This was my first time using this car wash, and unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. I waited more than an hour, and even after my car was finished, nobody called me from the waiting area. There was an older employee managing customers. But never received a call When I finally received my vehicle, it was not cleaned properly. Several areas were still dirty, and I had to wait even longer for them to finish the job correctly. spoke with the manager about the situation, but nothing was done to address my concerns or make up for the wasted time. My car had apparently been ready for quite a while, yet nobody informed me. Overall, the customer service was very poor, the communication was nonexistent, and the cleaning quality was disappointing. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. read more

I went to Sparkling Image Car Wash for a full detail and ended up leaving with damage to my car ! A piece was literally ripped out of my brand NEW tire during the wash. When I went back to speak with the manager, they admitted fault, but then tried to offer me a half-hearted reimbursement, saying they'd only cover half the cost of a new tire if I brought them a printed receipt. That's absolutely unacceptable. I shouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket for damages they caused. This isn't how a professional business handles mistakes. Instead of taking full responsibility, they tried to make it my problem. I paid for a detail, not for damage and hassle. Save yourself the headache, there are plenty of other car washes that value their customers and take proper care of their vehicles. read more

This is my second visit here. My first was not a good experience. I had to had my car cleaned again. I am trying it again because the other locations are good. I was hoping i maybe came on a bad day. I did not have to wait. My car was taken in pretty fast. I think I waited less then 10 minutes. As I was sitting in the waiting room. I got to listen to a customer argue. It was funny because she had the same complaint I had before. They gave her the same solution I got. The waiting area is nice and air-conditioned. You can pick up airfreshners and drinks there. It is the area that you pay. They did a good job washing my car. I was not to happy with the interior. I asked when getting this package about the pressure air. They said it came with it. I didn't see it in the results. I would say the place is good for a car wash but a decent inside job not. They need to work at it. At least this time they did not put my floor mats upside-down like last time lol read more

It was my first time going, wanted to try them out. They did a great job cleaning the car. Such a good job, there were things missing from my car. Either threw out, or stole multiple items out of my car. Would not recommend unless you want your compartments gone through and to be rushed out of your car & yelled at in another language. Tipped them $40 before I knew I was missing things, spent $40 on the wash itself, and will never go back. Worst car wash experience I've had living in south florida. read more

I paid a deep cleaning and the only thing that they made was just a vacuum, i'll never return on this place again

Came here to get my car washed because somebody told me that this place is pretty good. It's down the street from my job so it's super convenient after work when I got my car washed, the vacuum inside and out, wiped down, cleaned it up put it through the car, wash machine and then clean a little of the Rims. I didn't notice that the rooms were still a little bit dirty so I mentioned it and they cleaned it up immediately. they told me that I can come back in five days to get it re-washed and that's exactly what I did but the rewash was just going through the machine but I thought that was pretty neat deal read more

Shitty service, I paid 90$ for full detail inside cleaning car is half ass washed and lady at the reception was rude. Don't go there read more

Excellent Professional service received at this car wash. I received the Exterior wash with wax, vacuuming, windows, and interior completely wiped down ( I had spilled a coffee in the center console). They wiped it down, and made the car look nice and clean. Remember that the Employees work REALLY hard, and are in the Heat, so Please Tip them. They deserve it!! read more

I have an unlimited car wash subscription here and just got my 23' Kia hybrid serviced here for an oil change. The car wash first; can get pretty busy but if you go during off hours it can be quicker. They can only have one car go through at a time so on a Saturday morning when it opened at 8, there was probably already 5 cars being vacuumed and washed! The feeling of having a clean car interior and exterior is great. But note you'll be waiting a little so bring a book or play on your phone. Small waiting room inside but mostly outdoor waiting. Oil change, Terron who I believe is the manager set me up with the oil change. I have to admit I often feel taken advantage of as a female with automotive servicing but he really helped me out. I did do the pre-paid plan where for $250 ish I got 4 synthetic blend oils changes. I used one this visit and I can use the others at any sparkling image shop and on any car I want, no expiration! Pretty good deal in my opinion! I recommend for sure! read more

