Don't waste your money here. There aren't enough vacuums for the number of cars, and since the vacuum area is open to everyone, it's clear people are using it without even purchasing a wash. On top of that, the towels they provide are always damp or wet, which completely defeats the purpose. For $35 a month, it's just not worth it. It's a great concept, but poorly executed. I'll be canceling my membership. read more

I've heard a lot of great things about this car wash company and not only that, but they use felt and soft materials to wash cars through their wash mechanisms. We met a nice staff member named Earl that helped us out and answered all my questions. It was awesome to use the coupon deal I found online for a free graphine and ceramic wash. My car looked so nice after! It's a brand new car and it's great to know I can come here and not have to worry about the paint being scratched or anything else. I used to love going here as it was a local business in the neighborhood. I didn't have to go too far to get a completing car wash inside and out. Now there are no people that do interior cleanings. This is unfortunate on the weekends. there is chaos at the vacuums and people cutting each other off. It's not worth going here anymore if you need to do the inside of your car as well. We came in with my husband's SUV with the promotional free wash. We were looking forward to getting a membership as this would be convenient for him. The whole wash process was quicker than we expected and when we looked to see it clean, it was not. We drove back and asked why the front grill was not prewash sprayed as we saw the spray at the entrance. He told us it was a liability that they if they damage it will cost them! He let us have another wash. The car was a bit cleaner but not enough to pay for a membership. There are other car washes in the area that do a far superior job! Weekends are much busier than weekdays but either way, this is an easy peasy way to get the car washed without breaking a sweat. The monthly membership is the best deal because it is unlimited service for the whole month. The whole system is computerized from the license plate reader. There are not enough free vacuum stations on the weekend but luckily, that too is unlimited so I was able skip that service today and return during the week. Horrible experience today. Disappointed. Quickest car wash ever, when it was done I pulled into the vacuum area to take a look at the car. Noticed scratches on the front driver panel and door. That were definitely not there before the car wash. The vacuum worked well and it was nice that they had some spray and cloths wipe the inside and windows. Came in to get a car wash as i have their monthly membership which allows you to come as many times as you want per month to put your car through the car wash machine and use of vacuums. They are always busy with long lines but i can tell you that I'm in and out of that line for the car wash machine in approximately 10 min. My only issue are the vacuums, people are usually there for super long cleaning their vehicles but for the value i can not complain. I think the price is good for the amounts of times a month i can come in to get a car wash. read more

Recently came here with my wife to get her car washed since we had a free Graphene wash. Pulling up there was a few cars in line and they split into two, with two workers helping you choose which wash you want and help pay for it. We showed the worker our coupon and he disappeared for a few moments to confirm it and came back, telling us have a great day. He was a super friendly guy and was very quick with helping us out with the coupon. The wash we had included the hot wax, rain guard, all weather shield, extra dry, wheel cleaner and then the buff&dry after the wash. You hitch your car onto a little conveyor belt that helps bring your car through the wash at the perfect speed to make sure it's getting fully cleaned. There's an attendant in the wash telling you when to pull forward and stop so you are a length away from the car infront of us, as well as giving your car a quick little soap spray down. Friendly also! The interior of the wash in so nice! There is an insane amount of soap and water cannons as well as scrubbers, making sure every inch of your car is cleaned and washed. Once your car is mostly inside, the soap covers your car and makes it look like a club is going on with some really nice colors flickering through, lighting your car up different colors from their LED lights. It was a lot of fun to crank up the music and watch the lights. After your wash and dry, you are able to get it detailed if you spent the extra money by some more of their workers or you can exit out and head over to their free vacuums they offer. There are so many and it would be impossible to not find a vacuum here. Price point is pretty good, depending which wash you want. They also offer a monthly membership that could be worth it if you come at least once a week. Overall a great place and I'll definitely be coming back to get my car washed here again in the future! read more

This is a sweet location of the El Car Wash franchise - never has been too busy, has tons of vacuums, and the microfiber cloths and spray bottles have always been full. I agree with other reviewers that the wash process at an ECW is really never complete during the drive through - I always have to wipe down with the cloths and basically do the detailing myself. They have a center section that looks like an area where they might have staff available to do detailing (I assume for extra $), but I've never seen it staffed. I do wish this was an option/add-on because sometimes I don't have the time to do all the detailing myself. Probably won't keep my ECW membership, but that's not because of this location. read more

I enjoy this car wash the only thing is for me and my suv is that since it's extra long the middle of the back of the truck never gets cleaned. They put in brand new vacuums which is great!!! Update: yeah I went three times and my suv never got washed. It's insane. The first time it got washed (except the back) but now my whole suv doesn't get washed :/ doesn't make sense. As far as value you can get unlimited (once per day) car wash starting at about $33 a month. Would be nice if it washed my car. Maybe this it's worth it for smaller cars. read more

This location is really starting to become a hassle to get your car washed at because people are coming there who are not members or getting car washes and jumping into the vacuum cleaners and cleaning their cars with the vacuum cleaners and the window, washer, bottles and towels and cleaning their car with you have members that are waiting after they get out of the car wash to dry their car and all the vacuums are full because people are washing their cars outside there with your products. Someone needs to manage the vacuums better tell people if they don't have a membership, they cannot use the vacuum area.. they're not even paying to wash their car just using the free vacuums. I've had a membership for a few years now, and out of all the locations I've been to this is by far the best one. I haven't spoken to any of the employees or have needed any assistance so I don't know how to rate the customer service because I've never needed it, however, the facility itself is the best one I've seen by far vacuums are amply spaced out, so it doesn't feel like you're on top of each other when you're trying to clean your car. There's an area to vacuum and clean your car that's under a covered roof, and the buffer is the fluffiest buffer I have ever seen. In contrast, however, I might add the worst location I've ever been to is the one on Biscayne Boulevard in Aventura. The manager there is beyond rude, always has a whole bunch of attitude, and one of the employees charged me twice for the membership IN THE SAME MONTH just to get a commission. When I approached the manager about the situation, he said there was nothing he could do. Fire the guy, give me a refund, or both - something would've been better than just taking my money and not correcting the issue. read more

I began with them when they first opened and had the monthly plan (come as often as you like) but the quality of their service has continued to go down as has their customer service, especially since changing owners?/names. It used to be value friendly and they would make sure you were pleased. Now it's like going through a gas station car wash and the workers just push you through with no customer satisfaction. i purchased a.ceramic unlimited on line. when i arrived i shower the email barcode i received, they did not find my order and needed the cc i.used. after that it was quick. got my stickers for the car. and got washed. i used thd vacuums after the wash. the suction was poor. barely could pickup dirt. overall pretty good. car looks good nothing broke off. read more

In general this is a typical Broward County car wash. Wait times are a bit long when you do a full service wash. Basically looking at greater than 1 hour regardless what time you go and how many people are there. They offer Frequent Wash memberships but limit a "full service" to 1x month. My particular membership (before i cancelled it) was $30 per month for the first 3 months, but then reverts to $54.95 after 3rd month. This is a bit steep when you're only allowed that 1 full service visit per month. There is a competitor close to my home that offers a car wash membership for $55 per month and they offer unlimited Full Services visits. While i actually like El Carwash better money talks and BS walks. I'm not paying $54.95 x month for Exterior Carwashes only with that one exception. They have a 25.00 membership as well for Exterior only, but i value the Full Service Unlimited at my place much more. If you don't value Full Service that much though then El Carwash is for you. read more

I went to the attendant to show the damage and he was unapologetic about the situation and said I can purchase a new one off Amazon then proceeded to talk to his buddy basically blowing me off.
