I've been coming to this gas station for about two years and I have excellent service from the gas station attendants behind the counter, especially Joe, he is always very friendly and nice and the gas station is very clean and I have used the car wash. also which is very efficient cleans my car very well. I recommend it. The gas is more extensive than cheap Arco gas but it's a lot better quality in my opinion my car runs for a lot longer and in better shape than the Arco across the street. read more

This used to be the cheaper station around but no more. The car washes are now 8$ and $14.00. It's the worst. Tonight there were creamy looking spots on the windshield. Went through a second time, this time using the first stall on the left. The spots did not come off. Very disappointing, this used to be the best place for a DYS car wash. Been coming here more often to fill up because of the lower prices, compared to where I live. Yes, Arco is just next door but I do not use their gas or a few others that are not top-tier gas. Easy access in and out, especially as I am usually on my way east of the 57. The gas station is always clean, at least from what I've seen. Never any overflow of trash from the trash bins, no trash lying around, and the pumps seem clean enough. Haven't tried the squeegees yet, due to all the rain, but they do offer paper towels. The gas station also has the usual 2 pumps per center aisle, which is what I prefer (vs. the 3 pumps). Convenient, clean, and great quality gas with even better prices. What more can one ask for? Will most definitely continue to fill up here, especially with the rising prices everywhere else. read more

Service was terrible and the pump did not shut off when tank was full so gas was spilled on the side of my truck. When I asked to run the truck through the car wash since the nozzle did not shut off I was denied and told I probably didn't have nozzle in correctly and I should have been watching the nozzle. To my knowledge the pump should shut off when the tank is full. These women are very rude and not worth doing business with read more

This is for their "fancy" touchless car wash. The top level Diamond Wash was a complete waste of money. While it gave you a super loud complete play by play of what they were applying at each stage, none of their pre soaks, pre wash, or wash cycles even cleaned the car. What a joke read more

Went for gas and a car wash. Didn't realize until I'd started that the car wash is touchless, so it just sprays the car with water, soap, etc. No brushes involved. I guess it's less contact with the car but it does a very poor job actually *cleaning* the car. The vacuum worked fine, so that was helpful. read more

Mobil is one of a few top-quality tier one gas formulations that you can put in your car. I recommend that anyone driving any car use top-quality gas. Filling your tank with an unknown brand that is not from a major gasoline distributor can harm your engine over time. Absolutely terrible customer service. I would recommend that if you have a car wash on premise of your business your employees would know how to work or fix the system. It ate my money and restarted the system and when I asked if I could get my car wash I was told that it is not their responsibility. Located right on the corner and next to Best Buy this Mobil gas station gets really full with many people getting gas and car washes. They do this thing that if you buy a car wash purchase you get cheaper gas. Which is nice and they also do have a cash price. The service is really sweet every time that I have been here this old man that woks st the cashier is always on top of it! He is a very busy bee and helpful. Always making the start of the day very pleasant! They also have the vacuum for you car if you need to get the inside cleaned. Slowest pumps I've ever seen. Not a good start where the credit card at the pump froze so it had to go inside to get the pump activated. Took a good 15 minutes to fill 20 gallon tank (super) which is exceptionally slow. I verified with the stopwatch, which I have never done before at a gas station. Not sure if I just happened to fill up on a bad day or what but I can't believe it took this long. read more

The very next day after I pumped $ 77 worth of super gas- I had an UNauthorized DEBIT purchase of $ 310.50 at New Capital Seafood Restaurant in Rowland Heights at 1:08 AM. My bank CHASE is in the process of reversing the transaction. The only time I used my card was at this GAS station. This was the first time I used this GAS station. The number listed for this location has been disconnected. If the owner reads this, please contact me as YOU need to check the PUMPS card readers- you may not BEAWARE that your PUMPS have been VIOLATED. Simply horrible. My first credit card was declined, Even though I pay my bill off every month. Within moments,I was contacted by the credit card company to see if there was fraud because money has been charged to that very card at this gas station! I used a second card, and was a victim of the unadvertised extra $.20 charge for using a credit card at all.I will never go to this gas station again, and I will be warning my second credit card company to be watching for fraud. read more

Not sure why the bad review, but I frequent this place all the time. Clean bathroom, clean store facility, friendly service staff, one of THE BEST gas prices in the Fullerton area (not counting the 10 cents off for car wash), and 10 full pumps, but it's still often crowded because of popularity in price. I've seen a car run amuck and totally destroyed one of the pumps late at night, must've been a drunkard... but this place got the construction going and totally fixed it in less than a day! Other perks include... right next to a Roebeks juice, best buy, and a bunch of other restaurants. Downsides: Hard to go south on Harbor from there. Mildly difficult to go west on imperial. read more

