His demeanor was extremely slothful and he acted annoyed that I was speaking to him. This Shell car wash is completely inefficient. You'd be better off, going home, throwing a bucket of water on your car and letting it air dry. And good luck with a 50-50 chance that the car wash is going to actually be open when you need it. The cost to value is not there at all. The car wash is ideal for an older vehicle. If you really didn't care.

As i was waiting to get my coffee Liliana looked at me and was very apologetic towards me having to wait to get my coffee and she insisted it will only take a short time to clean it up. I was very impressed with her genuine care and concern for the customers. Liliana is a Perfect example of an employee doing everything right. I asked for a specific amount in gas then it declined 3 credit cards in-a-row which is impossible and never happened anywhere else before. I asked if it could be on their end but she said no. I called the credit card companies after and sure enough the malfunctions were on this station's end.
