This used to be a drive-through car wash and a hand drying and detailing. Not any longer. It is a fully automated car wash. The 1st time I drove through I didn't get washed or dried. So I went inside to get clarification and get my money back or get a wash. Instead of saying it happens all the time time and here's a free car wash, I got scolded for driving through too fast. I stopped when it told me to stop and they said That it was my fault.After I told him I wanted my monny back or a car wash They did give me a code to rerun the car wash. The wash was so so and there's not enough drying time period.. so skip it. If they had been courteous this would have been a totally different review. read more

This is a completely basic neighborhood car wash. It's not great and it's not special. But it isn't terrible either. You can come here to get the car sprayed off and vacuumed out. The prices are a bit high and they aren't going to do a detail-level job, but it is "good enough" as long as you clean the car regularly. As a few others have mentioned, the sales pitch used by the ticket-writer for your wash uses a somewhat questionable tactic of claiming that the "won't do a good job" unless you buy the most expensive $30 wash. I've found this is not the case as the process is the same regardless of which wash you buy. Also if you make sure to watch what they are doing carefully and inspect your car when you pick it up after it's dried off, you won't have any regrets. This is not a car wash to go out of your way to visit. But if you live in the area, the convenience of its location really can't get better. Also, the store inside has every kind of drink imaginable, including beer and "Four Loko" which can make your car wash experience go by a bit faster and a bit more entertaining. I used to come here often when they actually had people hand washing your car. They usually did a good job, though customer service had always been lackluster. Now, they replaced it with a touch-less automatic carwash, which I thought was pretty cool at first because there are no spinning things to scratch your paint and it's really a sort of futuristic car wash technology. Unfortunately, it sucks and doesn't even clean your car. When I got home, I had to wash my car again because it looked like I hadn't even washed it. Probably the worst car wash I've ever gone to. I will not return. I will drive 20 min out of my way now to go somewhere else. This is at THE END of my car wash. I wish I would have seen the work the guy did before handing him the $10 tip. I went back and asked for the manager to come look and the guy rolled his eyes and told me he could give me another wash "next time" um NO. I spent also $40 here and this is the work I get in return?! They took it back and did it again and it STILL LOOKED THE SAME. Then the guy told me I had to pay extra for the inside to be detailed after al of this, I didn't want a detail I just wanted a SIMPLE WIPE DOWN. This place has a gas station in it. I needed some, so I just drove here to get some since it was Chevron brand. As far as I could tell, I filled the gas tank up without issue and drove off. It was hard to find an exit though since they were out of line of sight of some of the gas pumps, so I just meandered around the parking lot until I found one. read more

