BJ GAS SUPERVISORS NEED TO ADDRESS THAT EACH CUSTOMER SHOULD RECEIVE A CASH RECEIPT WHEN DOING A TRANSACTION - who knows if they actually puts that cash in the register! I have seen two in the booth one is playing on the phone oblivious to what's going on! Totally unacceptable and the Value here is higher than Stoughton and there are always grid lock at many times! Hire a detail to keep traffic going safely! Many customers I have talked to are also Frustrated! Poor Service, Poor Location exit/entrance, Poor customer service never giving receipts! I pulled into this gas station and an employee approached my car asking if I was getting gas. I…read moresaid yes. He asked if I wanted him to pump it for me, and I politely said no, I've got it. He then told me to pull up to another pump. I asked if the pump I was at was broken, and he said no. I asked why I needed to move when there were FIVE other completely empty pumps available. He then said he wanted another car to be able to use the pump I was at because it was a "service pump." At that point, the interaction became unnecessarily rude and confrontational. I told him that I did not appreciate his attitude and that I would report the interaction. I ultimately decided not to give this business my money and left for another gas station across the street. What makes this even more concerning is that when I told the attendant at the other gas station what happened, she immediately said she has heard similar complaints about this location. If you offer full-service gas, that's fine. But if a customer declines assistance, that should be the end of it. There was no reason to become argumentative or make me feel uncomfortable for simply wanting to pump my own gas. I won't be returning.

He then started walking away from me and mumbling like oh no I don't think so, but you can change it and come back then, and then literally walked away from me. I left and changed it at home with that extra bulb I had in 5 minutes. It works. TLDR: Tried to scam me for $140 for 2 minutes of work with a bulb I HAD for the change. Then scurried away when I confronted him about it. Most shops would've done it for free or like $10, especially since I had the bulb lol. Scam artist.

I had already given the cashier $50. I grabbed 26 cents from the car and expected $16 in change. When I gave the cashier the change he said "you don't like quarters?". I was surprised and just said no. He angrily said just as good as dollars. He was filling out a keno ticket and was seriously annoyed with me for giving him exact change, so he had to swap the quarters for a dollar. And I haven't seen another gas station in the town that has cheaper gas. Plus this place is super convenient and the attached car shop is extremely good to. They get you the inspection sticker without too much hassle. If you call ahead of time, they will be extremely prompt in taking care of your car. Knock on wood, I have never had any problems with my car for which i had to bring it in to the shop. But I see these guys always busy with cars. Which means they must be doing a good job. At least that's what I decipher every year when i get my inspection sticker. The shop is closed early on Sundays. And so are the gas pumps / mini mart.

For the inspection this month, my Forester-specialized headlight was out, and they ordered, delivered and installed a new one and certified the car and had me on my way in about 30 minutes. There always seems to be spots available for filling up your tank and the pumps even have a lever, so you can go hands-free while you wait for your tank to fill up. There's also a little screen that plays weather, news etc. while you wait. The station is getting renovated and it will soon feature a small shop for coffee, baked goods and deli meats! Looking forward to that happening.

You can usually get in there that day or certainly the next day in the morning. They have plenty of room for cars even if they have to stay overnight. It's a great location.