I've been here many times. Mostly good experiences. Fridays wash wasn't too bad. But, $39 for a simple interior/exterior wash/vacuum is crazy! Specially when I got home & walked around the car and had to get a cloth to wipe off a dozen or more little spots that came off with a simple wiping! For basically $40 I shouldn't have to do that when I get home! Not expecting a full detail quality for $39, but I should expect the car to be clean, wiped down and not have to go back over their work! read more

Nice and shiny and FAST! I'm a regular here for the car wash. No complaints from me. Also have gotten an oil change here. Uses Mobil 1 oil which is highest quality in my opinion. read more

Thankfully they are not just convenient along my daily commute but their quality also plays a large factor in this review. I have always had the best experience here! Even when I moved half an hour away I still come back here to get my car washed. They are always so professional, and quick. I usually always get the bumper to bumper detail.. over the apart 4 years the price has only gone up about 40 dollars. Compared to everything else in the community the quality has always matched the price. The woman at the front desk, is always so sweet. read more

Worst $30 car wash I have ever had. Terrible customer service. Avoid this place. Left sand in seat cracks. Did not wipe down interior. Barely vacuumed and will absolutely not return. read more

Save your money. They don't put forth any effort, called 15 min after leaving for a refund. Wouldn't honor it, just offered another wash. Why wash it again when you couldn't get it right the first time. Soap residue all over the truck and the interior cleaning is a joke. read more

My first time there . Make sure you ask many questions regarding their cleaning packages I almost was being charged for $120 package for detailing. I asked him what else he had. Then gave me the $60 detail which included vacuum, car wash, buff wax , wipe interior , and tires. I was able to watch the cleaner do my car and was blessed . Emmanuel was his name which means God is with you. Wow. He was excellent and he gets 5 stars. I will ask for him for future cleaning read more

BROKEN WINDSHIELD FROM WORKER WHILE I WAS STILL IN CAR !!! FULL DENIAL FROM WORKER AND MANAGMENT!!! I've been going here for years and noticed damage here and there but nothing major or able to prove. Truth be told I am just to lazy to wash my own car and do not care because its a lease. My experience on Christmas Eve however I was in the car while they broke the windshield from backside of scrub brush with extremely hard and heavy composite plastic. They try to say it was like that when I came even though cameras did not show a 1ft crack (and refused a copy or me to record on my phone when I disagreed) and was not noticed by check in guy who saw the drivers side when I received my ticket for payment. All they mentioned is just go through your own insurance , its free. I would say this facility is far subpar to its competition and would not recommend to anyone who cares for their vehicles. read more

Probably the worst car wash I've ever gotten so much so, it warrants this review. Other locations are better though!

Very busy car wash, last time I came they didn't even vacuum the backseat properly. It's almost like they forgot.

They only survive because there is not much else Around. From the person who initially meets you to the counter staff to the cleaners, they are all apathetic. They vacuum in the dark, so no wonder they do a poor job. They do as little as they they can to get your money and get you out. I've been there many of times and always have to go behind them. And NEVER get the wax. Complete waste of money. It's a shame, because they have a decent wash and good people, just very poorly run. read more

Great car wash! Gasparv is great and the rest of the team loves their job! Recommend 100%!

STAY AWAY!! VERY OVERPRICED!! DO NOT bring your car here!! Paid $120 for detail, yet they broke my radio antena and car was not cleaned well I called to complain and was told that display screen cleaning is not included ($120 detail and they cannot clean the display?!) Customer service manager had the audacity to say that the marks on the car are scratches and not dirt, does she think I'm that stupid?! I was able to remove the marks with some scrubbing, something this carwash did not do. Soap scum all around the inside doors Radio antena was beat up and hanging, they promised to send me a replacement by mail which I highly doubt they will do. ***UPDATE!! 2 weeks has passed and still didn't received the radio antenna that was promised, sent an email about it a while ago and hot no response*** Do you and your car a favor and stay far away from any sparkling image car washes read more

Value was good but I believe for the fact the car wash wasn't even busy this morning, they could have paid a little more attention to detail. My car was clean for the most part but I did empty everything out in the console but it was still a little dirty. This place is always packed but today I was able to drive right up, not surprise they only get 3 stars read more

