I've notice a big decline in their attention to detail. Maybe because I've been recently going on a weekday rather than the weekend; seems like barely anyone is there...clients and employees. I have a couple more pre-purchased washes so I'll try a different day/time to go. read more

Normally, I come to this Car Wash and there is an older gentleman that will scrub my sides of my car in the back with a soapy brush ,before it goes through the washing procedure, and it comes out clean, today I go to the car wash there's a younger gentleman I tip him, he does not take the brush and scrub the sides of my car. He just sprays the car with the water hose. My car comes out dirty streaks in the back and now I can't get a hold of the company on the phone., read more

I had a Groupon and was having a hard time having it come up on my phone and the owner came out and she was very helpful and very friendly. I would definitely go back because the price was right and they did a great job cleaning my car. I had love bugs stuck on and they are all gone now! read more

Best, quick service and best staff and management, I highly recommend. Try them out

Set off my driver restraint system while detailing my car, cost me $130 to diagnose and reset. They refused to take any responsibility for it, even with the diagnostic showing it happened while they had the car. Manager just said "but I gave you a good deal on detailing" and handed me the owner's card. Called the owner 6 times over 4 days and left messages, no courage to respond. Avoid this place! read more

Subject: Customer Service Concern - Rosa Hello, I'm writing to express my concern regarding customer service at your location. During my recent visit, I experienced inappropriate behavior from Rosa at the back area while taking payments. She was screaming at me and my wife without explanation, and it was very upsetting and unprofessional. I have been coming to Nemos for a long time--even before he purchased (previously known as Oceans). However, since this, Rosa has been repeatedly refusing to allow me to use the wash area without providing any reason. Could you please review what happened and provide clarification as to why Rosa was screaming at us? I would also like to understand why access to the wash has been denied. read more

Showed up at 8:06 in the morning a very large Spanish woman standing at the register stated we have no detailers here come back in an hour. I came back in an hour and 15 minutes and she said come back in another hour. I told her this is terrible customer service She said let me take a look at your car and see how dirty it is. Maybe I can do it I said are you a professional detailer? She stated no that's why you'll have to come back really bad customer service. I would not let Nemo's car wash or their detailers near any of my vehicles the place is completely filthy a real pigsty I should've known when I pulled up to this place that this wasn't gonna be the right place to have my car detailed and before I left the very large Spanish woman told me next time don't buy anything online. We can give you a better deal here. I told her they'll be there next time. read more

Two subjects with limited English were detailing a car up front. Those workers were not able or willing to tell me the price for exterior car wash. I went to the place just north of there on University Dr instead. I will not be back until someone gives the price before I pull into that location. Go elsewhere! read more

Rosa was very helpful and great when it came to customer service!! We even asked for the paper car mats and she hooked us up. Very happy with the service read more

Was here eight years ago and let me tell you, night and day difference. The service is absolutely terrible now, so many spots were missed. It was disgusting. I'm assuming they changed owners because they're terrible now and I will never go to this place again and highly recommend no one else does either. read more

A lovely young lady greeted me upon entering the car wash. She told me about the monthly offer. Since I live close by and like a clean car I went for it. It saves me city water and time. Frankly, it does a fabulous job!!! I'd recommend Nemo's to everyone who likes a clean car. I appreciate the recommendation and feel the monthly offer is definitely worth the money. I expect better quality work when I pay $45 for a wash. 7/10 for quality and friendly service

Not going back! Normally I don't write reviews complaining, but I felt ripped off. The blower/dryer didn't do a good job, as you can see on my pictures, I came out of it with lots of wet spots, and the areas that it dried had spots also (check the photos). Vacuum VERY low pressure, had redo it at home. read more

I have been many times. Apparently to drive through the car wash and have the inside detailed with basics went from $50-$70 for a small car. Trying to talk to someone to get details was impossible. Everyone just points and refuses to speak. Very Squid Game with their Covid masks on - outside, still I went to the inside waiting area. I picked one of the massage chairs which I have paid for many times. One of the "guards" came in and said I had to move? Didn't say it. Pointed to me and waved me away. I went to the lovely lady that decided to overcharge me and leave my seats wet, When I finally got my car back-waiting outside in 100 degrees and no shade. Work peeps have shade fwiw. My name is not even close to Karen. I don't write reviews for something to do. I tried for 2 hours to call and speak to someone and they don't answer the phone either. Keep looking as this place has hit bottom with customer service. Red light - green light. Especially going through the car wash. read more

I've never had a problem with them. With discount coupons they are a very good value.

