When I first got a subscription to this place, they were amazing. They would actually clean the car good and they would actually properly shine the tires but since then it has gone downhill now they just halfway to it. The tire shine is half of the time never even applied correctly and not even the right amount is applied so by next day, the tire shine is already dried off when usually it would last almost a whole week for me when they would apply it correctly. It's sad that this place is gone so downhill. I really enjoyed this place but I'm thinking of switching to a new car wash now because the service just keeps getting worse and worse. Not to mention the lady at the cashiers desk who harasses you to give a tip when the service is absolute dog crap. read more

I've been going infrequently to this car wash for over a decade. Back in the day, this was the place to go, but as years have gone on the washes get more expensive and the work gets worse. Unfortunately, this is the closest wash to my home, so it's convenient and has therefore been given too many second chances. Today was the last straw for me. When my car was finished I was shocked to get in it and find quite a bit of sand still on my driver side floor mat. I then looked in the back and noticed there was even sand back there. For reference, I have rubber weather mats that are very easy to spray off, and no children. Aka it's an easy car. The situation was easily resolved when I asked for this to be taken care of, and the final product was good, I just expected this from the beginning. I'm disappointed that I had to "be a Karen" for what I think should be the standard for a $34.24 car wash. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I specifically paid extra to have my car seat cleaned after a protein shake spill, and when I got my car back, it wasn't even touched. When I went back, they tried to charge me another $50 to redo the job. I also emailed asking for a refund and no one got back to me.I ended up spending 4 hours at home cleaning it myself. This is the first time using this car wash, so when I arrive, there is a gentleman in line that you tell him what package you want and I was unfamiliar with the packages so I explained to him what I was looking for. I wanted protection spray on the dashboards center console door panels, door jams, glass cleaned, wheels, cleaned, etc. basically everything short of a wax job. So he recommended the most expensive wash package and said that would cover everything I would crusted. So when they told me the car was done, I did a quick inspection and I looked on the inside of the car and there was still a couple coffee stains on the seat on the center console. There was something splattered on the inside of the door skin so I turned around and grabbed one of the blue polo shirt employees and pointed out what was missed. Then employee proceeded to tell me that they don't wipe down the inside of the doors, the center console, the seats. My impression from this experiences that if you pay for the most expensive package wash wax the whole 9 yards they will not clean your center console or wipe the door skins down or wipe your door jams down and they do not remove the trash from your car. You're better off going to a gas station drive-through car wash than this place. read more

They're rude things get missing from your car. the manager is useless as well as the owner instead of trying to rectify or look into the problem. They just simply ignore it. Signed up two weeks ago for unlimited washes. Went back today for the second wash and they told they had no record. I have the credit card information. Then they told me that my pickup truck had debris in the back. It 11 oak tree leaves. I went and swept them out and returned. They still refused to wash the truck. Then they called the Boca police. If there was a zero star, I would've left one. This is the worst experience I've ever had. I just feel like as you're working for your dollar you would assume that people would do with the dollar amount equipped up to $32 and all they do is use a handheld vacuum and polished a car with a multi multipurpose rags that they use on every vehicle that pulls up dirt still on your car dirt still on your seats dirt still on the floor because they do a light vacuum for $32 that is unexceptional unexceptional. I went back because I realize that the floors was still dirty. The seats were still dirty so I went back and told and spoke to them and I said what is the requirements with the wash that's $32 and they said a light vacuum and they don't lift up mats and they don't move any personal items so if it's there well if it's there, they're just gonna vacuum lightly around it which was unreasonable to me because if I'm coming there to get a car wash, why wouldn't you explain to me the details after I ask the lady as soon as I pulled up and she was just very nasty and not approachable at all she talked to me as if I didn't have any sense when I asked her. How does this work because I wanted some information before just sending my car off into the machine thing and I want to know what this is consist of so I don't have any issues beforehand and I was kind enough to ask and she was very rude and said oh what do you mean how this works? I came back. The manager did do a light vacuum and freshen up back the vehicle but still $32 for a light vacuum I could've did that with my handheld vacuum. I thought it would be more of the interior vacuum with the heavy machine, but this is unrealistic and disgusting. The absolute worst car-wash I've had in 20 years. I've been coming to this place for 3 years, now. I think management (ownership) changed. The new manager, an older middle age guy is a complete asshole. I brought my wife's Mini for an exterior wash. The car came out dirty and water dripping everywhere. The woman that drove it said: it is ready. I looked at it and couldn't believe! What is this, I asked? She said: exterior wash! I said, the car is dripping wet. Can you wipe the water, please? She goes, ugh you don't pay for it! I said: I paid for an exterior wash. My car has always been wiped clean. She said: NO! Talk to the manager! This asshole shows up with an attitude and says: drying up the water is not included. I looked at him like he was crazy. Look, I don't know what's included. I asked for an exterior wash. Your attendant didn't update me or even mentioned that my vehicle will not be dried up. Then I proceeded saying...Pal, in the whole world "exterior" means your car is cleaned on the outside. He says: drying up the water is extra and walked away... whatever." I told him that I'm never coming back. He said: whatever. Not vacumed well and door jams not cleaned. Don't overpay for more than a basic wash. Came here for a car wash, exterior and interior, and left with what appears to be just an outside car wash and quick vacuum to the inside. I did not purchase a basic car wash, so I was expecting something way cleaner than what I ended up with. The carpets are still dirty, the cup holders, dashboard, and inside of the doors are all covered in dirt and fingerprints, as if nothing was even touched. I've gone to this car wash a few times as it is close to my job, and every time I hope it's better than the last, but each time reminds me why I should just completely stop going. First time at this establishment and wanted to rejuvenate my 2017 Mazda inside & out. The work was $290 plus tax including a scrub wash. Courteous woman & man spoke with me and wrote it up. Five hours later, I have a new car. The Latino man who did the detailing walked around the vehicle with me and pointed out a paint chip he could not repair. The exterior, wheels and interior are flawless and exceeded my expectations. I left my insurance cards and umbrella in the car and both were wrapped in a plastic bag in the rear upon pickup. In the past I gave it a glowing review, but that was then and this is now. To put it simply, their prices have risen and service declined. At almost all times of the day it is crowded, so expect a visit to become an enterprise. I am not the only one to say that this establishment wants, prefers, and desires wealthy clients. It is challenging to prove this per se, but trust me, I have gone there many times and when I pull up with my moderately priced car I can tell that they aren't that pleased to see me. Again, I am not the only person to articulate this feeling. I visited at the end of April 2022. I was reluctant to go for all of these reasons, but I really do think it is time to move on. BTW hearing Andre chat with another rich guy in the waiting area regarding the best time to fire employees so it is cost effective was very off-putting. I plan to stay away. Update: Look at the way the owner addresses his customers! Do you really want to do business with someone like this? And yes he was talking about firing employees. They've upgraded their system to an app recently and it has some hidden terms and conditions stating that you can be banned by the request of the owner without proof! They made a claim I was doing Uber out of all things and canceled my membership (even accepting their constant price increases! And no I don't do Uber which is the most embarrassing thing of all). Been going here for quite a while now and service has been going down. Went straight there after driving back from Tampa as I had love bugs. Got a $6 upcharge even though the Works has bug removal listed. Bugs are off but when I got home, I looked at the wheels which weren't finished. Now I have to finish after paying $40 with a tip. Used to like coming here. Noticed that prices went up, which is fine. However, for a $35 car wash I had to tell them they did not wash my mats nor vacuum inside. When telling them, they without issue cleaned the mats, but had a supervisor tell me that vacuuming wouldn't remove the loose dog hair on top of my back seats. So loose I could pick it up with my hands. Kind of unbelievable and frustrating. Just do it right the first time or take a minute to vacuum when I asked without comments. Not the best experience. Used to be a lot better in the past. I ordered Works Wash including as it says on their website vacuum interior, didn't by far look like they had vacuumed at all. When I showed them all the dust and dirt on the floor they just insisted that they had vacuumed. I went home and used a regular vacuum on the floor and off it went. I selected 'The Works" for $37.95 (which was the "best" of the three options). All in, the cost was $44. I don't have an issue with the price; it's the service and the fact that when it was finished, the interior of my car (seats/mats) was completely UNTOUCHED. Sand and dirt were everywhere, defeating the entire reason I got the car wash in the first place, which was to clean the interior, and for them to tell me that they don't vacuum the seats or mats unless you pay extra was nuts. It seems like every little thing is an extra charge. I've never heard of a car wash not vacuuming the seats or mats; every car wash I've ever been to does that automatically, especially when you select the best of three options for a car wash. I will never go back...and you should never give it a chance. They need to change how they do business - vacuuming a car should be STANDARD. read more

