When I parked to dry it off, I noticed that the machine had broken my rear wiper arm. I immediately informed the employees, and they were very helpful and professional. They explained the process, took my information, and said they would review the camera footage to determine what happened and how to proceed with a repair or replacement. I appreciated their cooperation and quick response at that moment. However, about two weeks later, a manager from their main office called and told me that there was nothing they could do. They said they followed all protocols, including taping the wiper before washing, and therefore were not responsible. While I understand that policy, this situation was beyond my control, and I expected a bit more customer care. The part costs around $50, which isn't a big deal, but losing a loyal customer over such a "small" amount seems counterproductive. I've been paying about $30 per month (roughly $360 per year), and would have continued if they had gone above and beyond to make things right. I'm disappointed that Rapids chose policy over customer satisfaction. A simple gesture of customer care could have kept me as a happy, long-term customer.

I have a membership with Rapids Express and love that I can go to any of their locations. I think getting a membership is definitely worth it if you get your car washed at least three times a month. Car was does a pretty good job and I just have the cheapest membership. They have many spots where you can dry your car and vacuum. I would definitely recommend.

It's fast, clean, everything works well, the staff is always friendly, and the line moves quickly. Today, I had an unexpected situation. For some reason, my car locked itself with my keys and phone inside while I was drying the outside. Melissa was incredibly kind and let me use her own phone to call a locksmith. She even made sure everything was confirmed and later helped me cancel when, fortunately, Eddie, another employee, came to the rescue. Eddie had the right tool and was able to open my car without causing any damage, so I could get my keys and be on my way. The whole situation was resolved in less than 20 minutes! The dial that changes the setting is super convenient and works well. I also love how they have a separate brush and foam cannon for the tire and wheels! This is definitely one of the most convenient ways to wash your car and I will be back the next time I need to wash my car. The foam cannon has a pre-soak soap and the main soap which allows for a more thorough wash.The pressurized water just eliminates dirt, grime and stains in the paint with ease. I wasn't able to use the vacuum while I was there so that will have to be for next time. I paid $5 for 10 minutes and I would say it is well worth the price, just make sure to utilize the time really well and keep an eye on the timer. I can't wait to see how the shots came out for the video!
