It was the most seamless and stress-free car buying experience I have ever had! From the no-haggle price of my CPO Mustang, which was below KBB value and was completely fair, to my salesman David driving the car down to Portsmouth Ford for me to take a test drive (since I live in Massachusetts). They also drove the car from Maine to the North Shore of Massachusetts to deliver the car. This is my third Mustang, and I feel that my happiness and low stress was in large part due to Wiscasset Ford. Right car, right price, right dealership, satisfied Ford owner! I never feel confident that I am getting the best deal or making a good decision. For better or worse, WF has their best price listed on the window sticker and there is no negotiation. The price is very competitive and I appreciate the fact that I do not have to haggle. The staff is excellent and they have a huge inventory that you can browse without high pressure salespeople. I definitely recommend this dealership.

While I waited, several people who obviously knew Robert (owner) came in to pick up their cars. A good sign that there are returning customers! It took a while, but that was also because my car failed inspection. Robert walked me through what the problem was and assumed that I would take it to the mechanic in Cushing that I had referenced earlier. I appreciated that he gave me the opportunity to shop around. I definitely didn't have time for that though and said I'd just go ahead with him. He was able to fit me in the next day, though only one of the parts came in so it took two days. He apologized for it (it was the part suppliers fault) and honestly, I just assumed it would take forever to get parts, just like everything else right now so I'm still pleased. He gave me consistent updates and has great communication. Berubes offers a shuttle service, which I used and the driver was so nice- we saw a kid fall on the ice downtown and she stopped to make sure he was okay. I feel great about using this local business and will continue to use their services. Robert also told me to never get rid of my Honda, which I always like to hear!

They could not replicate the problem and insisted that because the car went to neutral at the end of the video I provided it was actually in neutral the entire time. I brought up it potentially being my fuel pump. I was told no, what the car was doing (jerking and won't move or feeling like it was running out of gas etc) is not what would happen with a bad fuel pump. 1 month later, similar things happen, I bring it to a different nissan dealership completely only to find that when they plug in my VIN they can see that I brought it in in september to Lee in Topsham AND it was seen last year by lee in Auburn when the previous owners brought it in for the EXACT SAME THING. Lee would have seen this in the system as well. While they could not replicate the problem, they saw a stored code and decided to look into things further. In the end, it was the fuel pump. Fuel pump was replaced under warrantee. I will never bring another car back to Lee in topsham.

Service is good. They know what they're doing. They have a lot of staff so they're quick. The prices are more than reasonable. I've never waited to get in the bay. They don't try to push extra services on you like other quick places. They aren't trying to sell filters when you don't need them. I'm happily here with both of my cars every three months. Highly recommend, plus they have the self car wash and vacuums next door.

James and Ryan treated us very well during the purchase, and Sara was a very nice finance manager. The price was right, they were willing to deal, and there was no $3k dealer greed markup to start with to make you feel like you're getting a bargain when they deduct it. That's what scared me away from the Portland market, and I'm glad it did! To top it off we had to go back to get our free splash guards installed 3 days later and we were out in 45 minutes despite the salesman not being there. That tells me they have a team atmosphere that's focused on the customer. You can't ask for more than that these days! Lee is for me! Just like the commercials claim, they provide a laid back buying experience that is VERY hard to find today. Thanks Adam Lee, and team Lee, and keep it up!
