At any rate, we just joined the Good Sam camping club and with that paid membership, were supposed to get a small percentage off per gallon from Pilots... not here. At first my GoodSam card wouldn't swipe at the pump, so my husband went in to pay. He came back out and said that the wouldn't let him use my credit card. I went back in and she explained and I was cordial and explained back to her that if someone was to be using a stolen card, they would've swiped it at the pump and that it was the GoodSam discount that brought us inside. She looked at me as if she's had an epiphany. After I stood there inside, while my husband pumped the gas, finally it was over and THEN I learned that she didn't swipe the discount card, so all of that fiasco for nothing! The manager wasn't any different, I'll leave it at that. He listened to the entire thing and then at the end spoke up and said that location doesn't extend the Good Sam discount.

He was grabbing some sinus relief medicine in the midst of his 9 to 5. Might I add, this friend of mine is a HARD WORKER who does not quit until the job is done!! Not even sinus pressure can keep this guy down. It was the break of day when this friend of mine (who will remain anonymous until he is ready to speak out on his own) handed the cashier a ten dollar bill to purchase his honey & lemon sinus relief from Pilot. The total was $4.79 for the medicine. To my friend's surprise... the cashier handed back TWENTY ONE CENTS for change. TWENTY... ONE... CENTS. My comrade figured this was an honest mistake, but when mentioning this discrepancy to the cash attendant... the woman denied that she made a mistake! My friend said, "Ma'am, I handed you a ten not a five," and she straight up DENIED it! And to make matters worse she did NOT GIVE HIM HIS CHANGE!! Come on, Pilot... are you kidding me? Check your cameras! You owe my friend $5.00 and we will NOT be coming back until that check shows up in the mail. Friends, this one gets a 3AC rating. It has the massive fountain and slurrpee machine most new gas rations now have and the variety of snack were plentiful. The aisles were nice and wide. They had a massive walk-in beer cooler ( which they call the beer barn), but also a 8 foot craft beer cooler case. I never saw so many kinds of craft beer available at a gas station. The store was very clean and the bathrooms were modern, clean and spacious. They also have a restaurant Calloways in the gas station. I will review this separately, but it had ample seating and help at the counter. The best was the Gas was as cheap as Costco. I don't know if that will be always, but it was the day I went.
