Absolutely love this place!! The best value is the membership packages! Even with the price increase it is still more than affordable. It's a no brained and the staff is wonderful! Friendly, efficient and if you want to go everyday go everyday! I currently am not in Florida but when I am this is my place. I like to pause and un pause the membership. They are wonderful! read more

This car wash has become a favorite stop for my kids-they absolutely love watching the whole wash process with the colorful lights and vibrant foam. This time they actually fell asleep before it even started! The location is convenient, and the staff has always been friendly. I've been here about 3-4 times, and the experience has consistently been pleasant. One thing I did notice, though: I didn't see much of a difference between the Express Wash and the more expensive wash package. I was told that bird droppings would come off, but unfortunately they were still there afterward in the exact same spot. That was a little disappointing. Overall, it's still a fun and convenient car wash, especially if you have kids, but I hope the cleaning quality improves to better match the upgraded wash options. read more

Waters Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

Terrible service and a complete waste of money. I bought the basic wash to remove some bug guts, and as you can see in the photos, the car came out just as dirty as it went in. The staff was rude and pushy about signing up for a membership, and you can't even use the vacuums unless you're a member. I will never return here! read more

Waters Car Wash - Bug guts on my car after the wash - Car Wash Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

I started coming here a few months back, I pass it daily to go to work and needed my car washed. I ended up going with a package as it made sense cost wise. I love that I can come once daily if needed (with package) , I come once a week to get a wash, so the package pays for itself. They have air freshener and wipes for free, air freshener does run out the smell pretty quickly tho. Easy car wash. Lines are always long but goes pretty quickly. read more

overall the did a nice job, but for an automatic car wash I found it a bit pricey. they really push the membership as well

3/24/2024- I'm writing this as my fiance is drying the car. This is our first time here and only because our preferred car wash is closed on Sundays. I'm actually leaving the review for two reasons. One is to give Kudos to Emily who was in the area before the car wash selling and explaining the packages. She is an excellent employee. She explained everything after we told her it was our first time. She proceeded to try to sell us the packages but not in a pushy way. She is a great sales girl. The second reason is because the price we paid $21 for the "ultimate" wash was a waste of money. As soon as we were in line to go into the car wash, we knew it. The wash area is the length of a typical car wash at a gas station. We went through so fast I looked at my fiancé and said "that's it, that's $21" WOWWWW. We are drying and vacuuming the car ourselves. Do not recommend. My One Star is for Emily! read more

Waters Car Wash - Outside - Car Wash Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

I don't recommend this place at all. I was clearly misled about my membership plan, and when I questioned it, the staff tried to make me feel like I didn't understand what I had signed up for, putting the blame onto me instead of taking responsibility. Just frustrating. I genuinely thought I had found a good car wash, but this experience proved otherwise. Nothing was done to address my concerns or ensure I left satisfied. I'm canceling my membership and will be telling others to avoid this location. Very disappointing experience. read more

Horrible. Everything needs to be fixed. Over priced and have to pay for vacuums. Horrible place

In my opinion the best service between all car washes i've ever been. Ppl are always happy and ready to help you with anything. Quite a lit bit high price in "all inclusive" but there's plenty another deals that you can make it. Definitely is worth engaging. read more

Amelia was extremely aggressive and would not take no for an answer when I refused the offer to buy a car wash membership. She was quite rude and I finally told her I needed to pay and move on as I didn't have time for this and was on my lunch break. She then commented that this wasn't the place to get my car washed if I was in a hurry. Wow. I won't be back based on her rudeness. read more

Super convenient to drive through but if you don't have the monthly plan, it can be pricey. The plan includes unlimited car washes during the month. 69.99 gets you unlimited Ultimate washes. It includes carpets, seats and the trunk vacuumed. Also includes hand dry and glass cleaned inside and out. If you're fanatic about a clean car... this is the way to go. My husband drives through at least 4 times a week! 34.99 per month gets you unlimited Ultimate washes without the vacuum and hand dry. Members go through a fast pass lane. It may seem expensive, but personally, I think it's worth it. It's always nice to have a clean car!!! read more

Employees make customers feel uncomfortable. They make inappropriate remarks about their customers. Unprofessional behavior.

