Not sure who reads gas station reviews but here goes. Absolutely the worst gas station I have ever been to in my 45 years of life. Inept old guy at the register has no idea how to work the register so I can pay cash and go get my gas. He messed something up so he called whoever (maybe his daughter?) to try to help him over FaceTime. I patiently waited while he kept voiding whatever he did and reenter the details to try to dispense gas at the proper stall but he kept messing up for some reason and I had to keep going back to the register to tell him the gas pump was not working. I asked for my money back at least ten times before he finally decided to give me my money back because he couldn't figure it out. This took up 40 minutes of my precious time!!! And to top it all off- he was absolutely unapologetic and kept blaming the machine and saying none of this was his fault. I left with no gas and 40 minutes of my time I could've spent at work but instead was dealing with a complete Jack ass of a fool. read more

Tried to go in and get a Red Bull and water and AGAIN the door is locked and nobody available so we can give you more business. Ridiculous ownership here! This is the only chevron I've EVER been to that multiple times closes the inside during the day. All other locations actually have their shit figured out and run better and hire enough people. The convenience store is randomly closed like 25% of the time I try to come by for something i need. It's the only time I've ever seen a gas station convenient store like this, just randomly closed for like 30 minutes of time. More often I'm seeing people standing outside waiting for them to re open their doors while they're closed for 20-30 minute chunks of time for no good reason. read more

I went to buy some lotto tickets at the store and tge cleark gave me 30 dollars worth of one dollar bills. I told him to give me larger bills. He told me they didn't have larger bills. I told hi. Then give me my money back and handed him back the lotto tickets. He said no and grabbed the $20 dollars with of tickets and told me I'm keeping these and now leave or I'll call the cops. I told him call the cops that's theft. We argued for a but longer then he proceeded to grab larger bills. Then told me to leave the store. I told him I'm taking my time to put my stuff away. He then came across the counter and told me to leave. I told him he needs to learn some fucking manners. And left, all this because he didn't want to give me larger bills or my tickets back. This like my 3rd review this place is horrible but sometimes I have no choice but to come here since I run out of time , I suck at managing time. Oh well. Anyways this morning 9/12/23 I went in for some gas. But before everything I asked if she had change for a 20. Zahra quickly said no and rang me up for gas. Then I proceeded to buy peanuts so I can pay with a 20 to get some change and she yelled at me saying telling me to pay with my $5 bill, I needed that since I was gonna go wash my car! Thank GOD her boss with curly hair(sweet lady btw) walked in. Oh god trust me when I tell you I went off on zahra when I found out the curly haired was her boss. I knew it was her boss because she had a "GM" tag on her shirt. She then told zahra if she had change why not give it to me. She continued to blame things on me telling me or yelling at me that I should've just paid with my $5, well I got my change thanks to the curly haired angel. This is the one across the street from OSH. I've been carefully monitoring my gasoline level since the Angels ticket voucher promotion began. For every eight gallons of gasoline you get a ticket voucher. I'm going to buy gas anyways, so why not get Angels tickets as a bonus? This station has nice people working there, and I like how Chevron has neat pump islands with plenty of soapy water and squeegees to clean your windshield and windows! I don't buy any, but there are plenty of snacks and drinks available. read more

Store perpetually closed, employees take breaks 10-20 times per day and close the shop. Card readers won't work on pumps and tell you to go inside, but there is no inside, as the store is always closed. What a bummer it's the closest gas station to me, because I suffer immensely at the amount of times I've walked up to those doors only to have them locked. I've likely walked 5 miles back and forth from my car to the locked doors. read more

This is the second time I have come here and the doors are closed because the employee is on a break. I have no issues with the employees having to take breaks. It's very important!! But the owner should maybe have more than one person there at a time!! Definitely going up the street from now on. Only so many times I can stop here during business hours and it's closed. read more

This is my first review on Yelp, I am not one to write reviews but i must give a 5 star rating to the Assistant Manager Liliana @ Chevron gas station on Yorba linda blvd/Valley view Thursday morning February 9th i went to Chevron gas station to get myself a coffee and there was a gentleman getting coffee ahead of me and i noticed he had dropped his coffee onto the floor ( made a complete mess) Liliana stopped what she was doing and started to clean the saturated floor immediately with a genuine smile on her face! As i was waiting to get my coffee Liliana looked at me and was very apologetic towards me having to wait to get my coffee and she insisted it will only take a short time to clean it up. I was very impressed with her genuine care and concern for the customers. Liliana is a Perfect example of an employee doing everything right. She is a true Professional that is very Helpful, Courtious, & Very Nice!! I was truly impressed with Liliana!! i will always continue to go to Chevron for gas, snacks and drinks. It might seem kinda silly, but this place has really nice bathrooms for a gas station. And they smell really good! Always nice to know because gas station bathrooms can be really shady! Also, the lot is pretty spacious, so theres room for maneuvering your vehicle. Cant say that about every station either! read more

Double check your bank statement. We were double charged last week for gas . Same amount twice. When we returned to get a refund we showed the manager the double charges on our account from our IPhone. He claimed we could have filled up twice and that is the reason for the double charge. Filling up a 14 gallon tank with 28 gallons would be a neat trick. The Manager wanted us to return with a complete bank statement? We will just let the bank handle it as fraud. It is not the money but the principal. Plenty of other choices for gas. Stay away from this place! read more
