Truly a wonderful place to stay in Moab (close to the Arches National Park as well). Staff here are very friendly; they've got a seasonal pool and an all-season hot tub (which comfortably accommodates two families). We were here in March during the spring break; it was still chilly, and the hot tub was a welcome feature. While staying here, we befriended the cat in residence whose name is Wizard. Simply adorable (see my photos). The cabin we were in was very modern; everything worked; it was clean, and has lots of natural light. I love the spacious living room with a tall ceiling (the nearly-vertical stairs to the bed in the "loft" in the attic area is a bit precarious but we only slept in the master bedroom). The temperature control (with the modern thermostat) was a welcome feature. The main door operates on codes. No key needed.

We happened upon Moab Springs Ranch by accident. How lucky are we! The property is awesome and thoughtfully designed. From the welcoming office and coffee shop to the meadow with natural spring and pool to the awesome bungalows! We loved coming back after a long day of hiking and heat to relax by the pool, enjoy some peace in the meadow and watching the sun set from the hill. If you want more than just a bed to sleep in, this place is for you! Oh! And the ranch cat was endearing!

Enjoyed this bungalow and views from the back porch. We went into town and picked up groceries to enjoy dinner on the back deck. Walked to the front for coffee and baked goods in the morning. Well kept property and wished we were staying longer.

One of the nicest rooms we've ever stayed. We loved this establishment. There is a pool and small park with chairs, benches, and a spring fed stream. They also have a small breakfast business with baked goods, breakfast burritos, and several coffee and tea selections. Rooms are tastefully decorated and clean as it gets. They are very welcoming and helpful at the front desk. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Our favorite stay yet! The cabin was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed and more than we expected. The meadow was a treat. We were able to use the hot tub, hammocks, and fire pit. The soothing sounds of the water running was luxury and super relaxing. The cafe had excellent coffee, great breakfast burritos and delicious treats to choose from. We can't wait to plan another trip and when we do we will be staying here again hands down.

Absolutely beautiful grounds and rooms. We had a bungalow for our five day stay and it was a lovely oasis to return to in the July heat.

I took my wife here for her 57 birthday . She rarely raves about any place we stay but Moab Spring Ranch was an exception...two thumbs up. What she liked...the cottage was large, updated and clean. The view was a 8/10. There was a nice pool but what she lived was the natural springs. They took advantage of the springs throughout the ranch. The coffee place was charming btw. What we also lived was all the shade ...a lot of established trees. They sent us a text that we could check in almost 2 hours early as promised. Now...this place was not some Hilton hotel but a rustic area ( all new units). Rather than paved parking lots, they had grass, trees, ponds, swings, tables, hot tub , etc

Wow, a solid 5 stars from me! We loved everything--the smooth check-in, the spotless accommodations, the enchanting pool and spa, and the beautiful meadow. But the highlight was definitely Wiz, the resort cat! We can't wait to return. I can't praise this place enough. Oh, and the coffee shop is amazing, plus you get a $5 voucher, which is a fantastic bonus!

Moab Springs Ranch is a really gorgeous gem amongst tons of chain hotels down the main highway in Moab. It (mostly) has beautiful views, a quaint coffee shop, and (supposedly) a gorgeous park for those staying at the "ranch." The history of the ranch is very interesting and it is worth stopping by the coffee shop to learn about it, even if you're not a guest here. I loved the design of the bungalows, with a small kitchenette, a cozy king bed, large bathroom, and clean amenities. The local coffee in our bungalow was delicious and a great start to our adventures for the day. The ranch is really well located in Moab, close to Arches and great trails, but a short drive from the hustle and bustle of downtown. While the ranch was cozy and really impressive, the experience of being a guest there was sub-par. We received very lengthy instructional emails to avoid an in-person check-in (makes sense with COVID), but they started to seem aggressive and too instructional. For example, the emails had deadlines for when and what we needed to provide. For such emails, we should at least receive a confirmation or response email, which we did not. We provided everything they asked for and more, and yet, we were charged over $100 for a fee that should have been waived. Finally, they advertise as dog-friendly, but it feels far from it. The dog-friendly bungalows are the worst on the property (no view, right next to the highway) and dogs are not allowed in the (supposedly) gorgeous ranch park they have gated just for guests. We were pretty disappointed that we paid the same price for these bungalows, which had a view of the Motel 6 sign, versus the bungalows at the top of the property with epic red rocks views. There were also no treats, bed, or bowls offered to our dog and instead, you can pay $25 to use their kennel to kennel your dog. I'd think most people with dogs camp in Moab, but if it's the winter, think again before staying at this "dog-friendly" accommodation with your dog.

We loved our townhome and the location is beautiful! We would definitely stay again. Much more charming than a chain hotel.

