I have been taking my cars to this car wash for years. They do an awesome job from start to finish. So they, I decided to wax and buff my Dodge charger wide body and they did an amazing job. They took off all the marks off the car and the car is shining just like when I bought a brand new I would recommend them and I will continue using them. read more

Beware!! Bought my husband's car here for a wash since he has a monthly membership. My husband has a rack on the roof of his car, which has never been a problem before. Well on this particular day, the guy who directed me in the wash didn't bother to adjust the car wash for higher vehicles. My husband's car rack was pulled off the car and damaged the vehicle. My husband went back to discuss it with them and the manager wasn't there but was told, "this has never happened before." According to some of these reviews, cars have been damaged before. Needless to say, monthly membership has been cancelled and several of our friends go there as well since we referred them, will be canceling too. For a $53 monthly membership to cause over $250 in damages to our vehicle it's not worth the headache. Bad business, employees need to pay attention, they have 1 job to do. read more

My sister and I stopped by here to get the car cleaned as we had just come from the beach. We were greeted warmly and wanted to have the car cleaned on the inside and outside. We gave the attendant our keys and then went inside. Nice and cool on a very hot day. What a fun place! They had a very roomy area with different types of seating, from a couch to a wood chair, a TV, and books on Italy around the round tables. There was everything in there - car products/accessories to gifts/ jewelry and handbags from their Boutique. Free wi-fi access is also available. They also sell canned soft drinks and bottled water. They also sell empanadas, Jamaican patties, chips, and a variety of other snacks. The coffee smelled delicious! My sister had a cappuccino and she said it was EXCELLENT! The owner's wide said it was Italian coffee and very good. They called our name and told us the car was ready. As we got in, the owner (who was also working) said - "Wait - this inside is not quite clean. That is unacceptable!" He checked all the doors as well and the back. When he had checked everything again, THEN he told us it was good - and we could go. He was very friendly and obviously loves his business. It is family owned and operated since 2007. We will definitely be back ! read more

Not sure why the bad reviews here. I recently took my car to Cafe Car Wash and I have to say, this is hands down the best car wash and detailing service I've ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, I could tell these guys mean business. They don't just wash cars--they revive them. The attention to detail was nothing short of meticulous. Every inch of my car, inside and out, was thoroughly cleaned and polished to perfection. What really impressed me was how the team didn't miss a single spot. They went above and beyond, making sure even the tiniest nooks and crannies were spotless. My car hasn't looked this good since the day I drove it off the lot. The exterior shines like new, and the interior feels fresh and rejuvenated. It's clear that the staff at [Car Wash Name] take immense pride in their work, treating every vehicle as if it were their own. read more

I came into this location by accident. I had purchased a discount coupon for another car wash, but decided to stay because I was in a bit of a hurry. It so happened that I was greeted by the owner who examined my Benz and recommended a service. I found the wash itself to be excellent and thorough. It was what happened when I drove up for the interior cleaning that really surprised me. The crew meticulously cleaned and vacuumed every inch of the interior. Honestly, it was a superior service and they took their time with it. I keep my car clean, but it was totally spotless when they finished. I was happy to leave a tip for that crew for their unbelievable work. While waiting for that phase of the service to be completed, I was surprised that they also offer a cool and pleasant interior where you can purchase various automotive accessories, jewelry, and relax with fresh brewed espresso and coffee, or a large variety of ice cold beverages. Without equivocation, I wholeheartedly recommend this business if you're interested in a quality vehicle wash with many available additional services. read more

The reviews I'm reading from others are very true. The owner Mike is very rude and unprofessional. I wanted to get my car cleaned and detailed. I did have an ant problem i wanted taken care of as well. I haven't been there in acouple years and used to go all the time. I know prices have gone up everywhere but the prices at the car wash cafe sky rocketed. I simply said wow the prices went so high. Mike the owner gave me a speech on how he has to spend his money on water, rent, equipment, and then said I should know this because I'm from this country. I said sir I want to leave I don't need a long, rambling speech. It was the condescending way he was talking to me. He than apologized. I decided just to get my service over with. It's took 3 hours for them to clean my car! And then a week later my car has this weird smell from the service. I do not recommend coming to this establishment. They are overpriced, unprofessional, and you will wait hours for your service. read more

You drive up and pick out which wash you want. Once you pay you get your car wash you go through a normal car wash machine thing. The personal aspect is the detailing part. Once you come out of the car wash, you drive up and leave it to get it detailed. Pricing was between 25-30 for them To do it and I believe 10.00 cheaper If you were going to do it. They have an in door wAit area with TVs, couches and bathrooms. There is also a good spot where you can get snacks and drinks while you wAit. The wait wasn't super long and they did a good job on cleaning the inside of my car. Overall it was a good experience and I definitely enjoyed the indoor seating which omitted ppl from having to sit in the sun. I would def try this ok e again if I'm in that neighborhood for a car wash. All the tips are pooled together so you dnt tip the individual person who worked on your car. read more

