I was charged $3.29 a gallon. When I went inside and inquired, the cashier acknowledged that there was a problem with the pumps, but the only person who could refund me the overpayment was the manager who was gone for the day. I called the next day and spoke with the manager who told me she is there till 2pm on weekdays and until 8am on Saturdays and acknowledged that the problem has been going on for over a week, but they had not been able to get Irving to fix it. I imagine that was beyond their control. But they also had not changed the sign and they were only giving people refunds if they noticed that they were not charged the posted price and requested a refund during the manager's hours. Because I was able to go back during her hours, I did. (I wonder how many other people notice the discrepancy, take the time to question it, and have the ability to come back when she is there.) She looked at my receipt and told me that it didn't say Irving Debit Pay. I showed her that my emailed receipt did, in fact, say "Irving Debit Pay". She then told me that she could only give me the Irving Debit Pay price if I activated Irving Debit Pay using my plastic Irving card rather than on the Irving app. When I pointed out that it was still Irving Debit Pay, she told me she would do it "just this once" but next time I need to use the plastic Irving card and not the Irving app. I'm puzzled why she assumes there will be a next time.

They ran credit without social security number being provided, came onto property and walked around entire home nowhere in vicinity where the tank is located despite having notes on where it is. Was told "it's a loaded question when asked what the current is for propane". When calling to request a tank pick up (after this ordeal, I switched companies), they transferred me 5x, escalated it to an account manager and guess what... I never received the call back. Sent an email in and had to resend an email to which I got a response that they'd be out. The 500-gallon tank sits at the edge of our leach field, and it was noted that a boom truck was required to pick the tank from the driveway. THEY DROVE COMPLETELY ONTO OUR LEACH FIELD. Cold and snowy day... January 22, 2025…read more.. Southbound on the 91outside of White River Junction, VT... sensed a strong odor of antifreeze... pulled into a gas station... Yep... broken water pump and overheating... Mind you, this GMC 2018 Sierra (fully paid off)... has gotten me completely cross country back in October, 2024... with no issues, not even a scratch... Vehicle is towed to Bob's Service Center at 10 am that day... Not Bob, but Josh... "Let's see, water pump, coolant and belt tensioner assembly need replacing... it'll be ready by two..." Josh was right on schedule... Professional, thorough, and kind... Picked up the vehicle... warranted work for 2 years/24,000 miles... back on the freeway I went... only a few hours delay... but no matter... the vehicle must be reliable... It was... Coldest day in White River Junction... This driver and owner will seek these gentlemen out for future auto repairs... they are simply the best... And kind... They explained everything... I do appreciate the thoughtful and thorough approach... A cold day driving with a vehicle failure... could have been made much more difficult... but it was not... it was a beautiful day...
