My messages were read, but I received no response, and my calls were ignored. That's extremely unprofessional, especially when you advertise a "lifetime warranty." At this point, I don't trust this business to touch my car again. The whole situation feels sketchy, and based on my experience, the reviews this place has definitely don't add up.
