Wow worst attitude ever. Came in to get gas and a soft drink. I forgot to wear my mask and he screamed thru top of his lungs. Get the f out and don't come in here ever again without a mask. So I proceeded to just get gas outside with my card. After filling up my tank he comes running out and yells at me again don't ever come to my store again. I'm thinking where is this coming from? I get that COVID is making people agitated but this was uncalled for. Why would he need to come out and scream at me again? IIs it because I was with my black friend? Or because I'm Hispanic? I come here to get my car washed all the time. It's open 24/7 and gets your car clean for $6. Sure, you could go to the self service wash for less, but this is how I like to do things... Let the machines wash the filth off so I don't have to use my energy. Oh, and payment can be with a code you buy inside or credit card, never debit card. read more

This gas station is conveniently placed near the California 55. There is a car wash for those that need a quick was but I would not recommend it. There is also a propane machine here. Gas is cheaper when you order a car wash but this gas station is for those that need gas before hitting the freeway and nothing else. Gas is cheaper in the nearby areas. read more

Didn't listen to myself the forst time. Went through the drive through car wash today- AGAIN- and my car still ended up with the interior smelling like rotten eggs. Never in my life have I experienced a car wash as uniquely atrocious as this. We waited for 45 minutes for two cars to be individually scolded by the management for not following the non existent directions on this 5th grade science project level of a contraption. We told the man (who sipped his coffee while this all happened) that we should never have to wait this long for a car wash. His response will be embedded in my memory for an eternity "all car washes are very busy today". Car wash sucks! Only paid for the $6 but didn't even get spots from rain and left additional water spots. Didn't wash back of car at all. Vacuum is $2 and had very poor suction. I had to use paper towel & water bottle to get spots off myself. $8 spent for nothing. read more

DONT BOTHER! I stopped to obviously get gas and decided to get a car wash also. There was a car ahead of me who went through just fine, now my turn...I wait for the green light to go and nothing! I creep in slowly thinking it'll eventually start, still nothing, I waited and nothing so I pull out and go to the cashier and tell him what happened. His key phrase was "I don't know what to tell you" how about sorry let's try again? He had the nerve to ask if I paid or even tried driving in, all while watching another car on the monitor going through the same thing I just went through. He gives me another code I pull around to try again, surprise surprise the car struggling is still in there and finally gives up. I tried again and lo and behold STILL DOESNT WORK! After I wasted 15 mins of my life I go back to the cashier for a refund, he gives me an attitude because apparently he has to work. This place is an actual joke as a car wash and customer service! I am a Tustin resident and constantly go here to put gas.. I have tried on different occasions to get my car wash, and either the machine is broken, the code doesn't work or the attendant gives me a wrong code! Not to mention that even though there are cameras to monitor the car wash nobody pays attention.. Waste of time and energy.. Save your money and go down the street. I tried a charge at the pump #1. Kept failing. Charged $25 inside instead. The next three days I get additional charges on the card at different locations, $100,$1,$95, Obviously a skimmer was planted in pump. Owner does not answer phone listed for location. Arg! read more

This gas station is near my home and the freeway and therefore I have frequented it often for convenience, but no longer. Their pumps are continually broken, their network is down often so that you cannot use your credit card either at the pump or inside, and they allow the receipt tapes at the pumps to run out so that if you want to use the car wash, you have to go in and ask for the code since the tape is out at the pump. They also rarely mark pumps that are out of service so you pull up, get your card out, put the nozzle in and then realize that the thing is out of order. I would say 4 out of 5 times that I come here, there is some issue and when you are in a rush on your way to work, who wants to deal with these inconveniences, not to mention the insolence behind the counter. read more

Stay away from this Gas station. They are a rip off. I had paid for gas and was charged a car wash as well. Since I was there I decide to take the car wash and don't complain. I went to the car wash and I did not have a code for the machine. I went to the window and the attendant told me I had to pay again. I called the manager and she told me she could give me the code. I went back and she was not there. I waited for her and the new attendant told me she was not coming back. He told me I needed to come another day. I can't believe it. I am calling my bank. The SLOWEST gas pumps around. They are right next to the freeway and they set their pumps too slow. Don't waste your time here, drive somewhere else. It took 10 minutes to pump 15 gallons! I will NEVER come here again!!! read more

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. Their foam soap dispenser is broken and the car did not get cleaned at all, and when i spoke to the manager he called me a liar when you could clearly tell that the car did not get soaped from the security camera. TERRIBLE experience. read more

Realizing this is only a gas station and good customer service isn't a big priority, the girl I encountered working at the register had the rudest tone I have experienced in a long time. Their car wash was broken and, feeling badly for the 2 cars waiting behind me, I ran in to see what to do and she told me "you need to wait, I have to get through this line first." In the rudest tone you could imagine. She also accused me of not paying for the wash and trying to get a free wash. That's not how you talk to a customer, she could have said "I'll be right with you once I finish up" and I would have been fine with that.