Great operations and washes and Law enforcement get free car washes. Would recommend to anybody

I was impressed with how fast everything went but at the same time I wish that they would increase the quantity to get the better quality results. It seems like it went a little too fast. I'm talking about a minute is what my car got to get washed. I do appreciate the free vacuum as well.. read more

So disappointed with my "Showroom Shine" car wash both inside and out which I paid $106.99. I was told by the Manager that everything including detailed lines on the doors would be cleaned. For the price I paid I expected a much more thorough cleaning. After the car was finished, which only took a half an hour, I still had to show them all of the areas that they missed. When I returned home, I spent time cleaning the car including the wheels, which were not even touched on the entire wheel well, myself. I hope management reads this and uses the feedback to improve their service. read more

Very good,no complain, very good affordable services around,i used to do Lyft,i stopped by almost everyday, have my car clean, dry and vacuumed ,makes a big difference,a big impact, its quality, price, and good quality customer services read more

This car wash stinks. The facility is tiny. It literally took 10-15 seconds to run thru the entire car wash and my car came out predictably dirty. The windows looked like they were barely touched and overall it was just a subpar wash. I was then surprised to see that hand towels and vaccums were "Members Only". So $25 for a wash, no towels, no vaccums. That's a horrible deal. There much better options out there and there also a mammoth new car wash facility due to be built on Atlantic Avenue in the near future. Definitely won't use Waters again. read more

This place has a very organized process! At first there were a long line of cars, it seems very popular and convenient, but don't worry the line goes fast. You have several options of what type of car wash to select. From inside and outside or only outside etc. There are staff outside the line taking your car wash selection and payment, I chose the $20 exterior wash only. It was an easy process and your usual stay in your car drive they car wash. I was there no more than 10- 15 min. This place is convenient when you want a quick wash and has your car looking shiny and clean fast! read more

Service here is always swift. Customer service is good. They have seating areas to hang while you wait. I did an inside/outside job today. I was happy that they were able to use a rag to clean some stains on my seats. They don't shampoo here but the guy made something happen. Thankful. read more

Usually go to East BOCA for my Car Wash on Federal Highway in Glades but I happen to be in the area of 441 and 18th St. I pulled in and asked him how much for a wash and vacuum. They don't do vacuum unless I bought a package for $35. In other words, you can't get your car washed and vacuumed at this Car Wash unless you wanna vacuum yourself. The music was so loud and the people are so rude that I wouldn't get my bicycle wash there. Good riddance. read more

I visited there tonight and I was told that they are under new management which was great news I really wasn't happy with the old management... I was helped today by Tim he was very helpful and they did an excellent job definitely going back read more

The worst car wash I've ever experienced. The car comes out even dirtier than before the wash. Completely damaged my left side front bumper which I will now have to pay to have fixed. The fact that you even charge for this service is insane. I even paid an additional fee for a full service yet my car still covered in dirt/dead bugs. Would give 0 starts if possible. Only come here if you want to damage your car and pay money for absolutely nothing. read more

SOAP IS EXTRA! Basic car wash is WATER ONLY. They don't tell you this before. Car was still dirty after the soap-less wash. The wax numbers they wrote on my windshield was still there after the wash. Very rude cutomer service. The guy was insiting to sell me more expensive wash. I was telling him I only want exterior wash. He kept insisting. He said you need to listen to me or we can not serve you ! I have neve been treated by a very rude personal. We are cutomers you have to give us a service whatever we want. You ca not insist for more expensive wash. I will recommend all my friends and family for NOT to go there. MIKE T. read more

Very poor quality wash. Did not remove bird droppings from my hood or even bugs from my windshield. A complete waste of $18.