I paid $25 for a in and out clean that I had to do at a local gas station and redo. Did not clean door jams Both sides Trim each door not done. Lifted back hatch of my jeep. Nothing wipes down around inside at all. Had to wipe down and re vacuum the front. Cup holder wasn't cleaned I had to ask three people to look at this. So here's the story. We have been using Boca Car Wash for the ~13 years that we have lived in the area. We stopped for awhile and used another service across the street a bit north on Federal. It went through several changes in ownership and management, enhanced its equipment, and greatly increased its prices. And the performance of the guys on the line went down. So, a return to tried and True Boca Car Wash. They get the car clean. They clean the interior well. The get to the details. There is on site management, usually by Andre, who is also the owner. A recent incident occurred which motivated me to post this review, now. At the end of March, my husband, who oversees car washes,noticed after a wash that a part near the door handle on the driver's side was missing. He was frantic. He was in a frenzy. "Oh no, what am I going to do? How am I going to explain this to Marc? Why did this happen?" So, logically, he returned to Boca Car Wash and asked about the missing part, showing the guys where it had been. They suggested he look around on the ground in the area where the cars are wiped dry. And yes, he found it. It was scratched and while not totally destroyed, it could not clip back into its position on the door handle. He completed a "missing/Damaged part form" (see picture), and explained to me what happened. My first reaction was "well, this is no big deal, we can get a new part from Audi". And my second reaction was "this is interesting, they actually have a form to submit for a missing part, I guess this occurs with some frequency." He was advised by Andre, the owner, that a new part would be ordered and he would be phoned when it came in. I asked Den "what will it cost?", and he replied "I don't know he didn't say anything about a charge" A few weeks passed and I followed up by phone and spoke with Andre who assured me that the part had been ordered and he would phone when it came in, it just takes time And that's what happened. And about 10 days later a phone message was left in a professional manner that the part was in. A new part in a sealed plastic bag was provided, maybe not a genuine Audi part, but it matched in color and the fit was tight. I was both surprised and impressed by the willingness of the owner to assume responsibility for the damaged part, to order it without charge to me, and to efficiently follow-up with his promised phone call. In this situation, he clearly was professional efficient and responsible. As an aside, I did inquire at Audi Service/parts about the cost of a new part and was advised $70-125. The service advisor informed me "the part comes in unpainted, we need to match the color and paint it and then install it, so that's why it is so expensive" if I had done that I would have been annoyed and felt ripped off. Boca Car Wash, to my pleasant surprise, handled resolution of the problem and gets my vote of confidence. Andre gets my vote of approval. read more
