood at least 8+ minutes before the wonderful barista asked us if we were waiting on something. I showed her my online order that was not ready. She radioed to someone and they said they hadn't received an order. It was already supposed to be finished. She hand wrote the order and began making it, meanwhile the manager and a worker stood less than 5 feet behind her. Let's not forget, she is the barista, not the food line worker. She finished my order and I asked if that was the manager behind her and she said yes. I called the manager over and asked why she and a worker just stood there chatting about for over 10 mins while we just stood there and someone else did her job?? She said she didn't see us.. honestly, that barista should get a raise for going out of her way and helping us. And that manager should be reprimanded for making her company look awful, as well as that worker who also completely ignored us and the situation. read more

I love WaWa! But I have to share this. I have been there 3 times in the last week. Twice I have had my breakfast order made wrong. This morning I ordered extra sausage on my eggs and got none! Not a big deal in the scheme of things, but if you are going to ask me if I want it, and I pay for it, then I should get it. I will have to check my order each time from now on. What a pain! read more