The staff was super friendly (as I've experienced with most BWs) and we felt very comfortable and safe. Didn't love the tile flooring, but figured thats due to the sandy location. I would 100% recommend staying here....however my lesson learned/PRO TIP moving forward in booking any hotel is to ask for a non connecting room and/or to not be next to anyone. We had a connecting room with a dude, let's call him "Ralph," who came in REAL hot around 1030 PM amd proceeded to spend the next hour moaning right next to our door. We didn't know if he was having sex or pooping until he began to violently throw up. We tried to drown it out with the AC, but ended up calling the front desk to switch rooms. They were so accommodating and even tried to check on Ralph (lesson learned drinking and dehydration is a real thing). Moral of this short blib- walls are thin and I am a light sleeper. The hotel handled the situation perfectly... but from now on I will be requesting to be tucked away in a solo room away from the wild ones :)

The breakfast was a hive of activity with staff that refreshed supplies as they dwindled, helped to tidy tables and made every guest feel welcome. Things to note: There is a large patio outside the breakfast area that is open to guests any time of the day. This space is a great spot to eat breakfast, watch the sun come up, to check out the constant parade of 4WD vechicles that come though town, to people watch, and to socialize at the end of the day; This location is perfect for walking just about anywhere in town; Numerous restaurants were a block or two away; Free parking at the hotel was plentiful; The pool and hot tub were wonderfully relaxing and were in a private outdoor space with some tables/chairs that were either under a roof or umbrellas that provided shade; A locked bike room was available; The coin guest laundry room was very nice to have on-site; The entire hotel was very clean and well lit. Will I stay here again? Most certainly. This area has so many places to explore. I can't wait to go back, and now I know of a great place to call my home-base.

This is a dog friendly, kid friendly resort, very close to the downtown area of Moab for easy access to shops and restaurants. This place is perfectly placed and beautifully built. The rooms were clean as were the bathrooms. Room service was very nice about taking all the trash and cleaning up the dishes. I only had one complaint and it was a fairly large one. The mattress in the king bedroom was lumpy and super uncomfortable. I spent 2 nights on it before my back completely rebelled. When I addressed this with the front desk, they offered a mattress topper to even out the lumps and this was a very good solution. I still highly recommend this place and would suggest to review the mattress right away if you have back issues - and it is for this reason I took off one star.

There was a nice full size kitchen downstairs, with a pullout bed option in the sitting area. There was a little dining room table as well. Upstairs there were multiple bedrooms with pretty comfortable beds and pillows. The bathrooms were also nice and the showers were powerful which is always a huge plus at any hotel. It also had a really nice pool area with a neat little whirlpool section that the kids really enjoyed. Everything was updated and modern so it was very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

While it's not cheap, I couldn't have been more impressed by my experience on the "Adventure Week" in February 2003. My group of 12 explored Mayan ruins, explored caves in inner tubes, mountain biked, kayaked the Mopal river, and spent four days in paradise, at Slickrock's private island close to Ambergris Caye. On the island, I learned to windsurf, kayaked, wandered through tidepools, snorkeled-if it could be done in water, I probably did it that week. The staff was professional, and in most cases, local. The food exceeded my expectations as well. The accomodations were rustic and fun. Absolutely no complaints. I should mention that at 27, I was the youngest person on my trip, but I think that's mostly due to the cost (and that most people in their late twenties aren't too lazy to plan their own vacations) I went alone and loved the people on my trip.

I called the number provided in the guest book and no answer. I left a message asking if I could please get some clean sheets, I waited an hour and no response. I called the booking agency and they couldn't even get a hold of the property. I kept trying to call back with no luck. Now being in the military I've slept in some crappy places, but this was beyond. Also, the door handle was extremely loose and the door didn't even seal shut. I did not feel safe or comfortable trying to sleep here so I had to go down the road and book a last minute hotel. I still haven't received any communication from anyone regarding this over 24 hours later. They have zero standards for quality. Please don't make the same mistake I did, avoid this place.

This is a review of "KOKOPELLI LODGE" - Kokopelli LODGINGS appear to manage multiple properties…read more.. Beware and be sure you are renting the property you thought based on the pictures!! I feel mislead on this rental - I started on Trip Advisor where this property was listed under "Kokopelli Lodgings" which I later found out means they have multiple properties! What I thought I was renting was NOT where I ended up at. There is Kokopelli West (which is what I thought I was renting), Kokopelli Lodge (which is where I ended up), Kokopelli Inn Towner and who knows how many other properties - BEWARE! Pay close attention to not end up disappointed like I was. I arrived AT "KOKOPELLI LODGE" around 7-8pm on 11/27/20. I had received information about how to enter the unit before the day of check in, just NOT WHAT UNIT I HAD RENTED!! I called the phone number for the property management and left a voice message. After some time had passed I decided to just try my door code on ANY unit that did NOT appear to be occupied - and just like hitting the jackpot, a door opened! Yay, glad I was able to find MY unit!! Then while I was organizing my things inside the unit the property management called - I told them NO UNIT was provided within any emails and how I randomly tried my door code on doors until one opened. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The Kokopelli Lodge units have paper thin walls, I could hear the neighbors talking on one side and the TV running all night long on the other side. When I turned on the shower - in the phone booth sized shower - there was a musty/mildew smell. Then I looked at the shower ceiling (which is painted purple) to see many dark spots of mildew/mold! I am a small person and let me tell you - the shower is SMALL, be prepared to hit your elbows multiple times washing your hair! The bathroom itself was very small, now I know why there were no pictures of the bathroom. I dropped something on the floor next to the bed and when I went to pick it up I noticed there were quite a few dust bunnies and hair from previous guests on the floor - gross. Also, I'm not sure when was the last time the floor throw rugs were washed - maybe last season by the looks of it! The wall unit heater, next to the head of the bed, kept us warm but also woke me every time it turned on which was often since the temps were in the 20's overnight and the front door was not hung straight so allowed cold air into the unit. Very minimal, small (especially the bathroom), a bit dirty (floors & mildew in shower) unit. Pros - close to main street so can walk to many restaurants, easy access electronic door locks, close to National Parks, sorry I can't think of anything else...