This gas station is on the corner of Imperial and Harbor, in the center with the best buy, and Giovani's. Its the cheapest gas station around, thats not an arco, (and cheaper than a lot of arcos too) Theres like 5 or 6 pumps (total of 12 sides or w/e) so it's usually a little packed from 5-7pm. They always have a 10 cent per gallon discount if you get a car wash too, which starts at 5 bucks. The car wash doesn't fully scrub your car clean, but it makes it just clean enough to where you can go, oh man it's so filthy I need to wash it, and people look at you like you're really responsible and good at keeping things clean. I always come here, unless I'm really out of gas somewhere else, but even then I only get enough to make it back here on the way home to fill up full. read more

WHO is the owner of this mobil??? I didn't know I could have a bad experience at a gas station until last night. I pulled up to good ole pump number 8 at about 9pm. I had my 2yr old daughter and dog in the back seat. My daughter had JUST fallen asleep when I pulled up. So since the gas station was COMPLETELY empty (a reason I chose to go here instead of cheaper arco right across the street) I parked my car and planned to wait a few minutes so when I opened the door, the lights and beeping wouldn't wake up my sleeping daughter and I could proceed and fill up my tank at the pump. Instead, what happened is that Alicia Garcia (customer representative of circle k/mobil) decided to come bang on my window not only causing my dog to bark like crazy but to wake up and scare my 2yr old. So once I consoled my daughter I went inside to let Alicia know that I did not appreciate her touching my car and scaring my daughter. I understand that she wanted to get my attention but she could have just waved at me because I was just sitting there waiting to get out of my car. Not only was she rude and argumentative, she told me there was no owner or manager of the mobil. I asked if she was the owner and she said no. Again, I asked who I could talk to because I did not like how she was handling the situation. No answer, just a "we don't have a manager." So, I finally told her I wouldn't leave until I had a name of a manager or owner, and she said if I didn't leave she'd call the cops on me...me...a non-threatening mother standing there holding her upset toddler. I just laughed and said go ahead. She dialed the cops and hung up on them to threaten me. At this point I was in. Such disbelief and told Alicia i'd be calling corporate headquarters to complain about her lack of customer service skills and then she finally remembered her managers name, lol. The main complaint here is that if the gas station was empty and there were not any cars waiting behind me...why did she feel the need to bang on my car so loudly or...at all?? The car wash announces to patrons every single step through a megaphone that sounds like I'm getting pulled over by the po-lice. For $8 my sienna looks a lot better. Thanks Mobil. If you buy five washes it looks like you get a free wash, according to the sign outside. I didn't go inside for details but I suspect that you need to get a punch card of some sort. The station itself is decent since it was remodeled, however the owner has made a major douchebag decision to charge 20 cents extra per gallon for you to use a debit/credit card. Save your money and grab cheaper gas at Arco across the way. If you really have to get gas at this Mobil and bank with Chase, walk over to the Arco, use their Chase ATM to take money out (not the expensive ATM in this Mobil) and then come back and pay cash at this station. This is just like any other gas station, except it's worth 5 stars based on the following: 1. One of the lowest price gas if not the lowest within 5 miles of radius in 92835, yes that includes ARCO, Costco....etc 2. Touchless car wash is a major plus. It cleans & drys the car in about 5 minutes. As long as you dont have stain or bird poop on your car for more than a month, this car wash will get the job done. Fairly dry as a express car wash goes. The car wash also includes free vacuum. Plus right now, if you get the "works" car wash, you get $3 rebate from manufacture. Very good deal, just like you pay for the basic car wash and gets double upgrade for the free wax, polish, wheel brush....etc. Don't know how long the offer lasts, but get it while u can! read more

This place is amazing. I never would've thought I'd write a review for a gas station but the customer service here was greatly appreciated.

I went to this gas station and decided to get my car wash. The car wash I went into did not even work. I told the guy and he asked me to enter the other one. I went into the other car wash- it sprayed this chemical on my car and I thought it went through the process of cleaning my car. I then went to pick up my Grandaughter and she said " Grandma you need to wash your car. I went back and the salesperson gave me my refund, which I thought was nice. As I looked closer at my car I found my car was damaged. I had taken pictures of my car before I rewashed it(somewhere else) because it had a thick black like smoke covered on the bottom of my car, spots of chemicals that put rust marked circles on my car and the rubber around my windows were stained (bleached lighter in places). It did not fix the problem! Mind you I just bought my car and it was in mint condition. I talked to the owner and he told me to come back, when I got there, he said "My Mobil Gas Station didn't do this." I said "Yes it did" and he refused to be liable. Good customer service would have tried to at least detail or make it right. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE! The owner is making big bucks and can't fix a minor problem and he could care less that I would put a complaint. Nice owner, NOT! read more