This guy name Mike approaches me in the lobby for payment. I hand him my Credit card which at that point he tells me they don't take discover. I simply asked, well what if that's my only form of payment. He says to me rudely that" we'll there's the ATM" that's not good communication to a customer and then he continues to say that everyone has two cards. I simply asked that signs should be available so that customers. An be aware, I definitely will no return here. Let alone with this mediocre azz clean up they did with fingerprints still on the LCD screen! I truly dislike horrible Customer service. Nice location the inside is also well kept, I like that there are good price options and that your able to clean your vehicle yourself under a sheltered area. Customer service so far is good for me. If we could give this less than 1 star we would, the old man with all gray hair is horrific to deal with coming/going, we paid $29.99 for full service plus gave 20% tip prior to starting, the drive thru car wash had an unbearable human waste smell, it SCRATCHED our vehicle and didn't clean a lot of areas which we were trying to point out to the attendant taking our truck post wash. We were telling him areas to get and the old man started barking after him to move the vehicle, we explained we were speaking to him and he didn't care stating the vehicle needed to keep moving. The windows were not cleaned, dust was every damn where, ZERO vacuuming was done, finger prints everywhere, seats were FLITHY, WHAT THE HELL DID WE PAY FOR BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!!!!!!!. Never again! WE WON'T BE BACK! read more

The car was is good, I think. The guys could be a Lot friendlier. I paid 60 dollars for them to clean my headlights and all the guy did was wet sand it. I was out side watching. No buffing at all was done, was very disappointed in that. It now maybe 2 months later. Headlights look almost as bad as they did before I took it in there. I read the reviews. I met the owner everyone wrote about. I had an entirely different experience though! My car was cleaned so well! Inside and outside was perfect. I had a little money in my car, it wasn't touched, in fact, the quarters under my floor mats were placed in my drink holders. The owner was such a nice guy! He had a great personality, I really enjoyed talking to him. While they cleaned my ride I sat inside and connected to free wifi and got some work done. Can't beat that! There were tons of drinks and snacks, as well as merchandise available to purchase. Don't debate it, great place, far better than the place a little more south on University. read more

I was passing by and, as I had seen the Car Wash before, I thought I would give it a try. I bought the hand wash special and I was extremely pleased with the result. The service was fantastic and I would not hesitate to go back there. My car was perfectly clean, both interior and exterior. The people were friendly and very helpful. DON'T GO THERE! AT YOUR OWN RISK....horrible customer service. The guy that is supposed to be the manager is the rudest individual I've ever known. Horrible customer service. Mike and Mina are completely mismanaging this business. Yesterday I went in for interior detailing $160 and Mike stated they would do the outside complimentary... cool..... Complimentary wash left my car smudgy and dirty tires not cleaned but hey it's complimentary I left it alone.... They steam cleaned my rugs in the car (moving all the seats) they BROKE THE MOTOR TO MY FRONT PASSENGER SEAT when I called to get it rectified Mina calls me back to say "Mike said your seat was broken they never moved it" but my seat was moved and the carpet was wet clearly contradicting her claim she then proceeded to hang up in my face! Horrible horrible service!!! Will be reporting to BBB and filing civil suit as the chair repair will now be costly since it is an Alfa Romeo. Update: spoke with Mina who advised me to bring the vehicle at 3:30 pm now at 1:44 sunrise police department calls me to tell me she called the police on me because I called to get their issues corrected. read more

They did an amazing job detailing my car. I left with a brand new car...I almost didn't know it was mine

Do NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE! The old guy is extremely rude, would not give me the name or Information for the manager, etc. Then I found out he is probably the owner. The brush I repeatedly asked the guy not to use on my car but he used on the back as I was driving in scratched my car. When I went to show the old guy he yelled at me and told me to get off of his property. To make a long story short, I'm not done with this situation. READ OTHER REVIEWS. The service is horrible. He doesn't care if the service is horrible. He told me to leave and others will come. read more

My name is David Steed. A few months ago I gave Car Wash Cafe a glowing recommendation for a machine car wash. Today I took my Jeep Wangler to them and paid $130. When I returned to pick up my vehicle. Boy was I shocked. The car wasn't washed. The wax was not put all over the vehicle. The owner came over and gave more excuses than Carter got liver pills. Great Carwash, don't believe the hype. Came in with my G Wagon and it came out looking brand new! Great place!

Beautiful facility and it stops there! Offers a $$12.99 special from the regular $14.99, however the cashier has zero clue! Offers coffee and food from Krispy Kreme, how when using the restroom there are no signs reminding the employees to wash there hands! Was surprised as there are 10,000 other signs everywhere! I've seen snails move faster! Take a lunch, and be prepared to go over the car as they believe if you let it air dry, the spots won't show! If you go, then don't say I didn't warn you! read more

Went to this place by mistake thinking it was my other favorite spot and should of listened to my intuition when it said to leave. Had bad vibes all over it. You tell them what you want and they're pushing you to get the more expensive wash and I can see why, because the $15 car wash doesn't do anything. Then you can hear them talk about you while to drive into the wash because you declined. From the looks of the other reviews no matter what you get here it's not gonna get your car clean. read more
