Great stop for some fuel. Easy to locate when heading to the wineries. Pay at the pump or inside. The staff were helpful. I prefer to pay inside there was no line quick and easy payment. Car wash available if you're needing to show up with a clean vehicle wherever you're heading. Convenient for a drink stop too during these summer hot spring days when you need ice now! read more

Shell - Gas Stations Near Me - Orange, California

As far as I'm concerned, it's an easy in-out here for gas. My issue is the air machine that charges $3 & doesn't work. Don't waste your money or time here read more

The card reader at the car wash did not work the last 3 times I went. Today there was a sign to pay for car washes inside. The door was locked and there was a sign that said they were unloading a big inventory delivery. No one in sight. It was noon on a Friday. read more

As of recent you have to have exact change for whatever it is you are paying cash for. You can't ask for 40.00 on pump 8 and pay with a 100.00 dollar bill. You can't buy chips unless you have exact change. This is not a way to run a business specially a gas station. I highly recommend Chevron across the street. read more

Spend the extra time driving to one of the other shell locations this place is consistently $.25-$.40 more expensive a gallon beware.

I've been here a few times and happy that I can use Shell App. While using the app does take longer than swiping your credit card, it automatically applies any rewards and discounts which is nice. So, I'm pumping gas and the car wash has the 7-Eleven logo! This is new. Nothing else on the outside of the small yellow convivence store scream 7-Eleven, so I pop inside and sure enough, they have 7-Eleven cups and a Slurpee machine. However, that's all I saw with my quick glance around the store. Like I mentioned, this location is pretty small, so I didn't see any hot food and only 1 soda fountain with about 7 selections so don't expect the 16 or so options you find a regular 7-Elevens. Otherwise, my experience will simply pumping gas was uneventful, which is what you want when pumping gas. read more

Very bad service, don't wana. Accept my bill, say no chance and very rude!!! Every day close for brake time and don't help customers

At 11 am, the staff at gas station was super rude when I asked if they had a restroom, I was going to get gas and buy some food and beverage but since he said no and told me to go somewhere else. Yeah I went anywhere else but this shithole read more

It's a Saturday and I stopped at this Shell to utilize my Ralphs fuel points. Turns out the most this Shell would honor was .10...so Veronica who was running the register solo backed out my transaction and I called Ralphs customer care. Not only did Veronica try to help me once, she did three additional times! End result Ralphs wasn't helpful at all, the Manager at this Shell location never stepped in to help, what made it a good experience despite all of the above was Veronica! Smiled the entire time, helped numerous customers on her own and still kept checking in on me. WOW WOW WOW!!! Veronica you're the BEST!!! read more

My review isn't about gas or the car wash. I simply wanted to acknowledge the young gentleman that works inside the store. I go in to buy a fountain drink a couple times a week. He is always so friendly and it's a breath of fresh air to go in and be greeted with a smile and kindness. Really just appreciate kind people and he's definitely one of them. read more

My car came out more dirty than before the car wash. Waste of money. I'd go to the Chevron car wash few blocks down. read more

very upset, with the manager, for a long time, we have used his gas station and car wash, but this time I had this damage, he broke my rearview mirror, I told him if he could help me with that, he said he couldn't, we have invested thousands of dollars at your gas station, and you can't repair or help with a mirror, I don't recommend it anymore, it also doesn't dry it like it should, if you dye a truck I don't recommend that side of the car read more

Absolutely fantastic experience, I just now came by to get a 69 cent drink (any size) and had great customer service thanks to Bernadette. I had previously been to two other 7-Elevens and they did not have the 69 cent drink offer. So I stopped into this Shell station and had such a wonderful experience. Thanks Bernadette! read more

A usually pretty experience coming here. Clean, friend staff, stocked to the brim with great selections of snacks and drinks. Purely leaving this review for the woman with the orangish blonde hair. The way she speaks to her co-workers and about work drama was uncomfortable. She needs an attitude adjustment. read more

This is the nearest gas station with a car wash so it's usually my stop when I need both. Gas is getting cheap even for the good stuff like this place which is nice. I can fill up and get a clean car. The car wash is 24/7 but not the best, even if you pay for the primo stuff. I've been through better drive-thru car washes. Meh. Oh well. It is what it is and good in a pinch. My car was really dirty so it helped with that. read more

Honestly, I get it, it's close to midnight and you probably don't wanna be here, but being that rude to a customer is not ok. ESPECIALLY if I'm being nice to you by even asking how you are. Your response, "I'm closing soon and you need to get what you want now". If you don't care about being rude you obviously don't care about your job, so find another one MARK. I heard you tell me that you're closing, but telling me two more times when I'm literally in to pay for my gas with cash, is stupid ridiculous. You really think I want to stand here with you. No, I just want to pay for my gas. Worst part is you didn't even charge the amount to my station so it didn't even work. When I came in to tell you, your remark was a glare and "it should work". Versus assuming, why don't you listen to what I say or better yet look outside to me click 87 TEN TIMES. You never sent the amount to my stall, so I had to go in again to tell you and watch you tell someone else to hurry up, and that you had to count the register. If you don't do your job right then don't blame others with your poor attitude and customer service. Go ahead and glare all you want at customers, but I hope you will be glaring at this so that you can get an attitude adjustment. Literally so annoyed that I had to post it today, 12/26/16. read more

My credit card was hacked. Money tied up, have to have card reissued, a real pain. Two charges over 200 dollars. I used this place one time a couple weeks ago. Bathroom out of order and under stocked shelves. I'll never go back. read more

Gas never works here. It's nice it has a Carwash but I guess I just always go on the wrong days and the pumps are off or not working.

