Typical bait and switch establishment. On their website they have advertised a $3 basic wash, only at this location the websites makes clear. But when you arrive, it's really $10! In a world of choices, why would anyone want to come here to get ripped off? Nothing they offer here you cannot get better somewhere else, where they are at least honest in their business approach. Uuugh this car wash is a nogo. I used to come here because the basic wash was $3, however, the vacuums BARELY suction anything, but still $3. In addition to the vacuum not vacuuming, there are two rows of vacuums, one row has never worked from the beginning of this business, therefore, you will have to wait for someone on the other side to finish, which could be a long time; yes, waiting for half suctioning vacuums. Now, the basic wash price has been raised to $8.99, still with only one row of vacuums being available; I THINK NOT! I'd much rather pay $9 at the competitor that does have working vacuums, and 2 working rows of vacuums. read more

I was actually on my way to a different carwash when I saw they had just built a Spin here. I made a quick turn and zipped in for a wash. Spin is a great little concept; you pull up and tell them what you want (I get the basic wash), they punch it into the computer and charge you. You then drive up, put the car in neutral and relax. The machine guides you through and washes the car, much like any drive through carwash. You have your choice of tires and waxes and undercarriage and all of that, but for me, the basic wash is all I need. When you finish you drive out and straight to the vacuums, which are free with your wash. That's the best part of Spin; you're not paying extra to vacuum the car like you do at the self-wash places. I've been going to the one in Oakland Park for quite a while now so it's nice to see they have one closer to home. read more

This is a pretty new car wash. It's a "drive up and choose" a service. There's staff at the machines to explain and assist if needed. Once you choose you just drive around to the machine and you're greeted by some other guys that will assist you a Lil further , if you require. Spin carwash has been withdrawing unauthorized money out of my bank account. I only proscribe for one month and just found out they have been taking money out of my account for 9 months. I don't know how I didn't see that all this time until now. I need them to replace my money back into my account, Or they will be hearing from my Lawyer!! Sign a unhappy customer! read more

Every second vacuum doesn't work, people beat each other doors, because left side vacuum spot doesn't work completely, tire shine work sometimes. Absolutely hole place, take better place for that price. Management absolutely not competent and can't fix anything for years. 1 star good rating read more

I drove through the car wash on Sunday. When I parked the car I saw that my "REAR BUMPER' was missing. I went back to the car wash, and saw my bumper on the grass. I also saw another car with "REAR END DAMAGE". The both of us filled out a form in the office. On the form you have to wait for 14 days to get an answer from the car wash, if they are going to FIX my BUMPER. With your insurance you only have 14 days to put in a claim! What a SCAM they are. They don't take responsibility for there machinery DAMAGING your car. The manager tries to AVOID you, he don't pick up his phone, and when he does, he is a smart ASS about the 14 days, before he can respond to your car damage. I went to this car wash on Dec 10th at 8:30 in the morning. It was a long wait because the system would not read the license plates for anyone with a monthly plan. I had to honk to get an employee to come over. He came with an attitude. He did not want to work. When I finally got to the car wash, he did not rinse any cars. I then went to the vacuum and one side all vacuumed did not work. When I asked the employee he said "I know." I tried to call the office and of course no one answers. I referred several people to taking the monthly plan here. Reconsidering it now read more

Stopped to clean my car today and when I came out of the car wash to vacuum my car found out that only one side was working and even the working the working side couldn't pick up dirt. This is the second time that I encountered this issue. Several of us complained to the manager but he offered no immediate solution or customer gesture, only that they will try to fix it at night. The car wash should have been closed if the vacuum system was not functioning properly or a discount given. But corporate greed kicks in and screw the consumer. These franchises open and are great in the beginning, the Ft Lauderdale location even had a car mat vacuum and every time I went remained broken. I have had good experiences with Spin Car wash. Sometimes the attendant prewashes lights front and back. I tip then. If no prewash, no tip.

I do not recommend this place specially the one in north lauderdale extreamly rude and destroy the back of my 2 lefts rims the gm told me it was my fault please if u go there check the back of your rims on the left side they don't care read more

Rancid water smell. film left on car after washings. spray arms not positioned properly for drying. I could go on. one the worst car washes in the area. I had one car wash here January 2020 never signed up for any memberships just a single car wash I've been being charged since January 2020. I've tried to contact them through phone, email I haven't gone in person cause it's not near by. I had to gone through my bank just to be able to stop payment and dispute all the extra charges. It's ridiculous that they would continue charging people after a one time car wash and don't even have the gall to reply message or refund people their money for services not receive. read more
