I'm so happy we stayed here. The cabins are spotless inside with modern decor and appliances. It's located between downtown Moab and Arches, which was really convenient. The grounds are set back from the main road enough that you don't realize the road is right there. We stayed in cabin 38 and loved it. The pool, wading pools, and meadow with hammocks and shade offered a nice reprieve from the heat. Their Covid policies are also great and we felt really safe the entire time. I'd recommend this place over Red Cliffs Lodge, although that place is worth the trip for dinner on their deck. read more

Can't say enough wonderful things about this place! First trip since my husband and I locked down in mid-March and I was very nervous. We've only had one meal that I didn't cook - that's how careful we've been. We chose MSR because they had really amazing and transparent policies in this covid-era, and it was the only place I'd agree to go. It did not disappoint! We were able to bring our dogs, and they had a perfect little garden area to walk the dogs. We hiked Arches and Canyonlands, ate meals outside, and enjoyed the change of scenery so much - and felt incredibly safe the entire time. We barely saw anyone else, and when we did everyone was in masks and very respectful. We also really enjoyed the wading ponds. Truly felt like a luxury stay and was just the best reentry into travel I could imagine! read more

We stayed in a bungalow for only 2 nights, but as soon as we got checked in we instantly wished we were staying longer. The bungalow is very spacious and the bathroom is huge with a big rainshower. Our bungalow was right next door to the basketball court and ice box shed which was very convenient. The whole place is very cute and just on the outskirts of MOAB with easy access to the parks and downtown. read more

What a fantastic place to stay while visiting Moab. My husband surprised me by booking here. We stayed in one of the newer cabins up above, the view of the valley was gorgeous in the morning and spectacular in the evening. Beautifully decorated, comfy bed, huge bathroom, we loved staying here. Take a walk around the grounds on the small hiking path, end up in the meadow area to refill your water bottle under the trees. Coffee and tea basket was a treat in the morning. The only bad thing I can say is there are no laundry facilities which was inconvenient, I'm sure we are not the only travelers to the Ranch who play hard and get dirty. Hope to stay here next year. What a gem! Moab Springs Ranch is my favorite place to stay in Moab. The private bungalows are beautifully decorated and well-constructed, perfect for a romantic getaway. We loved drinking coffee on our private porch and watching the sun rise against the red rocks. My only complaint would be the early closing time for the pool/hot tub/garden area. During the summer, the sun is barely going down at 9 pm. After a long day, it sure would be nice to enjoy the hot tub after sunset. A 10 pm or later closing time would be appreciated. The bungalows may not be a good choice for families, but for a couple, they can't be beat! Thank you for another wonderful weekend! read more

Moab Springs Ranch is one of the best places I've ever stayed. We stayed in a Premium Double Bungalow for 4 nights during our January stay in Moab to visit Arches National Park and do some hiking. We were blown away by the facilities, which are beautiful and well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. They have a contactless check-in system which was easy, and our cabin was warm, bright, and ready for us when we arrived after dark. It has a huge tv, if that's your pleasure, with cable; a hot plate, mini fridge, microwave, and basic silverware and cooking utensils, including a few pots and pans. They supplied us with freshly, locally roasted coffee to brew each morning in a Bonavita coffee maker (this impressed us, as we travel with our own ground coffee and pour-over set-up, which we didn't use during this stay!). The bungalow was extremely clean- like, cleaner than the fancy hotel we were last staying at. It was extremely well-appointed and tastefully decorated. It really felt like a treat to get to stay here. We cooked nice hot breakfasts each morning before heading out for a day of adventure. Each night we would both look forward to returning to the cozy bungalow to relax and get a great night's sleep. The shower was equipped with a rain shower head and a mobile sprayer. Water was hot and great pressure. There is a coffee shop on the premises open Thurs-Sun 7am-11am which we never made it to, since our bungalow was so easy to cook in in the mornings. We had a beautiful view of the mountains and a little porch to enjoy. We saw no one the whole time we were here, although other bungalows were occupied- there is excellent sound insulation and people were very quiet in their own cozy cabins! Love, love, love this place! We had our small dog with us and many other hotels will give you a lesser quality room as a result. The dog friendly bungalows are so cozy and just the perfect size. Unlike hotel rooms, this feels like our own little house and is detached from other buildings which is great for sound reduction. The coffee is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. Minutes from arches and the bike path just down the hill. Ask for a bungalow up the hill (25 or higher) for seclusion and less road noise. This place is such a gem. read more

