Had my car skimmed at this location. When I called to let the attendant know, she didn't seem concerned at all. It's a busy location so I understand how it can be vulnerable to scammers, but it doesn't seem like they care to protect their customers. Plenty of other stations in the area read more

I've used their car washing services in the past but that was before I got two big hairy dogs. I recently heard from another dog owner, that they do a great job at cleaning and hair removal if you pay for their Diamond wash. My RAV4 was in desperate need of a wash so I thought, what the heck. $35 later and my car looks just as bad as it did when I came. I dropped it off at 11:28am and walked a few blocks to McDonald's. Made it back at 12pm and the employee was flagging me down telling me my car was ready! No freaking way!! Of course I get to the car and point all the dirt and drool spots from my dogs and she's just as clueless as can be but insists that she's done. The car is covered in hair, none of it was removed and it basically looks like s**t!! Waste of money and time. Never again!! I wish I could leave negative 10 stars. read more

My recommendation is for the Carwash section, but not the Carwash it self only, yes it is foamy and scrubbing, not much of a great deal, the price it's a little bit high, BUT... when it comes to the end finish, you have to get Sebastian... (make sure you request him when paying for the Carwash, this Dude Sebastian it the top notch for Carwash finishing, he goes above and beyond to leave you ride sparkling from tires to windows. On the sign they will have listed gas prices(cash, and credit/debit card) but when u pump, will cost higher. I brought up to the cashier and he played dumb, and wouldn't refund me, or even acknowledge the error! The price is a bit steep for what u get. 25.00 interior exterior wash, with tire dressing and air freshener. They give you the old tree pine hanging air freshener. No air freshener spray. There was limited staff to dry, sun did most of it. There is no shade area, while they dry, so car dries as it sits in sun. Go for the $12.00 exterior, better bet. That does not include a towel dry (maybe in past it did). But sun gunna dry it b4 they do anyway. Then buy ur own hanging pine tree freshener u wish, lol. Staff was friendly. Shop was clean. Very honest place...after my car was Waxed, a cover for the rear windshield wiper screw came off. They reviewed the video and saw that my car had the part when it came in. Took his break and took 15 extra minutes than the time showed he'd be back . This station is very accessible to the 5,57 and 22 freeways. Thats a big plus before a long trip or emergency. Spent 40 for exterior/interior clean, and afterwards saw mud stains still on my hood, when I mentioned it, he pretended to wipe it off, but I had to clean myself when i got home.
