Last night I went to this 7 eleven and an old man that work there racial profiled me . It was about 8 or 9 pm . I grabbed a Twix changing my mind. I saw Chico sticks and put the Twix next to the Chico sticks. I came up to the counter and he asked me if I put the candy bar back in front of other customers as if I stole it. Smh . politely I said, of course I did ,because I saw the Chico sticks that I haven't seen in so long . It was so embarrassing, very uncalled for and not professional at all . The customers all looked at each other in shame. In today's world people like that should be working in customer service. I love this store but I especially one of the worker Michelle she was a great cashier even when I didn't have enough she would put her money in or tell me don't worry bout it even when I brought my kid she understood as a mother and even bought my kid something I went in there happy to see her but I ask where she was and they said she was fired which sucks I wish she could of stayed they need more people like her she was great I watched her help a lot of people have a lot of people smiling read more

Amazing cashiers! Super nice and friendly :) this location is decently busy, especially the Redbox, so if you are closer to a Publix location with a Redbox I would recommend going there. Very good beer selection especially for the singles. Always good beer prices! read more

This 7-Eleven is pretty typical as far as 7-Elevens go - cheap, mediocre food (which I actually like, but most don't share my affinity for gas station food), the famous Slurpee (which they usually have at least one sugar free option for those that want the Slurpee experience, but not all the sugar) and a variety of snacks, lotto tickets and beverages. They also have gas pumps (not all 7-Elevens do), however, there are only 4 of them and if you go during daytime hours, there's a 50/50 chance you'll have to wait in line to fuel up. What makes this 7-Eleven stand out is the staff. I've been coming here for years and the staff are always friendly and appear to be in a good mood, which makes all the difference. I've seen more than a few grumpy Gus's turn their mood around after interacting with the staff members and I know that I always leave with a smile even if I didn't come in with one. Every time I come here the owner is so rude. She always has an attitude and always has a snarky comment to say under her breath. Tonight, went to get a drink and cigarettes. She IDs honey, like she does every time we come here, and after purchasing the cigarettes, and being handed them, she decides now she wants to ID me too. Honey at this point was extremely irritated by her ignorance. This woman checks our ID every single time we come here. We never look any different. We're both over 21, I've bought booze here plenty of times. And besides, every other staff member knows us and doesn't bother IDing us anymore. Everyone in the store is nice except this lady. I stopped in to use the atm to get cash to pay my babysitter. I was in a rush because the longer it takes for me to get home the more I have to pay. I walked in, used the atm, and walked out to my car. As I turned to look behind me to back up there was this guy standing at my drivers side window. At first I just thought he was begging for money so I kept trying to back up. When he wouldn't let me pass and motioned for me to roll down the window I barely cracked the window. He said are you going to pay for that? I said pay for what?? He said that Red Bull you took. I motioned to the seat next to me and said I used the atm and nothing else. After continuing to look my car over he finally let me back up and leave. He wasn't even an employee of the place. I won't be returning read more

This is the worst 7-11 ever. Often I'll go in and there's nobody up front. You grab what you want to buy, wait and wait, and finally leave and go the 7-11 half a mile up the road where they're always pleasant. Or there will be a long line while only one employee works and the owner distracts the other one. The owner is nice enough but his wife is always scowling and unfriendly. Today I walked in and the sole employee saw me. While I was grabbing my sodas, she went in back. I waited at the counter. Nothing. I said "hello?" and nothing still. I left without my purchase, and saw her come out of the back as I was pulling away in my car. Sorry, don't have all day to purchase two monsters. This place is a joke, avoid at all costs. This 7-11 is located at Howell Branch Road about 1/2 mile from Semoran Blvd in Winter Park and offers the store and gas stations. Gas prices are pretty in line with the area. The store offers the regular convenience items, including lotto and powerball tickets. Since the Powerball Jackpot was 230million, (Because 10, 20, 30 million is just too paltry to motivate me to buy a ticket) I swung in for tickets and was on my way. No winning ticket, but nice service! ;) read more

Don't care for the store. The guy at the counter seemingly knows everyone who comes in there. Not literally but that's how the line gets held up sometime. I was about to say today they never opened the second register but a young lady came today after nine people were in line and start it waiting on people. I'm guessing it's a older 7-Eleven but just always seems like the space is tight inside. Can be quite busy too. I usually go for the Slurpee's but there's usually a prob with the machine and a flavor I want. read more
