I've placed food orders online multiple times this week and tonight was the 3rd time I've had my…read moreburger made incorrectly. So after the third time tonight I've decided to write a review about it. I order a simple bacon cheeseburger with tomatoes, and instead I get a burger with NO bacon, and they add onions and lettuce. I've worked in the restaurant industry for about 10 years, from server, to line cook, to kitchen manager, to assistant general manager, it is not that hard to read an order and make the food the way it specifies on the ticket. Seems to be the same employee every time it's made incorrectly, a taller gentleman around 6'2ish, he's always with 1 hair net over his head with a bonnet on and another hair net around his beard. Has a very dismissive customer service attitude. The standard for employee excellence at this location must not be very high. It's safe to say I will not be ordering any food from this location again anytime soon.

It's Christmas Day and unfortunately one of my sisters happened to work that day so I did the favor of dropping her off to work on my way out from dropping off my sister to her job I stopped by at the gas station on address and proceeded to stop to use the restroom unfortunately at that moment I had to use it , I went in to the gas station in a rush because I had to use the restroom badly once I get to the bathroom door the door is locked so I proceeded to ask the employee if she could unlock the restroom so I could use it because it was an emergency she told me no that restrooms are to remain locked and no one can use them because she's the only employee working , there were no other customers at that moment I I explained to her it was an emergency , she went and told me why I hadn't used the one in my house before stepping out . I couldn't believe this is how employees respond to customers now. It's crazy that this is how customers get treated just for needing to use the restroom, I asked her name but she didn't want to provide it so just would like for this employee to be addressed about this situation and honestly reprimanded it was totally uncalled for and unecessary for her comment . All of this happened on December 25th around 8:20am only employee on duty that day Poor piss attitude on this employee and just no respect .

When I first became a FR member, I went inside to get some help using my rewards along with some gift cards and he gave me a line about not being able to pay for gas with gift cards and the points are added later- without taking my member info. I went outside to the pump, figured it out for myself and paid for my gas with the gift card. Truly, they swindle and try to milk you for anything. If you have Fuel Rewards, just head to the I Drive location that's 5 minutes away. Better people and service.

I'm not sure what the extra $0.25 off was for but we ended up with a total of $0.40 off so of course we are going to go to a shell. $30 later and we have a full tank, can't be mad about that. It was one of these cheapest shell gas around us on our way home so we went there. Most likely will be back and very close to our house. It is one of the few stops along this stretch of the Florida Turnpike. They have a fenced in pet area, a gas station with snacks, and a large welcome center with a few restaurants and nice restrooms. Right outside of the gas station is a drive through tire pressure checking station. I do not understand how it works, but it is convenient and cool. The welcome center has a decent sized gift shop, a Wendy's, a KFC, a Dunkin, and a Villa Pizza. You can order Wendy's at the counter of through one of their self-serve kiosk. If the line is long, using the kiosk may save you some time. You will also find kiosks that show traffic on the highways and information brochures for Florida attractions. You can also get a Sun Pass here, which is gold on Florida roads and they have a staffed information desk here where you can get help from a person. The restrooms are nice sized, but this place can get very busy if a bus or two stops here. That happened while I was there and the place was swamped. The place was relatively clean, but the staff was a bit slow on cleaning tables as people left. The dining area is adequate and there is also seating outside. I really liked this service plaza. It really prepared me to finish off my few hours of driving. It had everything I needed and more. I recommend making this place a stop on your trek trhough Florida.
