Thank you 7-Eleven!! While I've recently had some billing issues with you all, I will say this particular 7-Eleven location is my absolute favorite! I've been a customer for about 2 years now and I've loved all the employees that have worked here. From the ones prior to new management coming in and the ones after; everyone here is so helpful and friendly. I've been able to get free coffee, discounted fuel and free car washes (thanks to 7-Eleven's Gold Pass + Sparkle Pass FREE Trials; I HIGHLY recommend them!!!) This is a popular gas station that has changed owners several times in the last few years. It used to be a USA, became an ARCO, now a 7-Eleven 4 months ago. One good thing of 7-11 gas stations is their 7Rewards program. You can sign up from your phone and get discounts immediately. It was $0.11 off per gallon, then fluctuated based on your usage. I am not sure whether 7-11 positions itself as low-cost fuel stations but this one is consistently cheaper than other gas stations in the area. This station also sells diesel for those who uses it. It seems 7-11 takes better care of their consumables. The squeegees are new and actually works. It opens 24x7 so comes in whenever at your convenience. read more

Something shady about the gas at this place. Last 2 times I put a few gallons just to get me by until my Costco run and the fuel gauge didn't move at all. I've read similar experiences from Nextdoor with "missing" gas at this station. The low yelp ratings are not surprising either. Im not getting gas here ever again. read more

This is not a safe place. And it is clear and evident from these reviews that whoever owns this place now could give a crap. I tried to fill up here using my app and the gigantic asshole behind me went inside and paid on the pump that I was trying to use so that I could not complete my transaction. I would have had to leave my vehicle and go inside by myself to resolve the issue, which is where he was waiting. I closed my app, locked my door, and drove away. Real safe. Posting this mainly for the 7-Eleven store. (Not sure why it's still called Arco) Went in on a Saturday morning with the hubby to get some drinks. The 7-Eleven store itself is great and has all the basic necessities and products a general 7-eleven store has. The cashier was a middle-aged woman who we've encountered before, and I've seen a couple of reviews of her as well. She is absolutely horrible. My husband and I went in, grabbed a couple of drinks and went to the cashier to pay. She rang us up and immediately went to the far corner with her hands crossed in front of her and stared at us. We didn't take this personally cos maybe she's just keeping an eye out for the other customers outside, idk. Then, we asked to put our rewards phone number in. She said "it's there." We didn't see any prompts on the screen so we asked her, "Sorry, we don't see it." She said "no it's there on the screen!" And finally came to the computer to check it out. Realizing that she didn't hit the correct buttons to bring the rewards menu up, she pressed the correct button and then marched back into her corner With her hands crossed and proceeded to glare at us. We felt treated very poorly and unfairly (discriminated against) as she wasn't treating the customer before us with such attitude. We paid and left. She was still in her little corner. Didn't ask us if we needed a receipt, and not a single word after. Rude. Inefficient. Attitude problem. Upper management needs to get this read more

I have seen other people post about it on our neighborhood Facebook watch page but we were in a hurry & risked it. This morning we woke up to charges in Northern Cali. I have come in here many times but this is the first time I was refused service. It was 9:35pm on Dec 26th and I came in to buy gas, a coke and lottery tickets. The clerk, older man with no personality, said he wouldn't sell me anything until 10pm when the shift changes and his replacement comes in. I was stunned that he would go the next 25 minutes without selling anything just because the "shift changes" at 10 pm. I'll be opting to pass on this station from now on. Great carwash and the prices for gas are usually a little cheaper at Arco. Located in the Ralph's parking lot and surrounded by plenty of shopping, this is an easy stop for gas while in the area. read more

Very poor service, the lady with the overdone mascara/eyeliner wouldn't ring me up so I could enter my 7-Eleven rewards. She then wouldn't talk to me or allow me to make my purchase while the line behind me kept getting longer and longer, making me feel bad for the customers behind me. People with such negative attitudes shouldn't be working service jobs, as it is very inefficient and other customers can get upset as well. read more

Rude workers especially the older lady that wears a lot of makeup and the short guy with the mask on! I asked the masked guy standing outside the restroom if he had a restroom key and he blew me off by saying he was not on the clock and couldn't help me, so I walked to the front counter to purchase a drink, while there make up lady sees me and just walks away, then mask guy takes her place and rings me up....I ask him if he's working now and he says yes after only a minute had passed since I spoke to him last lol, I proceeded to ask again for the restroom key and he whispers that make up lady leaves it locked and doesn't let anyone use it wtf. Just put up an out of service sign or employees only sign if you don't want it used!!! read more

