Gave him the 4 digit on front. He breathe hard and then ask for the number again. I don't understand why he's getting upset. Cleary he's not pushing the right buttons on his register. State Farm sent Jack Rabbit to change a tire for my son. Time was pushed back and service was late…read more Tech put in spare which was low on air. Tech said his air pump wasn't working and told my son the spare would make it to gas station but to drive slow. Gas station was less than 1/2 mile and the tire was off the rim and had to "hobble" across parking lot and barely made it to the air pump. Tech should've never shown up without working air pump. Will not trust JR in the future.