I had to use the gas station because I was going to a lunch meeting on Tustin Avenue. Gas station quite simply is little dirty and A few of the pumps are out of service and/or broken. The little office like food center was nothing to write home about and was also kind of dirty. I was there for gas and that's with this review is about the prices were OK but what really kind a got to me is driving further down Tustin Avenue I came across another gas station with cheaper prices. That being said if I would've known I probably would've drove a little further for a cleaner station pumps that worked and cheaper gas read more

Ahh, the shell on Tustin & Taft. Famous for many years among family and friends. This shell has had its ups and downs. At times it has been one of the most reasonably priced gas stations in OC, now its pretty comparable/on the low end. There is a car wash which is great when you're in a pinch, and sometimes you save a dollar if you fill up first. There are plenty of pumps so you generally don't have to wait! read more

Wouldn't take my car there if my life deepened on it! I purchased the highest package they have to offer. My car was left full of soap that left marks worse than the dust I had. Looking even closer it still has streek lines from where there bristle flaps smack your car.. It didn't even get the dust off.. I got such a mouth full when asking for a refund. And was told "this is not a full car wash!". I replied with the fact that I understand but soap? And still dirty? I believe Shell to be the best fuel grade out there but this gas station and car wash will never see my car or support again. read more

great gas station. its usually cheaper than the chevron down the street. they have TVs for you to watch while you pump gas. i'm glad technology has come a long way since just normally pumping gas without TVs. the car wash is just alright, but it gets the job done. thee mini-store has all the typical things you need. snacks, smokes, lotto, drinks and stuff for your car. PS: they have a deal going on...if you get a car wash from this shell and it rains within 2 days, just bring your reciete back within a week and you get a brand new cash wash. how nice of them. :) read more

This one usually has the lowest price. Plus with my Ralph's rewards I usually get an additional 10-20 cents off. The best part of this place is their car wash. Only 4 stars because the dryers don't really do a great job. I usually have to dry the rest by hand. read more

They have a 24 Hr. car wash and some of the best prices in the area on "main stream" brand gas. The customer service inside is typical, 20 something year olds who don't have any real answers. However, they are good about getting you a complimentary car wash if you feel like something wasn't going right with the machine when you went through. read more

The absolute worse gas station that I have ever been to. Half the time the credit card reader does not work. It is very frustrating. The woman that worked there on Friday July 13, 2018 at approximately 5:30am was a rude ass bitch! I was there for 20 minutes going back and forth with her until I finally left... with no gas pumped! This was not the first time I have had this bad bad experience there. Never again will I give them my money. Go to another station.... read more

I rarely come here only for gas######### They are the so fast on their work. Here the staff was so knowledgeable on their work. As I was so busy and they did the work quickly. Yes!!!!!!!!!!!! great gas station as well. read more

The Shell supreme Gasoline has a special nitro cleaner and it helps keep the engine vales clean and lubricates the engine better than any other gasoline. The employees here are shady! BEWARE! I rarely come to this location unless we're getting off the freeway and on E and need gas ASAP! LOL! My mom was pumping gas and I went inside to play lotto and I walked out with my lotto slip for the night but never received my play slip back! I know I didn't throw it away ( I never throw away my lotto play slips at ALL!) When I went back in to ask him why I didn't get my slip back and his response was "OH my bad, I thought you didn't want it back so I threw it away!" WTF?!! Never in my 3 years of playing Lotto has this ever happened at any liquor/gas station! It was balled up in a trashcan! I also had a winning powerball ticket that I always check at home at the computer before I turn them in! He claimed it was a non winner and wouldn't scan , miraculously on the 4th try it somehow worked! This employee is shady and if I didn't come back in to ask, he would have kept my ticket and slip for himself! Don't play lotto here EVER! The cashiers are SHADY! They need to be fired and have trustworthy employees! Take a note from the Chevron down the street! -__- read more

I rarely come here for gas, usually just for their industrial vacuum and drive through car wash! Quick and convenient!

The cashier was the rudest man I've ever met. I will never go here again even if they had the lowest prices in a 5 mile radius. The station itself is also really sketchy and I didn't even feel safe there in broad daylight. The pumps and credit card reader is also really old and didn't work which is why I had to go inside in the first place. read more
