The store supervisor, Stephen, completely ignored us. He wouldn't make eye contact or acknowledge either of us, despite there being no line when we first arrived. What's even more frustrating is that I had just watched him make a milkshake for another customer, so it wasn't as if he couldn't work the ice cream counter. Even after a line started to form, he still refused to help. Eventually, another employee came out from the back to assist us, but the experience didn't improve. She forgot my ice cream order, got confused between my order and my dad's, and seemed completely unprepared to handle such a simple request. The entire experience was frustrating, disorganized, and completely unacceptable. We spent over half an hour waiting for ONE SCOOP OF ice cream while being ignored by the store supervisor. Customer service like this is disappointing and makes me think twice about returning. I hope management addresses the lack of professionalism and customer service at this location.
