Showed up at 8:06 in the morning a very large Spanish woman standing at the register stated we have no detailers here come back in an hour. I came back in an hour and 15 minutes and she said come back in another hour. I told her this is terrible customer service She said let me take a look at your car and see how dirty it is. Maybe I can do it I said are you a professional detailer? She stated no that's why you'll have to come back really bad customer service. I would not let Nemo's car wash or their detailers near any of my vehicles the place is completely filthy a real pigsty I should've known when I pulled up to this place that this wasn't gonna be the right place to have my car detailed and before I left the very large Spanish woman told me next time don't buy anything online. I have been many times. Apparently to drive through the car wash and have the inside detailed with basics went from $50-$70 for a small car. Trying to talk to someone to get details was impossible. Everyone just points and refuses to speak. Very Squid Game with their Covid masks on - outside, still I went to the inside waiting area. I picked one of the massage chairs which I have paid for many times. One of the "guards" came in and said I had to move? Didn't say it. Pointed to me and waved me away. I went to the lovely lady that decided to overcharge me and leave my seats wet, When I finally got my car back-waiting outside in 100 degrees and no shade. Work peeps have shade fwiw. I think a lot of people may not be understanding that this is an automated car wash for the most part. Sure there are other services including full service but for the most part it's meant to be a quick solution to a dirty car. I didn't come in with any other expectations and I feel they lived up to what they offer. It's the not the best solution of you want a spotless car. Staff here was friendly but if you are a first timer (especially with a promo) then confusion might set in as I didnt' have someone at the front of the line to explain how to use it etc. Regardless, do the line (there is a cashier at the end of it that will help out) You normally will vacuum your car yourself if it's an express service. They do offer someone to manually dry the car at the end of your wash service. They do offer monthly plans. Wait time was about average. Was pretty happy with everything, tires came out a touch dirty but again it is what it is. read more

I'm shaken with how unprofessional this owner was today. I asked for a Vaccuum and dashboard wiped and somehow my seats were dirty. He then says this is impossible and he shouldn't have to clean. I tried to show him my before and after but he declined. His team was trying their hardest to assist but he objected to wanting to help. I understand the seats weren't supposed to be cleaned but I believe they may have leaned on the seats with previously dirty hands from cleaning all day and they just need to be wiped down. Great service I was pleased with the results. They cleaned inside and out the Tires glass. Everything was spotless.

I gave my car for auto-detailing a couple of months back. The service provided was of poor quality. They charged $128.38 for the service and firstly the car was not properly cleaned. On top of it the car was scratched on the rear side of the bumper by the operator . The manager went over the security cameras and confirmed that the car was damaged during the service. For the next couple of months the manager gave false promises to get the car repaired by the body shop. Although nothing has been done yet. I wish google did provide an option to give negative ratings. For Nemo's account manager - Please do not respond to the comment by saying to get in touch over the phone, as multiple attempts have already been made by me to get a hold of you. After doing a Google search for brushless car wash, this came up and I decided to check it out as my car was super dusty and really needed a good wash. This place is run like a well-oiled machine. You have two lanes to pick from, one lane is the Express Wash where you drive through for an exterior only car wash. The second lane is a full-service lane for hand detailing services in addition to the drive-through car wash. Prices range from $7 for express with no add-ons to $40 and up depending on the kind of services you want. It is however, not brushless. There are big giant tendrils that slap and tickle your car as you are driving through the wash. My major concern with car washes that use brushes is creating surface scratches in my clear coat. Not a worry here. My paint came out perfectly unmarred. The staff here was incredibly nice and the guy who processed my order even told me a funny joke. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. As far as the wash itself goes, it's about on par with any drive-through car wash. My car does look dust-free and shiny, with no water spots. The car wash did not take off any of the harder to remove surface dirt as you can see in my pictures. I will go over those myself. For $12, (not $7 since I got the upgraded Express Wash which included tire shine) I am very happy with the way it turned out. I had a good customer service experience, it didn't take a lot of time, it wasn't out of my way, and most importantly my car looks good! read more

I brought my car in to have the seats cleaned. They use a heated soap vacuum machine. I paid $70.00. After 1 week some stains came back. I went back in, talked to the manager and was treated in a disrespectful manner. He implied that the stains were caused by me. Incorrect. He then ignored me until I approached him. He said he's too busy. What? I ended up leaving after waiting a long time, without the manager resolving the issue. Really horrible customer service. Avoid Nemo's car wash. The manager should not deal with customers. Don't pay your hard earned money to be treated like you're the problem!! read more

