Jeff still offers the MOST INEXPENSIVE basic car wash at ONLY $3!!! How can one not stop in at least once a week for that one? Plus, one always has access to the free vacuum and mini detail area. Of course Jeff offers better packages based upon one's needs and I've occasionally splurged when necessary. The lot is constantly maintained, the staff is friendly and today, one of them, I wish I got his name, helped me with a small favor I needed with my Buick Encore. I have been coming to Majestic for quite a while and have always been met by friendly staff who…read moretreated me and my car with care and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience on my most recent visit. When I pulled up to the ordering station, the employee who approached me was immediately cocky and disrespectful. He repeatedly cut me off while I was speaking. When I finally called him out on it, his response was, "No, you were done talking." He said it in a confrontational and condescending manner that I found completely unacceptable. At that point, I sat back in my seat and just looked at him. What bothered me even more was seeing the smirk on his face, as though he was actually pleased that he had turned a simple interaction with a customer into a confrontation. This is not how you treat customers, especially returning customers who have supported a business over time. Employees are representatives of the company, and management and the owners of Majestic should be aware of the attitude and behavior this employee is displaying toward their customers. One disrespectful employee can undo years of goodwill built by other staff members who actually understand customer service. I won't be returning after this experience. There are plenty of other car washes where I can spend my money without being talked down to or treated with disrespect. If other customers have had similar experiences at Majestic, I encourage them to leave an honest review and, when possible, contact management directly by calling them. Management can't address a problem if they aren't aware it's happening. Customers should be able to expect basic courtesy and respect when doing business with any company.

I told her it always did and that I did not need to purchase the upgraded service. Full service does in fact include tire shine. While entering the wash the attendant did a poor job spraying the front of my vehicle. He also forgot to close my side mirrors. In the wash, the machine ripped the outer cover of my left side mirror completely off. It pushed the mirror back and forth like a small boat in a hurricane. This wouldn't have happened if the attendant did his job properly. I immediately asked for a manager. That's when I met York, the line supervisor. I pointed out the damage. He was professional, polite and understanding. He quickly stopped the car wash and his colleague went in to look for my broken car piece. A minute later, he came out with it. The vacuums are very strong and the hose was long enough to reach all areas of my vehicle. To promote car washing, their signage interestingly plays up the pandemic fear, but I didn't notice any staff wiping down the hoses after customers used the vacuums. Payment was easy at the kiosk but there was an extended delay to enter the car wash tunnel because the customer ahead of me apparently selected the $5 option and only the minimum $10 car wash was being allowed. Eventually, the woman exited her car and meandered over to the kiosk and made an additional payment, returned to her vehicle and was allowed to proceed. Then one attendant approached confirming I'd paid $10 and I was waved into the car wash. Another attendant guided me into the track and "Vanna White" motioned through the instructions. Did a decent job, giving a nice shine with only missing a few areas, i.e., around the tag.