Great wash Best self serve vacuum and detail area. They provide all supplies that you need

Hard upsell, and had to go through twice. The attendant took my ticket and would not return it, and the car was not clean. I believe this is relatively new ownership. Let's hope they take note read more

WHAT CAR WASH DOESN'T USE SOAP???? Been using this car wash under the old owner for year. They DOUBLED the price to $8 for a car wash and they only use DIRTY WATER. You have to pay EXTRA for soap. Couple that with the piss poor attitude and the kid trying to upsell me harder than a late night infomercial you got my money this time but lost my business. read more

Good place, looks new and clean, salesman is really good. Car is really clean and extremely shiny after they wash. Promotional price for membership is $20/month, but after two month it will go up to $35/ month it's expensive. Guy who do tire shine has ruined my wash by his dirty towels and hands, I asked him to give me a tire shine since it was part of my car wash, he began to do it reluctantly, completely covering my car with his body, and then also using a rag to wipe the wheels. Before him the car was perfectly clean, after him the whole car was covered in stains and smears from tire ink. read more

When pulling in for a car wash at prime time can get a little nerve racking, however once you filter through all is well. They have an employee that sprays the front of your car and wheels with something prior to rolling through the car wash. You have an option on purchasing a membership that allows you to drive through when ever you want. Or you can pay each time. They do offer full service car wash, vacuum and wax. I have not tried that service yet. I just drive through the wash. There are vacuums available of you want to use their vacuums. read more

Express Car Wash is definitely a decent spot to stop by and get a quick car wash. You can do outside only which is actually faster than a gas station wash with higher quality. You also never even have to step out of your car for that specific wash. One of the best aspects about getting your wash here is that the staff that wipes down the inside of your car takes their time with absolutely no rush at all. This attribute is seemingly disappearing from mass customer car washes. There is a happy hour wash from 6pm to 8pm, Mon-Saturday for $4.99. Stay clean my friends! read more

Good place to wash your car. Customer service ok/not amazing but ok. They are Very efficient and the line going very fast. I wish I could give them 0 stars. A month ago I bought a full car wash and clean for my boyfriends car. The guy told us some deal for unlimited for the month at a cheaper price. So my dumb ass agree. And what do you know?! That shit was a scam. 1 month later and what do I see? A charge for almost double the original payment taken out of my account. I had no knowledge it was a monthly payment or anything. I have a dispute going on my card and I called the car wash again and he's like "call back in an hour and we will take care of it" HAHA ARE U KIDDING.... Biggest scam dude. F*ck this place and go somewhere else if you'd like not to pay $60 for ONE CAR WASH. read more

So I'm not one to complain. Honestly; that's not how I like to spend my time. However; I decided yesterday to treat myself to a car wash so that I didn't have to do it myself like I always do. I bought the most expensive package hoping my car would look so beautiful and clean, as should be expected for paying that much. Not at all what happened. In this picture is my back seat... crumbs and snacks still sitting there next to the car seat. I have so many pictures I can attach, but I don't think you need more that that one to say it all. UPDATED: figured I would add all the photos. How do you miss that? My car was scratched up also from them using some kind of towel or product that agitated the paint. 1. Waste of money 2. Waste of time 3. It's going to cost me more money to fix the problems added to my car. read more

Early morning rush. Upgraded the car wash to premium but should've just got a wash and dried it off myself. My car was still dirty when they finished "wiping it down" and I had to ask them to wipe the door sills a few times. I don't know if the person I had couldn't see well but I'm very disappointed with this establishment and won't be coming back. read more

I wanted to go to another car wash and my husband insured me express was MUCH better for a full detail. Well, we will never go back. After paying $75 for a full detail with interior cleaning, I warned the woman I paid as well as the gentleman that took my car that it was in need of a lot of love and I was assured I would get it back looking perfect. So far, I have gone through eight cleaning wipes in attempt to clean what was missed on this car. The worst part is I have tried to call the business several times and it just rings off the hook. I'm embarrassed for them! Even the wax job was half assed and many spots were left on the car. read more
