Management and owner are happy with customers spending their hard earned money supporting their business. However, once your car gets bounced off of guiding rail and bangs your car against the wall multiple times causing severe damage, they both become unfriendly and blame the customer for their machine malfunction! ******************************* ENTER THIS CARWASH AT YOUR OWN RISK!! ******************************* The tow truck driver said, this exact malfunction happens at minimum three times per month and he is called to tow cars away!!!!! ******************************* Police officer came out and said, "They come to this establishment for damage to cars weekly!". DO NOT GO HERE. We've been coming here for 5 years and they changed ownership and since then it has been terrible!! They have like 5 people just standing around when you first come in and direct you on how to use the touch screen self service - it's pretty obvious on how to use, no need to be told what to do. Secondly, apparently this new manager doesn't allow trucks or large tires to go thru because it's "bad for the machine", never had this problem before and again have been coming here for 5 years. And ontop of it all, the customer service is horrific, no one knows what they're doing + it's EXPENSIVE for a regular ol' car wash. Save yourself the time & money, it ain't worth it. And if I can give ZERO stars, I would. It's sad to see what a different management can do to a once good place. read more

Gentleman welcomed me at the payment board on 10.22.25 Helped me pay, and suggested me to buy the BOGO for a few dollars more. I agreed. Pulled in, drove out, got home and saw i got 2 squirts of tire shine on each one of my tires. I didn't say anything. Today i went to use my BOGO and it was rejected, it expired yesterday. Never disclosed that it expires, manager also rejected it when i asked. Made me pull out of line. Between the crappy job and the upcharge CON, i'll never go back. Watch your back consumer. read more

I was looking for a quick drive through car wash with vaccumes & saw this place on my daily commute. Upon arrival a worker was giving out free car fresheners that smell amazing. My only complaint is that my tires weren't fully clean when my wash was complete, but overall it was a quick & easy wash. Affordable & quick. read more

Alson was super nice and cleaned my tires for free! He honestly made my day, a very nice guy. I will keep coming back to this car wash. Not a full service car wash. They used to offer the drive thru wash and then hand dry/interior/detailing. Not anymore. Paid over $30 for a meh drive through wash and the tire shine didn't work. We drove down to Florida from NJ. My bf is very meticulous with his car. He gets it washed every single week. It just went up to $22 up north. 4 guys wipe down every single car completely that comes through, and they do a tire shine which is included with the $22 price. They also vacuum out every single car and clean the mats. Fast forward to Mr Squeaky Car Wash. We saw that the $20 fee included a tire shine. We decided to go up to a higher price of $25 which we thought would include more amenities bc $35 for a wash is way too much. After we went through the car wash and came around we were told that the tire shine is not included in the $25 wash and the $35 wash. We were told by the workers drying off the cars that we would have to pay an extra fee for a wipe down and tire shine. This is ludicrous! They'll include the tire shine with the $20 wash but not the $25 or $35 wash! My bf had to pull over and wipe down and vacuum his own car! This place needs to get their overpricing in line with the amenities they offer. I was told the owner recently changed things and the gentleman who helped us pay agreed it's crazy! Their signs don't explain what every amenities is that is included and not included in their pricing. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIPOFF!!! I do not recommend ever coming here unless you want to overpay and not get any service! My mother goes to a place that's $18 for a complete car wash and they do the tires and the inside and wipe the car down. I will never use this car wash again!!! read more

New to the area from down south where there's a rollThrough wash on every other corner. Little spotty up here in Pompano but glad I found one. Drive up, choose your wash and pay at the pay station and continue. Someone sprays your car behind you enter with a hose and you put it in neutral and it's scrubbing time! Crap! Wish I'd read reviews first! Waste of money and time. Over paid and bought myself a job. A machine sprayed the same chemicals on all the cars. No human involvement besides a man running my credit card, a women ushering me into the line and a man directing my tire alignment into the feed. Water spots from last weeks rain remain, I had to dry and vacuumed the vehicle myself, the tires are not shined, the wheels not cleaned, the interior not wiped. I was told I would be charged $15 a month for unlimited car washes. the car wash isn't that great but for the low cost I figured it was ok. worst case scenario I can take the car through twice to try to get it clean. and after four months of service they charged my card $26.99. I called corporate to inquire and was told that the price changes after four months. I was NOT told this when I signed up. so I cancelled my account and asked them to refund my money. they said they will submit a request but most likely I won't get my money back. had to call my credit card company. dispute the charge and cancel my card. all this for a half ass car wash that was barely worth the $15 per month. don't waste your time with these people. there are plenty of other better car washes down the street that won't try to scam you for your money. read more

My car was REALLY dirty, lots of dog hair and a really long time since it had been cleaned. I got a full-service detail, which isn't cheap, but the technicians made it worth it! They did such a good job taking care of my car and even though I told them not to worry because I knew it was a lot of hair and I didn't expect perfection, this group did the absolute best to make it as perfect as possible. Thought it would be a simple drive through wash, but something was on the brushes and scratched my paint pretty bad. Attendants said they weren't responsible, managers had same response, had to turn into insurance company and they're going after the car wash. The scratches are deep and obvious (white marks) showing through my black paint, requiring a very expensive paint fix at the bodyshop! read more