I was really impressed with the value today , found this $ 25 Groupon for an express wax and wash mini detail. It took about 1 hour, but the car came out perfect . They have a nice ac lobby to wait in . Great spot to get your car clean! Pull in and you have two choices- the line to the left is for just a wash, the longer line to the right is for full service in and out. The entire staff here is really friendly. Not having been here before, the guy greeted me, told me the options and hands me a receipt to pay and tapes a copy to my inside windshield. Pull up into the vacuum area and you leave your car and walk into the car wash. Once inside- the lounge is quite nice- vending machines, coffee, tables and chairs. I was hoping not to be there long enough to settle in so I paid the cashier and headed out front to wait. Soon my car was pulled around, dried, windows washed and I was on my way. The cost for all in ran about $24 but you can go a cheaper route and just pay $16 or so for the basic service. I was blown away by the friendly service from the guy who asked what I wanted to the cashier who talked to me about detailing services and finally the guy who was wiping down my car. Will I be back? Wow! Not some of the bells and whistles of some of the newer car washes, but the folks attending this establishment are on point. I do not necessarily get the top of the line wash, this does not seem to mean a sacrifice pertaining to quality. The vehicle comes out cleaner than most pricier washes. What separates this car wash for me as someone whom may get cheaper washes regularly rather than an expensive wash once a month is the fact they have an attendant with a hose or two pre-wash which makes a world of difference when it comes to those hard to reach spots. I used to be a faithful customer of Ocean's Car Wash. They did a great job and the price was affordable. I have a medical condition which makes some things hard, so I pay to have my car washed. I would go before 10 am and get an early bird special, which helped my budget. I loved my experience with them, but this has changed. I went one day at my usual time and it was closed. No explanation. No big deal. It happens. But I think they sold or something, and that was during the handover time because now I see signs that it is called Nemos Car Wash. Nothing is the same. The early bird special, says $3.95, which is cheap. I used to get a vacuum and interior detail for like 10 bucks and I tipped 100% so the person who cleaned my car also got some cash in pocket. Today I paid $17 for a wash and and "basic interior clean." The interior car was in the exact condition it was in when I dropped it off. It did not look like they did anything. I even shook the floor mats and visible dirt came off. I drove back around through the line to the one guy who spoke English. Please know that I love Spanish language, first generation business owners, and people who speak Spanish, but I could not communicate at even a basic level, except with one guy who took my money in the beginning, (and who also tried to upsell me so hard it was annoying). I'm only mentioning it because it made basic business communication nearly impossible. Another guy waiting for his car kept asking the employees there if he could get change so he could tip, and he was actually waved off. Completely dismissed. No eye contact. He told me that this was the last time he was going there, and I have to say it will be mine, too. They used to have a counter with an employee at a cash register who was super helpful. It was a bustling, decent place to wait, but that is gone. The waiting area has some scattered seating, but it is kind of lame now. I was waiting with one other customer and about 6 employees. When I showed the guy who took my money the interior he said, "That's what you get with the 17$ car wash. Just a wipe down with a rag." He wasn't awesome about it. Until Nemo took over the place it has been a run of the mill car wash offering an average value for the money. But under Nemo's guard the standard of service and the value for the money has set the bar very high. No doubt car wash surpass the best car washes in town. Practically every aspect of the business has been upgraded and a lot of new features and services have been added. I see Nemo train his employees himself and his endless energy reflects in his employees positive attitude. Brought my car in the morning for an ultimate detail, which is their best detail inside and out ($200 value) which I had done once before about a year ago. Picked up my car in the afternoon and was surprised that the job was less than I expected compared to the first time I took it. The first time I took my car here a year ago, it looked like I took it to a private pro detailer who restored my car to brand new. This time there were way too many things overlooked here and there inside and out. Didn't seemed like a specialized job (like I paid for). It seemed like they just glossed up exterior with poor prep leaving dirty nooks/crannies and just vacuumed, steamed, and dressed interior parts that showed, leaving unseen parts dirty. So if you want a "DETAIL", this isn't a "DETAILED" job. It's more like a "SUGAR COATED" look. I was very bummed out. This place used to be comparable to JM Lexus's detailing shop (where I sometimes get an ultimate detail ($200 value as well), since they had same prices, same detail jobs, and same results. Oceans Car Wash is the original name of this place. The outside saids Nemo and inside looks like it has just been resold again. The company can be getting by off of Oceans reviews however this is no longer ran under that name. I went today and received horrible service. It felt like the car behind me hit me. I looked in the rear view and all I could see is someone jumping out which seemed to be the car owner. Once I was able to get out I looked at the car, no damage but I still called for management due to concern because I saw the person get out. The manager spoke to the driver who acted like he did not speak English and asked him if we hit. He said no. Then I said can you ask if he was in the car and got out. He said no. I knew I saw him in the car and at this point they were calling me a liar so I asked to see the camera. The camera showed we did not hit but the driver was absolutely in the car, and absolutely Jumped out and also grabbed the hose and sprayed his own tires. The manager told me it didn't matter he didn't hit my car. I said that was not the point, you're ignoring the fact that you told me there was no way someone was in the car. This man just jumped out just like I said. He went from a Long time customer, To previous employee, to owner. I will never go there again the manager is rude and they lied and once I proved my point they refused to acknowledge that they lied! Horrible service! read more
