It had a weird smell inside... Like cigarettes? Gross!! The floors were sticky. I did see a caution sign inside, maybe they knew about the sticky floors? Purchased gas and a car wash inside the store cash on 4/28/25 pulled up and put the $2.50 they want for the vacuum. Vacuum doesn't even turn on... Go inside, the lady barely speaks English but says it's not working no refunds tho. Another employee pulls up and says oh the vacuum hasn't been working ....(No sign on it saying out of order). I asked for my money back and he rudely says sorry we don't give refunds. I'm trying to explain if it's broken you need to tell people or tape it off. I guess a bad review is worth $2.50 to them. read more

Came here around 5:30 am on a weekday and found new pumps and the tap card function now working! Wonderful improvement, finally! Now I can come here whether or not the convenience store is open. I have never used the car wash here, so I can't tell if that's good or not, but it's available. Gas prices are average but location is good, right next to the 55S onramp. read more

We stopped by here to buy an item but instead of telling us they didn't carry this said item, he rolled his eyes and glared at us in a really uncomfortable and creepy way. I don't recommend coming out at night alone especially if you're a female but even with two people, this place shouldn't even be on your list to stop by. I went to the Chevron Station on E. Katella Ave. in Orange. I had to gas up Diana's car, since it was running low on gas. At the mini store I bought; a bag of unsalted cashews, and a bag of yogurt trail mix. The store was nice and clean, and the cashier was nice and friendly. If I could give less than 1 star this is definitely the place to receive it. Pros: there are none!! Cons: Its 5pm on a sunday, and I need a car wash and some gas, I go to use my card at the pump and it reads see cashier, I go to the shop to see the cashier and the doors are locked and a sign reads come back in 45 minutes. I try getting a wash, and the sign reads pay inside ...smh What a waste of time visiting here. Will not be returning, later chevron! read more

Hello everyone, Please be aware of this store. On 7/29/19, I purchased a pack of American Spirit Organic and when I stepped outside of the store, I realized that was a cut in the back of the package. I came back in and asked to exchange for one without damage. The manager Kristel told me that once I stepped outside, no exchange could be made. I could not believe what I heard. She gave me a customer service and told me to contact them if I was unhappy with what happen. I called customer service, left a voicemail, 2 days later I received a call back and spoke with Mayra Mendez. All that to find out that once I purchased and step outside I'm out of luck. They can keep my $11, but if that's how G&M Food Mart handle customer service, I want to make sure others won't fall for their scam. If you need a gas and are in the area GET GAS HERE and get it when Mark is working if you can! In forty years of driving and getting gasoline this station and the outstanding service man,Mark, who really makes the place stand apart from the dull, uninterested in your needs majority of most stations. After I filled up I went to add air to tires and check my oil level. while doing so at almost midnight, I heard a voice ask me politely and confidently if everything was all right and if I needed anything or had any questions that he could help with if any. And, he meant it. I almost thought I was hallucinating because that has never happened before. Mark is one of those rare employees that companies aspire to find. He is the guy who really makes the station top notch. Long story short...You're a dunce if you don't make this your go to gas station. read more

WARNING: DO NOT USE THEIR CAR WASH!!! We moved back from San Antonio, TX on July 24th and went to the gas station the next day and decided to add a quick wash to our car. We went through the car wash and as we sat in the wash the back of the car was lifted and jolted. When we drove out of the wash we pulled aside (still at the station) and sure enough the back windshield wiper was pulled out. We filed a claim with them right then and took pictures (included). Long story short G&M Oil claims (per their security cameras) that my wiper was not in its home base when we entered the wash yet they refuse to provide me with the proof. Nina Figueroa who has been my contact with G&M Oil suggested I contact local authorities to request for the video proof. After contacting the Orange PD I was advised to file a civil case against them or contact my auto insurance so they could attempt to acquire the video proof G&M Oil claims to have. The officer said if indeed they have the proof they should simply release it so that we can all move on, yet it seems interesting that they are fighting to provide the proof! Doors locked, no one in there and no sign on the door indicating when they'd return. Do you see the problem here? Sorry, I wasn't going to wait around for who knows how long. Worst gas station ever. Yesterday I went in there at 9 PM and they closed down for an hour so that the guy inside to take his lunch. I've never heard of that happening before. And he was real fucking read about it too. Their air pressure machine spits water instead of Air. I've never seen that happen. Stay away from this place. read more

Low tire pressure light went on the other night so I stopped by this Chevron. Great facility for filling up tires! Tucked away from the rest of the pumps and car wash so I didn't feel like I was in the way while filling up my tires. Water and air were completely free, something that has not been the case everywhere I have gone. read more

DONT FUEL HERE! My credit card got skimmed from here, ruined my day & was a head ache to deal with. The safety seals are usually easily seen on the side of the pumps but for some reason in this station they're on top & in the color of the pump so you can't see them at all! Had I seen it was broke. I would've avoided using it & if the staff checked the seals daily they would've seen it was tampered with as well. Avoid this station & if you can't pay inside! read more

The car wash was quite terrible. It gets crazy busy on the weekend so I thought it was good. But the dryer messes everything up. It blows water mixed with the air on your car. My car was so wet at the end and I couldn't dry it with the towel fast enough so it had splatters everywhere. No point to the car wash. :( read more

I was looking for a car wash and gas station that was close by my work as I was asked to get the company van washed and filled up with gas. Since it was a Sunday, I expected it to be busy, but it was average. I liked that I could sit in the van and drive-through and get the vehicle washed and filled up in a relatively short time. I paid for the gas at the pump and then was asked if I wanted a car wash, so I was able to pay in one-shot with a dollar off of the car wash since I purchased gas. They have a convenience market inside and a very helpful attendant. read more

This is a typical Chevron Extra Mile gas station with convenience store. Gas prices run a little bit higher the closer you get to Anaheim and the Disneyland area. It's very convenient if you're on the 55 freeway and need a fill-up. Just take the Katella Street exit and it's just west of the freeway. On ramps are right there, too, so you can very easily get back on your way. read more

Gas price is a little high, but open 24hrs. Well lighted at night with a well stocked mini mart.

Got charged twice for using my atm. Because their pumps went out. Employee just kept telling me there was nothing they could do.

Don't know how the gasoline tastes but my car seemed to enjoy it! As for everything else it's your typical convenience store. I'm not a real coffee connoisseur so as long as it tastes fresh than its OK by me. If you're staying at the Hojo next door than its within walking distance and is open 24 hours. read more