Take my new car to get washed today, get it home and notice all the side windows and surrounding chrome were covered in spots. I attempted to wipe them off and they wouldn't come off. Look for my side view mirror piece. Nope! First they tell me that it's from sprinklers. Hard water spots. My car is less than a week old & its not parked near sprinklers. Furthermore, how do sprinklers get on both sides of your car?! Not to mention that I got gas this morning and cleaned my windows. None of this was there. It's bad! I would have noticed. They didn't even attempt to look in the bay for my side view mirror piece that now I have to replace. This POS in the pic accused me of buying the car like this and bringing it in like that and trying to scam him out of fixing it. WHAT?!!!! I repeated it back and he said yeah, when you got the car 14 days ago it was like that. I said what are you talking about. I bought the car a week ago. He said, no 14 days ago like that made it all seems like I was legit scamming him. Their car wash malfunctioned and the elder owner lady kept asking to put my payment in which I did. She was 3 inches from my face, of course she was NOT wearing a mask. I came here to get gas and fill my tires. Unfortunately it was more difficult than it should be. First, they don't keep towels in stock at their pumps, so there's no way to keep your hands clean. Next, I attempted to ask the gas station attendant to activate the air pump for me. There was no attendant inside. I waited 5 minutes with no one showing up. There is no way to call for service. So I left and spent 4 quarters to activate the air pump. I quickly filled each tire and barely finished my 4th tire, whereupon it automatically turned off. I have been using this place for years. Close to my home, reasonable hand wash service price, and quality result. I always use their $17.99 super wash, and it's somewhere between machine wash and those expensive hand wash. You get what you pay right? If you need a car wash along with some interior clean up quickly, I think this is the place. I don't do any expensive waxing or anything on my cars, so some of other reviewers' experience didn't happen to me. Sometimes interior isn't clean enough, but again you get what you paid. I personally like it a lot more than the old-school spinning brush ones, and I don't like people, so a drive-thru car wash is perfect for me. I came here two days ago to get the usual was and drove up to the kiosk, and I see silver, gold, platinum, and above it, I saw "VIP." Got pretty curious and purchased it. It washed my vehicle in like 3 min, and I didn't have enough time to dry off the water off. It felt like a "silver" wash since I usually get the "platinum." So I ended up paying $25, yeah pretty fucking expensive and stupid, but I called the business and asked them for a refund, but they haven't given me a call. It's just overall a terrible business and very unprofessional. Please fix the car wash/machine or whatever the problem is and simply make it into a human-less car wash. I wish you can you give a ZERO star review. This gas station/car wash went from being a full service station to a touch less car wash. The machine is temperamental and does not always work. I entered the wash as I always do and the machine has sensors that tell you when to pull forward and when to stop. After following the directions, some random person comes up to my car inside the car wash talking about me having to exit the wash. I had no idea who they are and why they approached me and my children jn the car. This person was not in any type of uniform, no name tag, no Iditarod whatsoever that they worked there. I even asked "do you work here?" And she refused to answer. I asked her to please back away from the car and that I needed to get the attendant to come out and assist. Another opportunity to identify herself as an employee and all she could do is repeat herself about exiting the car wash and go back to the end of the line after I already waited 30 minutes. This person was extremely rude, unprofessional and kept asking where I was from! I assured her many times that I am not from her native country and I did not speak her language. She insisted that I was and refused to help. After exiting the wash and going in to the store, she re-appeared and it was only then that I realized she worked there. I addressed my concerned about the way she handled the situation and why she didn't identify herself as an employee. Her response was as useless as her prior actions "I am covering for the cashier" so, we can only assume that she worked there since she was processing a refund. While doing so, she initiated the "are you sure you are not from (her native country) and are you sure you do not speak (her native language) which really set me off as that was her main concern and not the fact that she completely behaved in a manner that is unacceptable and rude. To top it all off, their doors to the gas station were wide open and propped by a door stopper. She accused me of leaving the door open as her dog wandered outside! Your dog is your problem and not mine. Take responsibility for bribing your pet to work and don't prop the doors open and blame your customers for it. As if customers walk up with door stoppers in their pocket and prop doors open. If this person is the owner I urge everyone to avoid filling up, get a car wash or stop in for a snack. You are better off pushing your car to the next closest gas station or drive a filthy car till you find another car wash. If they are an employee, I hope that the owner sees this review and take the appropriate action to prevent these issues from happening again. read more

Touchless is how they describe it and that's a good description - ever washed your car by slathering it with soap and just rinsing it off with your hose nozzle? Would you do that with your dishes? It takes contact to remove road film, spots, and grime. A $12 wedgie for a mid level car wash that washed away the loose stuff, but left the film, spots and grime on the paint and windows. I stopped by this car wash today. Been several years since I had been there. I paid a lot of money and then drove it through to get it washed. The machine didn't work so I had to get another code and run it through again. I understood that there wasn't anyone to dry off/vacuum the car. Probably due to Covid. When I got through my car was still dirty and then I saw that I had to pay another two dollars to use the vacuum. I drove my car home and took out my vacuum. I always ask them to get the rims a little extra and they always oblige! I'm a stickler for clean windows and I've never had any issues at all. They always clean them really well. I love that they also give you cash back for a tip if you need one, some places just have an ATM so you have to get a $20, then go buy something to make change....not here, they'll give you $5 bucks back for a tip, me loves that! WARNING: DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH! The spray arms may fall off and dent your car!!! And then get yelled at by a crazy lady! I came here for a fill up and wash this evening. After pulling into the wash, I turned off my car and watched the machine spray on water and soap and then suddenly, one of the spray arms falls down onto the hood of my car. The whole machine stops and I can't move forward or backwards since I didn't want to further risk damaging my car with scratches. I phoned the inside of the gas station and then the crazy starts...a cranky blonde woman flails her arms from behind yelling at me and blaming me for moving my car during the wash and causing the arm to fall...And she said she watched me do it from inside the gas station. Its way more expensive, has terrible customer service and even more importantly when addressing an item to owner who and I think has sold it and bought it back again and again and again has made it even worse than it was ever before!
