When I look at the screen it was telling me to slide rewards card. I told him, and he threw his hands up and was about to walk away. He finally push the correct check out button and ran my amex card. Gave him the 4 digit on front. He breathe hard and then ask for the number again. I don't understand why he's getting upset. Cleary he's not pushing the right buttons on his register. Extremely rude guy. He shouldn't work at a gas station dealing with customers if he don't like people. Hopefully management gets rid of him.

Tech said his air pump wasn't working and told my son the spare would make it to gas station but to drive slow. Gas station was less than 1/2 mile and the tire was off the rim and had to "hobble" across parking lot and barely made it to the air pump. Tech should've never shown up without working air pump. Will not trust JR in the future.
