They finally came with one load a cord and dumped it. I had to split a great deal of it as it wouldn't fit in my stove. There were all kinds of small pieces mixed in and when I went to show them the pictures of what we got I was told since we were unhappy with the first load they weren't going to deliver the rest of it and gave me a refund for the three cord we were expecting to get.I did have them for my oil for two years but I will find some place to get my oil since they run that type of business. If you order wood from them DON'T EXPECT MUCH. I think they gave me a raw deal just because I questioned what I got. Don't be fooled by this place , I have had too many folks and other shops tell of the trickery and games this place will play to get more money out of the customer. They will smile at you while they overcharge you for anything they can. One morning, I arrived in Augusta and realized that my car was in need of emergency repairs. The staff at Al's went out of their way to squeeze me in so that I wouldn't be stuck in Augusta overnight. They charged me a fair price and took extra time to explain everything they were doing, even showing me photos. They also drove me to my office while they did the work on my car and picked me up at the end of the day when they were finished. And getting to meet Radar (the adorable Corgi/watchdog) was just the cherry on top of the whole experience. I'm so grateful for the excellent service!
