So I get gas and, of course, ask for a receipt. How else am I going to know what is being charged on my credit card? Nope, I have to go inside to get the receipt. So I have to roll up my windows, my dog is in the car, and lock it up. It is a cool night. Still. I don't like leaving my dog in the car.
So I ask if I will always have to go inside to get a receipt. It happened last time, too. The old lady there just looks at me and doesn't say a word. So the guy speaks for her. Oh, they run out of paper. More so at night. Who, then, is responsible for adding the paper? There are two people working there! Then I ask her if she knows English. Yes, the guys says, she does. She says she didn't know what to say. I just want to know because if I have to go inside, I do not want to buy gas there.
I will never go to that place again and I will call the manager about the rude employees. I think I have to stick to Costco gas in Chino Hills, line and all. At least I do not have to leave my car to get a receipt. They have a receipt every time, and I have been going there for more than a decade. read more
