(Yelpers are scratching their head now...asking how is this possible and he is giving them 5 stars?) You are going to love this story: This Chevron for years is a major last stop for cyclists before entering what is knows as Santiago Canyon. This station is at about mile 15 of my cycling warmup before I start Santiago. It is here that cyclists take measure of their stamina to complete the many hill climbs and rigor of getting through the canyons. You fill up with water, Gatorade, energy bars, food, cool off in the A/C, and last chance for a nice restroom. They have everything you need here to support your ride. Cyclists are major regulars here and they never use the pumps! Failure to stop here before entering Santiago for the 20+ mile ride through the canyons back out on the other end to Jamboree will result in you being a good dinner for Coyotes. That is how important this Chevron is to the cycling community. And like a couple of weeks ago--I checked my legs, and watch after the climb up Alton to this Chevron and decided not to do it. Maybe next time. But I love the sport top Gatorade's hard to find in other places. And their refrigerators keep the drinks COLD!

I've been a customer for about 2 years now and I've loved all the employees that have worked here. I've been able to get free coffee, discounted fuel and free car washes (thanks to 7-Eleven's Gold Pass + Sparkle Pass FREE Trials; I HIGHLY recommend them!!!) Thank you to Puja, Marwah, Ish, Tushara and the other current employees working here now that make my experience so warm and welcoming! God bless you all and I'll see you again soon! One good thing of 7-11 gas stations is their 7Rewards program. You can sign up from your phone and get discounts immediately. It was $0.11 off per gallon, then fluctuated based on your usage. I am not sure whether 7-11 positions itself as low-cost fuel stations but this one is consistently cheaper than other gas stations in the area. This station also sells diesel for those who uses it. It seems 7-11 takes better care of their consumables. The squeegees are new and actually works. It opens 24x7 so comes in whenever at your convenience.

This morning I decided while grabbing gas I would also grabs FREE Treat! While in the restroom, I was checking my app preparing to show it to the cashier when I got out and to my surprise I saw 2 coupons to redeem a FREE Any sized coffee and a FREE Donut in honor of Veterans Day. I showed the coupon to Gigi (cashier) and asked if they were a participating location that would honor both coupons. She wasn't sure so she grabbed Fernando to be sure. He told Gigi and I that he could honor both but they would just have to be redeemed in two separate transactions. I noticed that during my visit this morning, both Gigi and Fernando were so happy to help, they were kind and their service was something to write a review about. I had to say thank you! They both advised that I try one of the glazed or maple glazed donuts rather than the chocolate. And to warm it up for about 10 seconds to make it taste better! Thank you both so much for the help! I got a medium coffee to go along with my donut and got my gas at the pump. I also noticed that NEW Loop Reward members will receive an offer to redeem a FREE Roller Grill Item that expires 3 days if they use their number at the pump. I'll be back to get that, haha. Thank you!!

I was at their gas station last week and thought that I'd get a car wash since there was no line for it, and I had some time to kill. Apparently there was a reason there was no line for it. The automated car wash that I occasionally use ALWAYS has a line for them.) Anyway, after making my payment there seemed to be a lag before the machine indicated for me that it was safe to drive forward like it needed time for the machine to warm up. Once it began working, it seemed like the water and soap barely covered my entire vehicle and of course being that it's touchless, no contraptions dropped down to get the dirty surfaces nice and soapy. The machine made all these horrible sounds and seems like it's really old and is in desperate need of replacement. The entire time I had the fear that my car would get scratched or that the machine would break down mid wash. I also noticed that driving thru the blowers at the end to get the water and remnants of soap off didn't work very well. When I got home and took a closer look at my car and saw that the trunk had all of this soap drip marks streaking the back window and trunk, which I had to wet a chamois to get it all off. I will definitely stick with my usual places for any future car wash needs.