I think a lot of people may not be understanding that this is an automated car wash for the most part. Sure there are other services including full service but for the most part it's meant to be a quick solution to a dirty car. I didn't come in with any other expectations and I feel they lived up to what they offer. It's the not the best solution of you want a spotless car. Staff here was friendly but if you are a first timer (especially with a promo) then confusion might set in as I didnt' have someone at the front of the line to explain how to use it etc. Regardless, do the line (there is a cashier at the end of it that will help out) You normally will vacuum your car yourself if it's an express service. They do offer someone to manually dry the car at the end of your wash service. They do offer monthly plans. Wait time was about average. Was pretty happy with everything, tires came out a touch dirty but again it is what it is. read more

I'm shaken with how unprofessional this owner was today. I asked for a Vaccuum and dashboard wiped and somehow my seats were dirty. He then says this is impossible and he shouldn't have to clean. I tried to show him my before and after but he declined. His team was trying their hardest to assist but he objected to wanting to help. I understand the seats weren't supposed to be cleaned but I believe they may have leaned on the seats with previously dirty hands from cleaning all day and they just need to be wiped down. I'm so furious that a business owner could be so careless about paying customers. His exact words were "I don't care I think they're hands are clean" read more

Rose is the besttt! She hooked me up with my car servicethis was the best experience I've had a a car wash !

I have never had any negative visits. I like that they will hand dry your vehicle if you want.

I gave my car for auto-detailing a couple of months back. The service provided was of poor quality. They charged $128.38 for the service and firstly the car was not properly cleaned. On top of it the car was scratched on the rear side of the bumper by the operator . The manager went over the security cameras and confirmed that the car was damaged during the service. For the next couple of months the manager gave false promises to get the car repaired by the body shop. Although nothing has been done yet. I wish google did provide an option to give negative ratings. For Nemo's account manager - Please do not respond to the comment by saying to get in touch over the phone, as multiple attempts have already been made by me to get a hold of you. Every time the manager says that they are looking to get in touch with the body shop. This has been going for the past 2 months. read more

When I pulled in to get my car washed I literally sat in line for 15 minutes and there were no cars coming out of the wash. I see all of these wonderful reviews about this Nemo's car wash! I wish that I could have had the same great experience! But, it is Monday and maybe his workers decided NOT to show up for work because I certainly did not get any of that friendliness and kindness! Great service I was pleased with the results. They cleaned inside and out the Tires glass. Everything was spotless.

Eric and team did a great job on my vehicle, it was super clean. For the value, it is well worth it.

After doing a Google search for brushless car wash, this came up and I decided to check it out as my car was super dusty and really needed a good wash. This place is run like a well-oiled machine. You have two lanes to pick from, one lane is the Express Wash where you drive through for an exterior only car wash. The second lane is a full-service lane for hand detailing services in addition to the drive-through car wash. Prices range from $7 for express with no add-ons to $40 and up depending on the kind of services you want. It is however, not brushless. There are big giant tendrils that slap and tickle your car as you are driving through the wash. My major concern with car washes that use brushes is creating surface scratches in my clear coat. Not a worry here. My paint came out perfectly unmarred. The staff here was incredibly nice and the guy who processed my order even told me a funny joke. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. As far as the wash itself goes, it's about on par with any drive-through car wash. My car does look dust-free and shiny, with no water spots. The car wash did not take off any of the harder to remove surface dirt as you can see in my pictures. I will go over those myself. For $12, (not $7 since I got the upgraded Express Wash which included tire shine) I am very happy with the way it turned out. I had a good customer service experience, it didn't take a lot of time, it wasn't out of my way, and most importantly my car looks good! read more

I brought my car in to have the seats cleaned. They use a heated soap vacuum machine. I paid $70.00. After 1 week some stains came back. I went back in, talked to the manager and was treated in a disrespectful manner. He implied that the stains were caused by me. Incorrect. He then ignored me until I approached him. He said he's too busy. What? I ended up leaving after waiting a long time, without the manager resolving the issue. Really horrible customer service. Avoid Nemo's car wash. The manager should not deal with customers. Don't pay your hard earned money to be treated like you're the problem!! read more

I was really impressed with the value today , found this $ 25 Groupon for an express wax and wash mini detail. It took about 1 hour, but the car came out perfect .
