The property feels like an…read moreoasis in the middle of the desert, with beautiful grounds, a peaceful pond, a pool, and plenty of places to relax after a day of exploring. Our kids especially loved the outdoor spaces. They spent time playing basketball and enjoyed exploring around the pond and spotting the giant frogs. We loved relaxing in the hammocks and taking in the meadow views. The bungalow was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the location made it easy to access both Arches and downtown Moab. We also loved having Horse Thief Coffee right on the property. Grabbing a great coffee and breakfast each morning before heading out on our adventures was such a convenient and enjoyable way to start the day. Moab Springs Ranch struck the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. Of all the places we've stayed on family vacations, this is one we'd happily return to. We were genuinely sad to leave and are already talking about coming back.

Unacceptable Experience - Reservation Cancelled Without Notice…read more I am extremely disappointed and outraged by what happened at Moab Resort, WorldMark. My wife and I made a fully prepaid reservation for Labor Day weekend (8/29/2025 - 9/1/2025) through Priceline three months ago. When we arrived at the hotel today, we were shocked to be told our room was canceled -- without any prior notification. We immediately contacted Priceline, who informed us that the hotel canceled our reservation last minute on 8/22 due to overbooking. Not only did the hotel fail to notify us in any way -- but we had to find out at the check-in counter after driving for hours and planning this trip months in advance. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As paying customers, we should not be treated like an afterthought. This ruined the start of our trip and caused tremendous inconvenience and stress. My wife and I are extremely upset by this experience. Overbooking is not the customer's problem -- it's the hotel's responsibility to honor confirmed, prepaid reservations.

The staff was super friendly (as I've experienced with most BWs) and we felt very comfortable and safe. Didn't love the tile flooring, but figured thats due to the sandy location. I would 100% recommend staying here....however my lesson learned/PRO TIP moving forward in booking any hotel is to ask for a non connecting room and/or to not be next to anyone. We had a connecting room with a dude, let's call him "Ralph," who came in REAL hot around 1030 PM amd proceeded to spend the next hour moaning right next to our door. We didn't know if he was having sex or pooping until he began to violently throw up. We tried to drown it out with the AC, but ended up calling the front desk to switch rooms. They were so accommodating and even tried to check on Ralph (lesson learned drinking and dehydration is a real thing). Moral of this short blib- walls are thin and I am a light sleeper. The hotel handled the situation perfectly... but from now on I will be requesting to be tucked away in a solo room away from the wild ones :)

Our room was spacious with a sitting area that included a comfortable sofa, and a chair and ottoman. The staff is incredibly friendly and jumped in to assist with any needs or inquiries. The breakfast was a hive of activity with staff that refreshed supplies as they dwindled, helped to tidy tables and made every guest feel welcome. Things to note: There is a large patio outside the breakfast area that is open to guests any time of the day. This space is a great spot to eat breakfast, watch the sun come up, to check out the constant parade of 4WD vechicles that come though town, to people watch, and to socialize at the end of the day; This location is perfect for walking just about anywhere in town; Numerous restaurants were a block or two away; Free parking at the hotel was plentiful; The pool and hot tub were wonderfully relaxing and were in a private outdoor space with some tables/chairs that were either under a roof or umbrellas that provided shade; A locked bike room was available; The coin guest laundry room was very nice to have on-site; The entire hotel was very clean and well lit. Will I stay here again? Most certainly. This area has so many places to explore. I can't wait to go back, and now I know of a great place to call my home-base.

We usually travel with a pretty large group of 6-7 people. (Yep, 6-7!) So the casitas fit the bill perfectly. There was a nice full size kitchen downstairs, with a pullout bed option in the sitting area. There was a little dining room table as well. Upstairs there were multiple bedrooms with pretty comfortable beds and pillows. The bathrooms were also nice and the showers were powerful which is always a huge plus at any hotel. It also had a really nice pool area with a neat little whirlpool section that the kids really enjoyed. Everything was updated and modern so it was very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a dog friendly, kid friendly resort, very close to the downtown area of Moab for easy access to shops and restaurants. This place is perfectly placed and beautifully built. The rooms were clean as were the bathrooms. Room service was very nice about taking all the trash and cleaning up the dishes. I only had one complaint and it was a fairly large one. The mattress in the king bedroom was lumpy and super uncomfortable. I spent 2 nights on it before my back completely rebelled. When I addressed this with the front desk, they offered a mattress topper to even out the lumps and this was a very good solution. I still highly recommend this place and would suggest to review the mattress right away if you have back issues - and it is for this reason I took off one star.

Location A+ I want to share the good first, so I will continue with that. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet at night, everyone respected the quiet and guests were respectful. All the RV spots are pull through so no fighting with your spouse on backing up your camper. - haha. It was nice to have a pool (although they should really extend their hours and stay open later-8pm pool close is too early when the sun is still cooking. Now for the not so good- where to start :( The staff was never around when folks seemed to need them- I always saw people looking for someone who worked there. The women's bathroom was just unreal how gross it was. I truly think the only thing the staff did daily was empty the trash and refill toilet paper and one of the two paper towel dispensers. Never once cleaned or attempted to clean any of the three showers, sinks or toilet's. The little store they have closed nightly at 7, sometimes sooner. Which really wasn't convenient if you wanted a treat after dinner like an ice cream or adult beverage. You really have to plan ahead. We just went to town, but would have rather supported the camp ground and stayed there. Overall - this could be an AMAZING place. Just needs more staff, and a little more TLC- We would go back if we heard of improvements.