I feel compelled to share an extended review regarding my recent experience with sparkling Image's oil change and carwash service due to the complexity of the situation. The primary concern I raised was damage to my vehicle, specifically a scratch on the interior door handle and another scratch with a ding on the exterior passenger door. After noticing these issues, I reached out to the corporate office and entered into a dialogue with Joshua Kay, the regional manager. Mr. Kay asserted that sparkling image wasn't responsible for the damage, citing CCTV photos as evidence. Upon reviewing these images, I noted a discrepancy: the timestamp indicated they were taken more than 30 minutes after I had handed over my vehicle, which contradicts my receipt timestamp. When I highlighted this to Mr. Kay, he invited me to meet at the Lighthouse Point location to discuss the matter in person. Due to my demanding work schedule, I requested to reschedule. Unfortunately, I have not received a follow-up response. I am disheartened by this experience, not only because of the damage to my vehicle but also due to the handling of my complaint. The lack of resolution and communication following our last interaction has been disappointing. _______________________________ The original review: Honestly, the level of disrespect, disappointment, and anger I feel right now is unmatched. Even just by writing this review, it makes my blood boil, especially since I've been using this establishment for at least 7 years now and haven't had a problem until November 18th, 2023, Saturday. I took my 2019 Hyundai Elantra to get an oil change, and upon retrieval of my vehicle, I noticed that the door handle on the inside was scratched up, and there was also a ding and scratch on the passenger door. So, I immediately parked my car and let the staff know, which resulted in one worker calling the next worker, and finally, the location manager, Tim Maxwell, came out. As I showed Mr. Maxwell the damage to the door handle and passenger door, he immediately said, "That's wear and tear, and there's nothing we can do about that. And there's no way the car wash machine could cause damage to the vehicle." I tried to explain to Mr. Maxwell that the door handle or door was not damaged when I brought the car in, to which he replied with a series of condescending "ok's." This resulted in him walking away, and another employee by the name of Gustavo came out and kept telling me that they were not responsible for the damage and that I couldn't prove they caused it. This made me feel like I'm crazy for being angry that my vehicle was damaged and basically calling me a liar. At this point, I'm fuming, and I admit I lost my temper and began yelling (which I have no problem admitting because as a man, I can take responsibility for my wrongdoings). Eventually, I calmed down because I genuinely believed Gustavo was just doing his job and felt bad for raising my voice. We then agreed to file an incident report. In the midst of my anger, I foolishly signed the incident report without looking it over, which is 100% my fault, and I should know better than to sign anything without proper review. On the incident report, there was a box checked off stating "WD is NOT responsible." You guys definitely got me with that one. Touché, sir. In conclusion, my car was damaged, and I was tricked into taking the responsibility off of Tim Maxwell and Gustavo. Congratulations on handling this situation by using cunning tactics rather than any sort of respectable customer service. read more

I paid for the full service #1 which included interior clean, but what exactly did they clean in the interior? All I saw was the lady take out the mats and wash them and had the vacuum out as if she was doing something. The inside of my car looked exactly the same... as for the exterior, horrible job on the wheels and they didn't even dry my car... Half was still wet. Save your money and go else where. read more

What can I say? My car entered dirty and it came out clean. It looks great and we all know a clean car always runs better ; ) No line when I went, good service, reasonable prices and I was there for about 10 minutes. Easy. They did a good job vacuuming the inside, cleaned windows inside and out and the tires have a nice shine. *something to note* when I asked which deal was the best for my dirty car, the attendant was honest and did not try to upsell me to the most expensive deal and he could have...I was a prime target. read more

No one in line and I pull up. Obviously on the WRONG side of the cone. Well, there's no freakin sign. Get one. The girl tells me not in the right lane. Editing review to one star- Very disappointed with my car wash today. I use to go to the Sparkling Image, formerly Cactus Car Wash, in Fort Lauderdale all the time. I was never disappointed like I was today. I selected the Full Service # 2 wash which includes interior and exterior cleaning (tire shine, wheel cleaner, lava wash, underbody wash, windows washed, fragrance, interior vacuumed and dusted, and wash and towel dry). Essentially I only got a base exterior wash and my floors vacuumed. Nothing was dusted, there was no lava wash (I sat and watched my SUV go through), and the tires are shiny, but the wheels could've been cleaned much better. There are also water spots still and the side mirrors don't look like they were touched. My trunk wasn't touched at all. There is still sand and dog hair everywhere. My car is barely cleaner now than when I first got there. I expected a lot more for what I paid for. Don't waste your time with this car wash. read more
