My sis had to use the restroom and my mom wanted snacks. They both went inside one to ask for the key for restroom and other to shop. When my sis asked to use the bathroom she was told by the man working the counter (who happened to be middle eastern) WE DONT have a bathroom. Which was untrue because my husband who happens to be white has been to this exact gas station and the gas attendant let him use this exact same restroom. From the video you can see that the bathroom isn't out of order and not in use and clearly exists. He wouldn't let my sis use the bathroom so she went to use the bathroom at the chuckle cheese next door and didn't put up a fuss. As this all is happening my mom is still in the store and when she got to the counter to pay the same attendant asked her is she sure she can afford her things because they were expensive and she told him she could. I was in the car during this exchange so when my mom came to the car to tell me I went inside and asked why he said those horriable things and treated my family that way just because we are black. All he said was that they don't have a bathroom in response and I then told him that's not true and that my husband who happens to be white has come to that location and they allow him to use it. All I can say is that Racisim is alive and it's so sad. People are openly racist and I just pray that they get help they need. I just moved to the area and this is what I have to look forward to.I don't want anything out of this except for that gas station attendant to be held accountable and not just get a slap on the wrist. People are people no matter the skin color. I will take this matter all the way up the the CEO to AMPM if need be. I don't care how long it takes. I'm out of breath in the video because I was so sad that this is the way we were treated.

I've always found the people who work there to be pleasant and friendly. But the reason for the 1-star has to do with a change that was made to the fountain drink station. Just this past week, the soda machine was changed out to a new style that has the touch screen. I'm sure that part of the machine works fine, but I can't get past the fact that there's only one ice funnel for this machine and that the three times I've tried to use it there is no ice coming out of the machine at all. The previous fountain drink station had issues with the crushed ice dispenser, which is why I'm sure it was changed out. But now there's no ice at all. I hope this review catches the attention of the owners and that they can remedy this to make the ice dispenser work again. But until that happens, all I can give this otherwise good Arco station is one star.

A gas station that does not give gas or offer any assistance. Definitely do not show up to this place if you are in need of gas... they will probably have issues.

Their Techron is pretty widely regarded as a good and effective additive. I was surprised to see that my new BMW actually has a sticker by the gas tank cap stating that BMW recommends Shell fuels. Another big reason I always go to Shell is that I save a ton of money on gasoline thanks to their partnership with Ralphs. If you sign up for a Ralphs Club card and swipe it when you shop there, you'll get 10 cents off per gallon at Shell for every $100 spent at Ralphs. I usually don't even shop for groceries there but it also applies to gift card purchases. I spend a lot at Amazon, Target, DoorDash, Starbucks, etc so I buy $100 gift cards for those places from Ralphs. Ralphs also has coupons for 4x points on Fridays so you get 40c off per gallon per $100 spent up to $1 off per gallon. If I'm gonna spend that money anyway, I might as well save a bunch on gas while I'm at it. I save a minimum of $500 per year doing this.

Easy access in and out, especially as I am usually on my way east of the 57. The gas station is always clean, at least from what I've seen. Never any overflow of trash from the trash bins, no trash lying around, and the pumps seem clean enough. Haven't tried the squeegees yet, due to all the rain, but they do offer paper towels. The gas station also has the usual 2 pumps per center aisle, which is what I prefer (vs. the 3 pumps). Convenient, clean, and great quality gas with even better prices. What more can one ask for? Will most definitely continue to fill up here, especially with the rising prices everywhere else.

Inept old guy at the register has no idea how to work the register so I can pay cash and go get my gas. He messed something up so he called whoever (maybe his daughter?) to try to help him over FaceTime. I patiently waited while he kept voiding whatever he did and reenter the details to try to dispense gas at the proper stall but he kept messing up for some reason and I had to keep going back to the register to tell him the gas pump was not working. I asked for my money back at least ten times before he finally decided to give me my money back because he couldn't figure it out. This took up 40 minutes of my precious time!!! And to top it all off- he was absolutely unapologetic and kept blaming the machine and saying none of this was his fault. I left with no gas and 40 minutes of my time I could've spent at work but instead was dealing with a complete Jack ass of a fool.
