I appreciate the great communication. I did rebook it again and had to pay online again, and I figured I would just talk to them about refunding the second booking. When Kewin came over, we decided we wanted our other van (which was primarily the van that chauffeured our dogs around) to be cleaned and asked if the 2nd payment can go towards the van instead. Kewin spoke to his boss, and they agreed. Let me tell you - Kewin was there for HOURS. Basically, it's almost the whole day. He was meticulous and cleaned every nook and cranny of both the SUV and the van. I was very impressed and I recommended it to my family who also got their cars cleaned within that week. Our neighbors who saw Kewin hard at work were also impressed and I hope they booked their cleanings too!

I've used them multiple times in the past, and the actual washes are typically great, but getting them to show up for an appointment is the hardest part. This past Friday, they came to our home in Deerfield Beach and washed two SUVs. Only after they finished did they mention an added $10 trip fee, per vehicle. This was very unprofessional and should've been disclosed prior to booking. Nonetheless, I booked an appointment on Saturday for my car, only to have the scheduled time pass with no explanation on their end. I rescheduled twice for that day, with no one coming. I then tried again for Sunday, relying on their AI text bot, which proved to be completely worthless. I finally got a response from an actual human, who told me that our location was out of their service area. I reminded him that they were just here two days prior, and asked why their website would allow me to book at a ZIP Code that was out of their service area, which was blamed on their current website design. There are plenty of other Car Wash services that are significantly more reliable, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I found SudShine on Yelp and contacted David right away. Talking to him on the phone gave me great comfort that I probably found the right service. He was very accommodating, giving me an appropriate price for washing and detailing 2 SUV's and he was available on a Saturday morning when we needed him. I had my hose on the side of the house prepared, but when he drove up I learned he brings his own water supply and all the appropriate cleaning products. It was a big blue container of water he brings in the back of his truck. He was very organized and took out all the cleaning products and set himself up quickly and immediately started on the tires. David took his time to clean every inch of both our cars and sometimes I would go out to see how he was doing so we got to chat a little bit as he was working. He is very professional. I even had him clean the carpets and he gave me a very reasonable price to do that, which is not something we normally do but glad he was the one to do it. No hassles, detailed, timely and reasonable; I will be using him again and won't look any further.

After searching for qualified shops in the South Florida area, I was told about Kayno Car Care by my nephew and various Yelp searches. I was very reluctant to leave my car at any repair shop since it is a rare classic 1962 Corvette that exceeds $100K+ in value and requires special care, expertise and attention. I needed an expert shop to upgrade its brakes, clutch and steering issues and not leave the car out in the rain and treat it with kid gloves. The Owner Chris provided me with a quote that was well below the quote of other shops and I had faith in their mechanical abilities after seeing them work on a valuable Mercedes in their shop and learning that they were former Mercedes mechanics. Chris and Frank performed the work to my car below the established budget and exceeded my expectations in their professionalism, expertise and quality of very challenging work. I am actually very fortunate I found this shop and that they added value to my rare 63 year old car below budget. They went beyond the extra-mile in making repairs and adding the upgrades I requested including going the extra extra mile of removing the engine from the car to restore additional components. They painted required portions of the underside of the engine even without request and reinstalled the engine and all its myriad components. If you are fortunate enough to get an appointment at Kayno you will not be disappointed with the result. These guys are the few mechanics I've come across with the highest level of integrity and Chris responds to all phone calls and provides updates regularly. I would trust any vehicle, especially high end vehicles with Kayno. Since I only had one chance to get it right the first time, I am delighted that I made the right choice in selecting Kayno or It cold have been a very expensive and unfortunate lesson. Their service was exceptional - professional, thorough, and exactly what I needed during a stressful time while visiting the area. However, something very concerning happened: immediately after contacting Arkad through their Yelp profile, I started getting bombarded with calls and texts from competing detailing companies. These competitors somehow knew the specific details of my private inquiry to Arkad - including personal information about my newborn situation. It's been over a month and some are STILL contacting me. That Fort Lauderdale shop has since closed, and the same owner now operates a shop in Lauderhill. He still refuses to fix the damaged paint. I chose Maaco because I thought a well-known name meant accountability, but these are independently owned franchises, and corporate hasn't helped. I've filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General and am filing one with the Better Business Bureau.

I went to them for inspection and replacement, and after brief contact, they dropped off the map and failed to respond to my text messages. Don't buy into their top quality, lifetime warranty bull. Better just to buy the cheapest film available and expect to replace it every 4-5 years. The owner, Vitaly followed up with me and offered to fix the problem. He replaced the defective film under warranty and made it perfect again.
