I always come back here because the workers that clean my car do a great job, but you just have to get over the customer service of the people that check you in. They have an attitude always, they're upset when you don't know exactly what you want or what it's called. They look upset, always, never happy and if they don't like their job, they need to find another one. I needed to come back and add something because I'm still here, and if you show a little bit of attitude because of the way, they treat you, they will skip you and let other cars keep going leaving yours behind so. I hate to say it, but I don't do car washes as often as one should. My vehicle was so dirty inside and out for months now, and over the weekend I decided to treat her to a wash, and interior clean. For $45 this place did an amazing job cleaning the outside, along with the wheels and waxing it. They vacuumed the inside, and if you had seen it before, you'd be amazed at the after. What I liked is they give you a 5 day guarantee receipt! Revisit them within 5 days of your wash and you receive a complimentary exterior wash! This car wash is close to home and convenient, they have 3 lines going, so the wait time is not very long. Amazing service received, the place is organized, clean and a great Ac waiting area. The service was faster than what I was expecting, I cat my car done within 15 minutes. But I guess my expectations were much higher as I notice that my truck area did not get vacuumed and the vacuuming overall was not great I still found a lot of noticing areas that were un ruched but overall it has a good experience and got my vehicle cleaned with the regular car wash. I have given this place multiple chances but the last 3-4 times it looks like they had children sweep the car with toothbrushes. It's a quick service, you are basically in and out within like 15-20 minutes. Today was my last straw. They sold me a five car wash gift card maximum cost. Ask them to please clean the inside window back of my vehicle. They told me no problem. The supervisor in the front will take care of it. I watched and they never did wash the inside window. I paid for a full service wash. Also after drying the car they told me I could pull ahead and go. I've been going there since they opened. It's been great till recently. They started this club if you're in it you go quickly through and done. If not you're screwed, I was there today. I saw at least a dozen cars go through. When I went out my car hadn't moved 30 mins in the same spot. I went outside and said what's going on. It took almost an hour. It's a credit card scam. You pay for your one wash and when they take your credit card they automatically put you in the monthly wash club. When you try to cancel they say you're not in the system and we can't cancel it. Stay away at all costs. read more

We get there and waited for 30 minutes to just go through the machine. Paid the premium price $35. When we asked the difference in each price the attendant said it was the "difference in chemicals but same wash" so we decided to pay the 3rd highest price. The machine process was horrible barely washed the car ( every car went through the same machine so there's no "different chemicals"). Very surprised to learn that they have monthly memberships the price was lower and I can go every day than what one car wash cost me at Wash a Rama in East Ft. Lauderdale. So paid the guy and filled out the form. Next he put the sticker in my car front windshield so they can scan next visit. Ok let's get after it! I used to frequent here many years ago and decided to stop by and get a wash. Apparently they changed everything. Priority is given to members only which I don't understand when a basic wash is $45. Non members are purposely not serviced so those with memberships can feel as if they getting what they pay for. The cost of these memberships are ridiculous for the services offer. They are not the best and typically rush through services which I don't mind for the right price not $45. I literally witnessed non members leave due to unnecessary long waits. I won't be coming back you're better off going to a gas station car wash than coming here. read more

Easily one of the best car washes I've ever been to. One of the best parts about this wash is the hand drying. When they hand dry they usually have 3 to 5 people doing the hand dry which is very quick and efficient. I've had 2 details done here and they are extremely thorough. The DDC Detail(door, dash, console) is about $45 and pretty much makes any decently well kept car just about factory level brand new again. read more

I just paid for the full whole car wash.....wHat a waste! They just lost my business. I could've done a better job myself for free. When my car came out and they told me it was done, I did a walk around with the guy and he had to wipe off many areas on the outside that were not addressed, and the inside was not good at all. Adding an update on 11/27/22: *** And their response proves my point of victim blaming and gaslighting. No one should tell you that a licensed mechanic is not acceptable. Just to reiterate, I will actively warn folks from using this company --- especially if you are a woman, because if something goes wrong --- it will be your fault or the car's fault or anyone else that they can pin the blame on other than themselves. Please see my other reviews for other amazing businesses in the area. Hopefully, this will be my first and last experience ever having to leave a negative review. Until they offer to refund and pay for the repair by a licensed mechanic I have been advised to not speak to them further as their constant false accusations that this is somehow my fault have caused extreme emotional distress. **** He keeps bringing up that I had mentioned a lawsuit. When they first called and said that I was lying about the door handle, I admit to being angry. It never occurred to me that they wouldn't do the right thing so at the time it was a flippant comment. Since they continue to try to pretend that they did not break the door now I have no choice but to save up for the repair by a LICENSED MECHANIC (not by the car wash employees who are not mechanics) and save up to file a small claims suit. My parents who are on social security technically own the car and my three children & I rely on food banks to eat so they leave me with no choice. Took my car there to get a full detailed spend over 200 bucks and when I drove out they had scratched my dashboard. Coincidentally, I had taken a picture this morning because the engine light turned on so I took a picture to take it to the maintenance and you can see the difference when I took it back they said that they don't use any chemicals. Meanwhile, people that were cleaning other cars were spraying the dashboard with whatever chemical it was, the manager wasn't there and they had me sign a report but the report said they're not responsible which I regret now signing I called customer service. I bought 10 washes and not one single one have I gotten back home to look around the car , I don't find the car to be ever flawless! This place rushes because the more cars they can get in and out, the more the owner makes. Learn to train your employees , you ne does one thing one day and the other does something completely different. Go to an automatic wash OR do it yourself! Numerous bugs left on the front of the car as i tend to drive a lot of hwy, pretty bad considering this was the ONLY reason i went there. Do NOT come here! This place is horrible. They charged double of what other places charge and do a horrific job. I just tried them out and I noticed that they only vacuumed over my carpets. They never lifted them to vacuum underneath them. Additionally, they never the carpets behind my front seats. On top of that, I had to calll them out because they didn't clean my rims. Even after pointing all this out to them, the carpets were still not 100% clean and I had to clean spot on the rims myself.
