I started coming here a few months back, I pass it daily to go to work and needed my car washed. I ended up going with a package as it made sense cost wise. I love that I can come once daily if needed (with package) , I come once a week to get a wash, so the package pays for itself. 3/24/2024- I'm writing this as my fiance is drying the car. This is our first time here and only because our preferred car wash is closed on Sundays. I'm actually leaving the review for two reasons. One is to give Kudos to Emily who was in the area before the car wash selling and explaining the packages. She is an excellent employee. She explained everything after we told her it was our first time. She proceeded to try to sell us the packages but not in a pushy way. She is a great sales girl. The second reason is because the price we paid $21 for the "ultimate" wash was a waste of money. As soon as we were in line to go into the car wash, we knew it. The wash area is the length of a typical car wash at a gas station. We went through so fast I looked at my fiancé and said "that's it, that's $21" WOWWWW. It includes carpets, seats and the trunk vacuumed. Also includes hand dry and glass cleaned inside and out. If you're fanatic about a clean car... this is the way to go. My husband drives through at least 4 times a week! 34.99 per month gets you unlimited Ultimate washes without the vacuum and hand dry. Members go through a fast pass lane. So disappointed with my "Showroom Shine" car wash both inside and out which I paid $106.99. I was told by the Manager that everything including detailed lines on the doors would be cleaned. For the price I paid I expected a much more thorough cleaning. After the car was finished, which only took a half an hour, I still had to show them all of the areas that they missed. When I returned home, I spent time cleaning the car including the wheels, which were not even touched on the entire wheel well, myself. I hope management reads this and uses the feedback to improve their service. read more

This car wash stinks. The facility is tiny. It literally took 10-15 seconds to run thru the entire car wash and my car came out predictably dirty. The windows looked like they were barely touched and overall it was just a subpar wash. I was then surprised to see that hand towels and vaccums were "Members Only". So $25 for a wash, no towels, no vaccums. That's a horrible deal. Usually go to East BOCA for my Car Wash on Federal Highway in Glades but I happen to be in the area of 441 and 18th St. I pulled in and asked him how much for a wash and vacuum. They don't do vacuum unless I bought a package for $35. In other words, you can't get your car washed and vacuumed at this Car Wash unless you wanna vacuum yourself. The worst car wash I've ever experienced. The car comes out even dirtier than before the wash. Completely damaged my left side front bumper which I will now have to pay to have fixed. This place has a very organized process! At first there were a long line of cars, it seems very popular and convenient, but don't worry the line goes fast. You have several options of what type of car wash to select. From inside and outside or only outside etc. There are staff outside the line taking your car wash selection and payment, I chose the $20 exterior wash only. It was an easy process and your usual stay in your car drive they car wash. I was there no more than 10- 15 min. Good place, looks new and clean, salesman is really good. Car is really clean and extremely shiny after they wash. Promotional price for membership is $20/month, but after two month it will go up to $35/ month it's expensive. Guy who do tire shine has ruined my wash by his dirty towels and hands, I asked him to give me a tire shine since it was part of my car wash, he began to do it reluctantly, completely covering my car with his body, and then also using a rag to wipe the wheels. When pulling in for a car wash at prime time can get a little nerve racking, however once you filter through all is well. They have an employee that sprays the front of your car and wheels with something prior to rolling through the car wash. You have an option on purchasing a membership that allows you to drive through when ever you want. Or you can pay each time. They do offer full service car wash, vacuum and wax. I wanted to go to another car wash and my husband insured me express was MUCH better for a full detail. Well, we will never go back. After paying $75 for a full detail with interior cleaning, I warned the woman I paid as well as the gentleman that took my car that it was in need of a lot of love and I was assured I would get it back looking perfect. I've been a loyal customer of express for over 20 years. I went on this past Sunday and it was very busy. I expect to wait to drive through car wash machine but I waited for 20-25 to get inside vacuumed (had to pull around the side of bldg and wait) My car had water spots since it air dried waiting. After another 20 min when I finally got in my car my dashboard wasn't even wiped down. Nothing was, cup holders still had dust in them. I went grocery shopping immediately afterwards and when I opened my trunk they didn't even vacuum my trunk. I was so frustrated that I called and asked to speak with manager and was told "they are busy". I said I realize that as I just spent over an hour and $35+++ to get a mediocre "wash". She invited me back to "Redo" next time. Explained unfortunately there won't be a next time. She then offered me to get a refund IF I had my receipt. So, on my way home from store I drove by and explained to someone (who I'm assuming was a mgr, he did apologize which was nice) however when he sent me to get my refund to young woman I spoke with I rec'd a bit of attitude from female cashier. In a situation like that, you should really be more apologetic to customers if you intend on keeping them. I am appreciative of them extending a refund.
