Lighthouse Car Wash is an old-school, do-it-yourself wand style pressure wash and vacuum center. If you enjoy using a pressure washer on your vehicle, you're going to like this place. It has all the classic features you might remember from back when these types of car washes were more common--cleaner, wax, rinse, and all the fun extras. Everything worked properly, including the vacuums, and I'll definitely be coming back to keep my truck clean. Reasonable value for 2025.... Just as I see Cameron's review below says WITHOUT QUESTION absolute worst carwash I have ever been to after years of driving the United States Eastern Seaboard and even when having a car when visiting Canada. A total dump, outdated signs dont line up with the services offered, wash names dont match monthy plans or the self pay buttons. Filthy filthy filthy place. Constantly broken equipment. You often pull up and the automated wash is out of order so you can't redeem your plan. The laser wash bay dry cycle is far too fast, your car will be soaked when leaving the bay, not just a little wet needing a quick towel touch, SOAKED!!! I had a monthly plan and canceled. Skimpy car wash for the $16 cost. Vehicle stays in one spot while the brushes work a little around your vehicle and drying is a joke. Overall, a very poor quality wash and it doesn't really dry your vehicle. It's unattended so in a way this is a positive since you can use it 24/7, but you might want to just hose down your vehicle since the result is almost the same. read more

It is the only decent self service car wash in area that I know of. It was packed with young boys and cars were packed in. I did not notice an attendant. I have been a monthly subscription member for 3 years. The wash has been broken several times over these years and their was no communication when it would be fixed even though you'd continue to get charged. It has been closed for the past 2 months due to a new system being installed. I tried the new wash system yesterday and it was even worse than the old one. This car wash always takes a little bit of my car every time I come. The tough part is they throw away the parts after they fall off the car. It's obvious that it's a car part and should be saved. My car is a late model car so this should not be happening. read more

Pretty decent self serve car wash. Kept clean, change and supply machines work. Plenty of space. They really need to give you a little more time for the money you are spending. When I used the wheel cleaner it took about 30-40 seconds of just water coming out before the actual cleaner started to function, so I found myself scrambling for more quarters before the time ran out. This is by far the best touch free or touch less car wash facility in our area. This is the only place I will take my new car for a machine wash. I learned my lesson on my black Lexus, car washes with the soft or lite touch brushes scratch your cars finish. Lighthouse Car Wash is touch free and really cleans your car... BTW.... There aren't many spots (I think 4) so I can see why you might have to wait your turn. I didn't have to wait and I have to say, it was pretty good. The card machine worked. I've been to car washes where the soap dispenser is super cheap but this one gave lots and lots of soap. Overall, I think I'll be back! read more

I give zero stars I washed my company van here and gave it a rince thin put the soap brush on I allwase wash the windows first then the van it's a wight sprinter van as I walked around the front of the van I noticed my shoes were wet and the ground was slick . Then I noticed I was not standing I water I was standing in motor oil and it was thick . Then i realized the brush i was using was full of oil and it was all over the windshield and hood and sides of the van . I used $20.00 trying to remove the oil from the paint and I can not get it off . I try obsessively to contact the owner of Lighthouse car wash but I keep getting a voicemail and at some points it goes straight to voicemail as if they're ignoring the call I personally feel like it's a scam so that people will spend more money. I will never use this car wash again and it looks like more than 55 gallons of oil was on the ground. So it was a lot more than just someone spilled a little oil it was intentionally poured into the well I hope the car wash owner reviews the camera for who may have done this since they're unavailable to answer their public contact number. Pretty standard for any other I have found that have the exact same option. You can use the self service options that allow you wash your car with the spray, brush and wax items while being timed or you can use the auto wash which you pick from quality levels to supply you with a wash. Overall the place seemed easy to access and well kept with the main concern being the price a little high for the amount of time you get. read more

I can't believe I just found this place. Wow we live in Deerfield Beach and have no place to take our car and boat close by... until we found these guys. They have a touch free automatic that is simply awesome. The self serve bays are high enough to get my 27 ft contender in without a worry. We have been using them for about 6mths now and it is always clean and working... I did have one problem with the changer and the wkend staff took care of it ..no questions asked! Impressive... Best automatic drive thru carwash I have seen. You get an excellent wash for 10 bucks!!!

I began as a fan, used it more and now I'm sore. Twice in ten days I've found the credit card payment machine didn't work. The first time I had a five dollar bill in my wallet so no big deal, I got my car a little less clean and the carwash got a little less payment. The second time, I found myself waiting to wash because the vacant carwash stalls were blocked by people vacuuming their cars. A problem with this carwash that merits fixing is the vacuums are in front of the wash stalls so you're waiting for a carwash stall there's no one using, because people are vacuuming. Then you're waiting a second time while they wash their car. This was the case today and when the stall was finally was empty, I found again that it would not accept credit cards. Unfortunately, I had no five dollar bill with me this time so my option was use a twenty with no change, or use the only three singles I had and get my car part clean. When you've driven fifteen minutes to get to this carwash, you would expect it to be able to accept payment and when it isn't, you would expect the problem fixed in short order. My advice: fix the problem and consider moving the vacuum stations to the south side of the property, opposite to those on the north side of the property. I've also twice found the wheel cleaner setting to dispense nothing more than water, which is particularly frustrating because the wheel cleaner takes about 45 seconds to come out of the spray wand so basically, you're paying and waiting for something you're not getting. read more
