My first visit was had to do with a leak, he let me know that I needed to replace the part and it cost two hundred and something dollars. He then stated that was outrageous for that part and if I could give him a little time he would be able to find a used one that would work just as good. He also patched the hole at no cost for the time in between. When he did find a part it's total cost was 37 dollars!! He could have charged me a lot more and still save me money but he did not, and that is great service. He oversaw a purchase recently and let us know what would need to be done for the van to be useable and what we should reasonably expect from this purchase. He recently told my sister that her car was no good and he did not want to keep fixing things on it know it was going to keep breaking down. It just appears that he has the best kind of work ethic he wants to keep customers based on a trusting relationship. What more can you ask from someone who is responsible for your safety.

This guy just runs his own codes again, "looks under the hood to see how easy it would be to fix oxygen sensors" and that was his diagnostics. I had to even ask what diagnostics he did when he went to charge me for this. His codes were the exact same by the way. Just wants to start changing things without a deep dive - so you'll end up changing a bunch of items with them. Customer service was obviously terrible too. Don't go here

They seem like decent guys to joke around with (trying to be fair here). But what I experienced was anything but professional. It would take pages to document this past weeks experiences with ABC. It feels like it's been much longer than that. They wasted way a large amount of my time and money as a result of incompetence. Whether it was completely forgetting about my tow, or charging me for new parts that he GAVE back to me so that I could INSTALL THEM MYSELF because he didn't HAVE TIME, or telling me he'd be there at 4:30pm to check me out but he then leaves to go home early for the day, or telling me he didn't get around to the oil change I asked for because he didn't have time! (which is odd because he went home early!!!) OR MAYBE it was just the fact that the whole reason for the tow was because the fuel pump was going, and he didn't touch anything besides the brakes! Throughout this entire process, I made an in-person appointment, 2 weeks out. I then went back in 2 days prior to the tow to confirm (shouldn't even be necessary on my part). When i finally got ahold of them over an hour after my scheduled pick up time, they begrudgingly came to pick me up, and then proceeded to tell me that they aren't going to even work on it for a few days because they have certain customers that are a priority. WHY DID I WAIT 2 WEEKS FOR AN APPOINTMENT THEN??? None of it makes sense. Honestly, they truly seem like decent individuals. BUT this was the most unprofessional spot I've been to since moving to Maine. 2/10

I got our food to go... waited 30+ minutes for it... went back out while my wonderful wife waited in the car and... the battery was dead. Click. Nothing. Dead. It was the evening on a holiday but it only took 2 hours for AAA to give us a jump! The guy was like..."drive it for 20 minutes and it should be OK". We did and made it back to the hotel but I wanted to find out what was really going on. We have many cities and miles to go! Peter gave some good advice as well. AAA came to jump my car, and when that didn't solve the problem they towed me here. I didn't know what to expect, but I was so pleased by the kindness and promptness of the team here. I had no appointment and understood I could be without a car for a few days. But within 48 hours my car was working and back to me again. Things that stood out-their team is direct and goes above and beyond for you! They told me everything that I needed to know about my car troubles (ultimately a new battery) and things that I should look into (due for oil change and state inspection). They did all of this work for a reasonable price and I know I'll be coming back here in the future (hopefully with a scheduled appointment and not a breakdown). Penny pinching got the better of my judgement. I brought my wife's car in 3 times for an alignment, and they didn't do it any of those times, yet they told me it was done. I finally just took it to another shop. I had my truck in there for a simple job and had to take it back twice for work not done, but of course charged for. They're not doing the work and hoping you don't notice. I've never seen any shop that operates this way. Avoid this place at all costs.

They had promised to call me the day after dropping her off with an estimate, no call. I ended up going there, there was no estimate ready, George created the estimate and told me they would fix my car the next day, Friday. I call Friday afternoon to remind him that I need a sticker, so I would not have to go back and he tells me, " it's looking like tomorrow". Saturday rolls around, I drive by and my car is still sitting in the same spot in the lot. I needed up taking my keys and breaking my car loose.
