DONT GET GAS HERE!!!!! Pumped gas and got charged, the gauge did not go up AT ALL. I took pictures and will be contacting the police.

I put $40 in my tank and the gas barely budged. This is the 2nd time this happened. Last time I put in $60 and my wife noticed that the gauge barely moved. This location is right off the highway and open late- otherwise I wouldn't have come again. I'll make sure to go to a different place next time. read more

I'd give this location zero stars if it was an option. I went in for change to get air in my tire. I'm having trouble keeping my tire filled and I wanted to ensure I'd make it back home. I was traveling with 2 kids and my senior mother, so I needed the attendant to also change my 2 dimes and a nickel to complete a second dollar worth of quarters and not only did the worker reluctantly get up to help me, but he refused to give me a quarter for my dimes and nickels. He was extremely rude, without letting me explain my situation. I will NEVER return to this location and will be sure to spread the word. I was there on Sunday December 3rd around 6pm. read more

Always good service. My car was fixed on time. Super cheap. The car technicians are always honest about issues o had with my car. One time I even tested them. I knew what that my A/C had leakage but I was insisting if I need to replace the entire A/C unit. Which is at least 4-5 times higher in labor price. But they were honest and charged me only for fixing a pipe that gets coolant to the AC. Love them. I go there for two years so far. Even when I moved 30 min away from them. read more

I have a 2001 car that I still like a lot and want to keep, but it had had a serious overheating problem for about 3 years. Four different mechanics had checked it out, but none diagnosed the problem, and all acted as if I was delusional because they were unable to make it overheat as I described. At first, the guys at Parkway Mobil had the same trouble, but they stuck with me, listened in detail, and kept looking until they found the answer and fixed the problem. (It was a stage-two fan switch failure combined with a partial radiator blockage.) On top of that, due to the overheating, my A/C also hadn't worked in 3 years, making some summer days brutal. So after the repair, I drove it enough to be sure the overheating problem was truly gone, then took it back in unannounced on a Saturday morning and they recharged the A/C within a couple of hours. No problem, icy cold. Thanks to Craig, Paul, and the whole Parkway Mobil crew, my great old car feels (almost) new again. The engine no longer overheats, so I can take longer trips again, and now that I also have A/C back, my passengers and I don't overheat either. I should also add that while this work wasn't cheap, the cost was very reasonable for the amount of work required, and MUCH less than I would have paid at a dealership. read more

Brought my 2017 Merz there for an inspection. The extremely rude vietnamese mechanic failed me because he said the white paint on the licence plate was off, but the plate is completely readable in even 80ft away. I returned in a month, and showed him the proof from RMV, but he didn't know what that was and tried to fail me the 2nd time. I asked, "what the f is your problem?" The next very moment, he pointed his finger at my face, told me to shut up and called me a "f-ing whore". Not only their technician is lack of knowledge to do the job, but the worst is also using severe offensive words insulting and assaulting the customer. read more

I work around the corner from here, many of my coworkers have come to Mobil for inspections, service, etc. We loved them... until owners and/or management changed. They recommended work to be done to our vehicles that was not necessary, recently done, etc. My most recent experience was when I left my car there to have 2 snow tires taken off and my regular tires re-mounted. I dropped my keys off and expected to get a phone call when everything was done. I was lucky enough to go to opening day for the Sox, so I didn't plan to return to my vehicle until late at night or the next morning. I never got a call. I showed up the next morning, Saturday, to get my car. No one from service was there, only a woman at the counter. Instead of my bill being $40, it was $50 so I asked why. She said that they found a nail in my tire and had to patch it. So i paid my $50, hopped on 93 south and drove 7-10 miles before I had a flat tire. This is also when I noticed how scratched my front rims were - both in the same spots, which I now assume to be from the machine they put a tire on to mount it. The tire was destroyed, the inner ring of the tire was completely separated from the rubber, which did not happen in the short distance I drove, they ruined my tire - I was ballistic. Eventually I showed up at Mobil a few days later demanding them to replace my tire. My tire wasn't new at all, but still had a decent amount of life left on it. The man, whoever he is that seems to be the boss, was beyond rude to me - talked to me like I was a bimbo, insulted me and basically laughed in my face. My father owned a garage for a large part of his life, I wasn't allowed to drive until he could pass some of that knowledge onto me. So this jerky guy offered to get me a new tire "for cost" and install it for free. His "cost" was $90 - which I am smart enough to know that $90 is certainly not what he would pay. Finally I drove up to Advance Tire Co. in Cambridge where I bought all of my tires, they fixed me up and they told me I was completely right in my assumptions about how whoever mounted my tires. They also showed me the $10 patch job that Mobil gave my tire, without my consent - and IT WAS HUGE and the tire should have been replaced, not mounted. In conclusion, definitely go to this Mobil if you're interested in ruining your tires, rim's or getting ripped off. I get that mistakes happen, but treat your customers right! read more

Using Mobil gas because it is the only gas station that offer is 93 unleaded in Boston. Coming from California I never have that option because I always had a use 91 for my little sports car. Now the only reason why this place is getting a 3-star compared to a five-star it's because it is about $0.10 higher than any other gas station I have have put gas in so far. I will be looking for another Mobil gas station with the price I pay elsewhere. read more

Rudest people ever. I went in to the store to purchase something, the guy working there was rudely demanding to know how I was paying before giving me what I asked for. I told him debit, he told me I could only pay by debit which was fine. I put my pin in after swiping my card, the transaction finishes and he starts berating me for using my card as a credit card. I explain that I put my pin in so it was debit and he starts arguing with me and not handing over the items I already paid for. He was continuing to argue after giving me my items as I was walking out of he store. It's like they don't want customers. I used to stop here a lot out of convenience, now I will go out of my way to avoid it. Stay away from this place if you want good service for a simple task. read more