Place is clean, but staff is rude. Even for simple and routine request they behave as if they are doing you a favor. Also watch out for them tacking on extra charges. INCREDIBLE!! Literal oasis in the desert. I'd give this place a 12 out of 10. I couldn't find one single thing to complain about. I have stayed all over the U.S., Mexico, and Canada and this is by far the best place my family has EVER stayed. We literally didn't want to leave because the place was so nice. Kudos to the owners for doing such a wonderful job building the facility. The only thing that could improve this place is a nice breakfast or supper but I understand why they don't offer it. (Too much hassle and they have plenty to do already) Moab was awesome and glad we experienced it but probably wouldn't come back if it weren't for "Moab Springs Ranch". We will DEFINITELY be back without a doubt but probably in the winter. If you have kids or are a nerd like me, be sure to go for a walk on the privately owned trail with the "loaner blacklight flashlights" at night and hunt for scorpions. The whole family enjoyed it. Very thankful for the young woman at the front desk mentioning it to us. read more

We eloped in Arches NP, and we stayed here for our "wedding trip". It could not have been more perfect for the occasion. We stayed in a bungalow, and it was so lovely and intimate. We felt like we were at home and it was so private. There's so much character to this place and it is in the PERFECT location. Lovely pool and garden to relax in. This was the last hotel of our week long journey through Utah and it did not disappoint. The main building is on the National Historic Register and it has beautiful grounds with a natural spring, pool, hot tub, riverwalk, firepit, nature trail, hammocks, etc. Butch Cassidy camped here and Robert and Ethel Kennedy honeymooned in the main house. There are like three different types of cabins/bungalows/townhomes on property. We had a two bedroom townhome that was a very nice place. Full kitchen that was very well appointed, several big TVs, covered parking, washer & dryer (which was clutch at this part of our trip), multiple porches, gas fireplace, and secure storage for bikes/kayaks or whatever other things active people like to use. The place was very well kept and immaculate. Solid little coffee shop on site with a limited, yet perfect array of breakfast options. To me it seemed like the best place to stay in town. It's just a little removed from downtown Moab, but I think that was actually a good thing. You can't walk to the restaurants or shops, but it's a little less hectic. Everything in Moab is right on the highway, so there is bit of traffic noise but we used a white noise app at night and were fine. They provided contactless check in/out, and all of the staff that I did encounter were extremely friendly and helpful. read more

After my husband passed away, I have made it a goal to try new places to stay as a solo traveler and make new memories. MSR is at the top of my list now. I stepped into the bungalow and was immediately taken by the entire place. Spacious, comfortable, great amenities everywhere, lovely private deck, super comfortable mattress made for great sleep and so much more to love about this gem. It may not be right in town, but it is a very short distance away. Besides, the whole area is one big adventure after another, no need to be right in town. This is a perfect place to stay in Moab. The grounds are beautiful, with a meadow, waterfall, wading pool, swimming pool, and spa, especially nice when we were there this December. Our bungalow was perfect for our 3 nights. It was well appointed and extremely clean. Large beautiful shower with rainfall shower head. Comfortable bed. Just north of the town, close to Arches and Canyonlands. The ranch house is cool, looking forward to their bakery. I'd love to go back! My boyfriend and I reserved a bungalow for a one night stay in between days at Moab and Canyonlands, and it was an absolute treat to be able to stay here. The bungalow was brand spankin' new, clean, colorful, quiet, well furnished, adorable, and a fantastic location (easy drive or nice stroll along a bike path into town). The bed was comfortable and (although the fact that we'd be camping prior to that may influence my decision slightly), in my opinion, the shower pressure and temperature were amaaaaazing. Alex at the front desk was very helpful - he walked us to our bungalow and showed us around, brought us a bucket of ice, and gave us a restaurant list. We ate at one of their top recommendations and really enjoyed it. If you go, do not miss out on the meadows behind the Ranch. There is an enclosed space that is magical after a long day in the sun, equipped with hammocks, a pond, a pool, a fire pit, and a hot tub. We loved this outdoor area! Other perks: they let you keep the bag of coffee when you leave (delicious, local ground coffee), they refill your ice whenever you ask, they have a fully stocked kitchen (silverware, cups, mugs, utensils, etc.), and they provide Arches and Canyonlands info packets at the front desk. I found this place on Trip Advisor. The rooms are not easy to book on holidays, so please book earlier. The owner is friendly and helpful. However, I think she is very busy. She is in her office every morning, so it is a good timing to contact with her! Good natural springs here! Take you time to enjoy the pool and spring water. Nevertheless, you need to know that there are many mosquitos, so please close your room door ASAP if you want to have a good night. read more
