Not only is there still dirt all over my truck but also mud all over my wheel wells, on the rims, dirt in the door pockets, on the running boards, dust all over the doors and dirt in the floor mats. He commences to tell me the floor mats can be cleaned any better. It took me 5 minutes with a scrub brush to get it cleaned when i got home. Not to mention he never even touched my truck with wax. I wouldn't let them touch my vehicles ever again if they wanted to pay me to do it. I'd be better off driving it through at a gas station.

My husband went back to discuss it with them and the manager wasn't there but was told, "this has never happened before." According to some of these reviews, cars have been damaged before. Needless to say, monthly membership has been cancelled and several of our friends go there as well since we referred them, will be canceling too. For a $53 monthly membership to cause over $250 in damages to our vehicle it's not worth the headache. Bad business, employees need to pay attention, they have 1 job to do.