If I was able to I'd give 711 0 stars. I've been going to this 711 for a long time and I'm so disappointed latley. The workers here give u such bad attitude and so much disrespect. The worst employee literally be gamal bruh. He won't look at me and he pretends like he doesn't here me when I'm trying to pay. EVERYTIME I walk in he runs to the back and makes someone else help me. And one time I got a new card and forgot my pin and gamal yelled at me for it. And on top of that he won't let me punch in my damn rewards. And there's this new girl Liza and she sucks. She's always up in my personal space and I dislike it. The only good worker at 711 IS KEVIN. the only one who's actually good at his job. He gives the best customer service and always so polite to everyone. Give this man a damn raise!!!!!!! I hate everyone else. Also it like stinks asf there too. Cathy is so, so rude. Their car wash malfunctioned and I wanted my money back since I couldn't even use it and she almost refused saying "it was my fault". Beware of unauthorized transactions when using a debit card!!! Pulled up here because it was the cheapest in the area and I was basically running off fumes. I only had 5$ left on my card because I wouldnt get paid for another 3 days so I needed something to just get me to my campsite. I went inside to pay, as I walked up there was a lady who was standing there doing nothing. But acted like she was busy organizing things as soon as she saw me. Before I said anything she mumbled one sec I'm busy. I said okay and waited then this other man with a bald spot came from the back to the register and stared at me. Weird. I proceed to tell him my amount for gas and he interrupted saying hold on as he clocked back in. Waited 5 min again I told him 6$ was my amount I paid he said the printer was out of paper so I told him I didn't need a receipt cause there was a line behind me now and I knew they would take way too long. As I was walking out the man said that my card didn't work which was weird because he asked if I needed a receipt and it never said declined on the card machine. I didn't understand why it would've declined it said I had 7$ left on my account that would have covered any transaction fee that may have not been mentioned or anything. I went back to my car and tried to figure it out or find some cash in my car. The lady behind me in line came over and offered me 8$ in cash for gas. She saw that I have been struggling when she asked if I was okay I mentioned how my my family, boyfriend, and I went thru and illegal eviction and have been sleeping in our car since they took my safe which had all of my savings in it along with all of our belongings. Just that nice gesture of her brought me to tears. After being left with nothing but the clothes on my back. Being abandoned by my father who I took care of while he drank himself septic. Left me on the streets while he took his addict girlfriend to a nice hotel. It gave me hope in the world after being in the dark so long thank u so much if ur the woman reading this. An hour later I saw that the station had charged me the 6$ and 5 min after that they charged me 60$ that son of a b*** really took advantage of me like that now my account is negative and will be taken out of my next check. I am an essential worker and out there risking my health to service the public. Came here to use the restroom and the door was locked so I waited patiently outside the restroom only to have the woman at the register tell me it's closed to the public. SHAME ON THE OWNERS of this place. Where are we supposed to use the restroom? And they could at least put a sign on the door. Absolutely disgraceful. read more

An adequate experience. I come here often but today was the first time I ever felt compelled to chime in and make a review. Good gas prices in an area where you can save 25 cents per gallon by choosing ARCO over Shell but the staff is just ho-hum. Some smile, some don't, some say thank you, some don't. My feeling is the owner is riding on the coat tails of cheap gas and gets by just fine. There is no extra little something here. I'll still come to save the quarter per gallon but you get what you pay for and you get reviewed for what you give back. Three stars because that's adequate just like Arco Foothill Ranch. Stopped here last night about 9:45 pm to buy gas. The attendant said he was counting cash in the cash register and could not accept my cash. He then said in a rude manner that they were closed. I believe they actually close at 10 pm. He said to use the debit card only machine on the pump. I did not have a debit card so I left without buying gas. I generally do not go to Arco stations because (1) their gas is inferior to Mobil, Chevron, and Shell, primarily because the Arco additives are not as good, and (2) customer service is noticeably poorer at Arco stations, ie, long lines, rude sales clerks, sales clerks that ignore you, pumps that do not work, etc. My past written complaint letters sent to Arco senior management were not responded to. read more

This is the worst gas station I have ever been to! I got gas, chose the car wash, but because the prices are not posted?? I picked the cheapest car wash, of course no receipt, so i had to go into the store to get a receipt, 5 people ahead of me TOM would not answer my question of "do i need a code for the car wash?" Until he helped all the people, he asked what pump number, i couldnt see the pump number due to the products for sale in the window and instead of helping me he insisted i tell him how much my gas was even though my car was the car right outside the window!! He finally gave me a receipt when i pulled up to the bay it would not work so i walked to the store and he argued with me that i should have known what bay, i asked him to come stand where i was and he refused so i asked for the owner or managers number so I could contact them and he REFUSED!
