I showed one of the workers, and he attempted to fix them but couldn't. He told me to give the tint some time to settle and come back if the problem remained. I also texted the owner explaining what was going on. He read my message, so I gave the tint time to settle like they recommended. After waiting, the creases were still there and looked exactly the same. I then tried multiple times to contact the owner by text and phone to schedule an appointment to have the work corrected. My messages were read, but I received no response, and my calls were ignored. That's extremely unprofessional, especially when you advertise a "lifetime warranty." At this point, I don't trust this business to touch my car again. The whole situation feels sketchy, and based on my experience, the reviews this place has definitely don't add up. I'll be paying another shop to fix their work. A lifetime warranty doesn't mean much when the owner won't even respond when there's a problem. I would not recommend this place.

This time they actually fell asleep before it even started! The location is convenient, and the staff has always been friendly. I've been here about 3-4 times, and the experience has consistently been pleasant. One thing I did notice, though: I didn't see much of a difference between the Express Wash and the more expensive wash package. I was told that bird droppings would come off, but unfortunately they were still there afterward in the exact same spot. That was a little disappointing. Overall, it's still a fun and convenient car wash, especially if you have kids, but I hope the cleaning quality improves to better match the upgraded wash options.

If you wait outside its loud as hell as its next to the dryer at the end of the process. There is a semi private drop box for tips outside. There is no guy with his handout, they just waive you over the car. Once again, it was lookin sharp. I think I had written a review back in the day when it was called something else. My car was clean and I enjoyed a cup of free coffee inside the shop while I waited. I even bought a bunch of accessories. However, the third time I came, I felt pressured by the cashier to get a more expensive option, even though that's not what I wanted. Then when I got my car back, it was dirty. There was hair on the seats and pieces of cotton as well from clothes. The rugs were still dirty. Even the cupholders were dirty. I immediately asked a staff member if they had really cleaned the car or even vacuumed. The cashier came out to me and told me that I should've just paid for a more expensive wash if I wanted the car to be clean. I was appalled because I didn't know they were going to do a subpar job just because I chose the more affordable option for myself. I also didn't appreciate his tone towards me. I tried to explain to him that the car was still dirty and he told me that it was clean or perhaps his eyes didn't work. It was very disrespectful. Not at all how you should talk to a paying customer. I kept coming back here because I liked the service the first two times, but it seems like they are not consistent. Despite paying the same price all three times, my latest wash was a disaster. It doesn't even look like I got my car cleaned on the inside. I've recommended this place to my friends in the past, but I'm going to retract my statement. I won't be returning.