The service is a rip-off and a lie. Going to a gas station to wash your car for 8.00 dollars is better, as they provide better service. They only put soap on the front window, so you think they put it on the whole car, but they don't. They only put water on it, and the car comes out unwashed. This is an amazing car wash. I've been using them every so often for over 6 years. This car was gets the entire exterior of your vehicle clean. The basic $9 wash does it all. Best drive thru car wash in the area. I drove all the way up from Hollywood Beach to get my vehicle washed. Stay in your vehicle and place it in neutral when they tell you to and that's it. It even gives a fantastic blow dry and does a great job. They have vacuums to use afterwards and ample parking. The staff have always been pleasant here when I've been here. I've never had any issues. Very helpful staff. Their internet was down so the machine wouldn't take cards so I had to pay cash. But someone was there to mention it so I or anyone wasn't there trying to figure it out. It went smooth. Fantastic great working great cleaning car wash. I can't say enough good things about it. I've been using squeaky car wash for 10 years, since it changed ownership it has gone downhill. They no longer except cash, now they have an attendant press the button's s on the payment screen for you. So, last time the attendant was Told I want the basic $10 wash, unbeknownst to me she charged me $18.80 for the "micro wash". I complained to the "manager" and said it was their Error not mine and should give me another wash for the cost of $1.20, all things being equal. The scam artist manager would not relent, explaining you got what you paid for. But I did not want that it was their mistake! I called the companies number for resolution, they said they can't do anything, because they only deal with members who are charged monthly fees. This place is BS, I and 4 other friends who are customers now go to Sparkling Image car wash in pompano off federal and Atlantic. Next I notify BBB. read more

I have been going there 2 times per month for 10 years. Although they have raised their price for full service from $25 to $35 over the last 2 years, I have supported them until today. I went through the car wash for full service & when I went to the vacuum area. A new person asked for my receipt. I tap my debit card so no Receipt was given at the automated machine. I've done this many times as they know me. The new guy told me, no receipt, no service & told me to leave. I will never go back again & do not recommend this car wash. read more

I'm usually looking for a car wash where I can be in and out quickly, and this was a success here at Mr.Squeaky Car Wash. As I pulled in, there was no line and I pulled up to the kiosk menu where the "options" were clearly labeled and I used the screen to select "The Works" which was a nice exterior and interior package for $29. The prices are clear to see which is nice because no one likes "surprise fees" when it comes to car washes. I was in and out in exactly 30 minutes and the young gentlemen were kind and efficient. I appreciated the clean waiting room which was fairly private, quiet, had two bathrooms and the AC was pumping. I gave this a 4 star, because it was satisfactory, but nothing "stood out." I'll go back, but it's just "okay" for me. read more

After paying to get my car cleaned, I left this place still needing to clean my car and that's not right. The hands-on services were below standards. One staff member was visibly annoyed when I addressed that the basic services I paid for weren't completed. The only positive thing that I can say is there are free vacuums, (which you will definitely still need if you rely on these people cleaning your vehicle. ) My best advice is to pay the low price for the car wash that has free vacuums, bring your own auto cleaning supplies and get to work. It's the best value and at least your car will be clean. The services actually used to be good at this place. read more

I usually just go to a gas station to get my car washed but my car was really in need of something a bit more powerful as it had been a few weeks since I last got a car wash. I came to Mr. Squeaky because my partner recommended it to me. I was optimistic I was going to be satisfied with the service because of the price alone - nearly $10 more than what I usually pay at another nearby gas station car wash. However, I thought it was worth it, again, because my little Kia Soul was in desperate need of washing. I got the mid-tier service and added on hot lava wax to it. It came to $19. When entering the car washing machine there were some employees standing outside with a water pressure cleaning hose that pressure clean your car. As my car approached the entrance, I noticed the second employee in the water pressure cleaning line seemingly shrug his shoulders. It took me a second but I then realized he was unenthusiastically trying to get me to put my car in neutral. Had I not been paying attention, I would've missed this requirement. The overall car washing experience was very brief and quick. I didn't notice any hot wax being put on my car during the experience. However, it is possible that I just didn't know what it looked like. It wasn't until after I got out of the machine and parked near the vacuum hoses did I question if I got a hot wax treatment. As you'll see in my pictures, the car wash did little to nothing for my car. I still have CHUNKS of bird poop and other dirt markings all over my car. There wasn't a single side of my car that was spotless. In fact, after I left, I went to another car wash and got the job done. The vacuum hoses aren't that strong and, again, you're better off just going to a gas station air pump vacuum. For the price, I was hoping for something exceptional and what I got was very disappointing. I won't be returning as I feel that the price was not worth what I got and I could absolutely get better results for a much cheaper price at a gas station car wash. Don't go to Mr. Squeaky if you're looking for a comprehensive and powerful car wash. This may only be for those folks who get their car washed all the time. My car was shiny from a distance but as you approached it you could see tons of dirt and other markings that their machine didn't get rid of. This is even more surprising when you consider that there were two employees with water pressure washing hoses at the beginning of the wash. read more

I looked up their hours due to covid and was shocked to see the low rating so I figured I'd take matters into my own hands. I've been coming here since it opened but stopped because I moved to Miami. I recommend the $29 car wash/detail package. Their employees never miss a spot, inside and outside, and the thorough work they put into every single wash is great - plus, they're fast too.
