Jim is honest and that is hard to find at times. I have had him fix my car a few times over the last two years and each time I feel like the information he provides is honest. My first visit was had to do with a leak, he let me know that I needed to replace the part and it cost two hundred and something dollars. He then stated that was outrageous for that part and if I could give him a little time he would be able to find a used one that would work just as good. He also patched the hole at no cost for the time in between. When he did find a part it's total cost was 37 dollars!! He could have charged me a lot more and still save me money but he did not, and that is great service. He oversaw a purchase recently and let us know what would need to be done for the van to be useable and what we should reasonably expect from this purchase. He recently told my sister that her car was no good and he did not want to keep fixing things on it know it was going to keep breaking down. It just appears that he has the best kind of work ethic he wants to keep customers based on a trusting relationship. What more can you ask from someone who is responsible for your safety. read more
