When I had read the review with 1 star I was a little nervous because I had already dropped off my iPhone to be repaired (front & back screen, lock button and volume buttons). I hadn't used the phone yet so those were the things apparently wrong. Anyways I got it back and everyone was wonderful, super friendly and they cleaned the phone inside and out. After I got the phone back after using it for the day I realized the speaker phone speakers were blown and I called to ask how much it would be to get it replaced (since it wasn't on the initial repair list) and they said just bring it in and fix it. She said the phone was warrantied and fixed it in less than an hour. I will be taking my phone there if I am ever in need for a repair again! Reasonable, respectable & good people! Thank you! Brought in my laptop for tuneup. Was considering buying new computer because mine was slow and 7 years old. Employee Jose told me I had good computer and showed me the configuration, and indeed, it was powerful and had the specs of current quality laptops I was pricing at $800+ dollars. He recommended upgrading my hard drive to a solid state drive from the hard drive to radically improve the speed and upgrade to Windows 10 because the Windows 7 version I had would likely not be supported in the near future. I agreed. Jose then installed the solid state drive, Windows 10, and unknown to me also installed software compatible to MS Office 10 to save me $ and even got me a free subscription renewal to my Internet protection software. When I went to pick up my laptop the speed and performance was amazing. It was like I had a brand new high end computer. Best of all, my cost was under $225. Jose did a great job and saved me hundreds of dollars or more that I would have had to spend on a new laptop and software. I took my flash drive to Best Buy because it became corrupted and they were not able to help, but did refer me to M&M Computers. I called M&M and spoke to Jose who was very confident that he had software that could retrieve my files; Jose was awesome at retrieving very important files off my flash drive, and charged me far less than Best Buy's minimum fee of $99. After my computer hard drive crashed I was in need of getting it repaired. Was referred to M&M Computers by a friend. Decided to take my computer to them to see if they could fix my hard drive issue. Within an hour after leaving the computer with them they called me back to advise me the hard drive was not repairable and gave me a few options on getting the hard drive replaced and back to a working computer. I needed a cable for my computer to attach to a special printer, I could have bought one on line but I needed it that day so I called around and they said they had it. When we got over there and walked in the place was a mess with stuff all over the floor everywhere---that I can get over. So I told the guy which cable I needed and he told us to hold on while he found one. He searched around for a few minutes and then walked over and picked up a old used cable off of the ground and said $40.00- then we said "Uh, your burnt dude" and we left. Not only did they swap my screen under the glass (not broken) but the glass was replaced with a knock off option. MY PHONE NEVER WORKED PROPERLY AGAIN! If you want a quality repair don't come here. I had broken glass on my phone, and had took it in to get repaired. The glass on my phone was cracked but useable I just didn't want to deal with it. The glass they put on was incredibly uneven, there was adhesive tape sticking out the sides, glue residue all over the phone, and there was a spot under the glass. I finally negotiated a refund, (after they threatened to call the cops on me) if they put my phone back to the way it was with a broken screen. Let me describe the condition I got the phone back in, the glass was so broken and missing in so many pieces and still falling off, all buttons along the button of the phone were exposed. If you turned the phone upside down the entire screen would come apart and the only thing holding it together was the connection of the LCD screen to the mother board. Needless to say it went directly into a sandwich bag until i could get it repaired. After having my phone repaired by another company I can say for sure that my phone is not in the condition it was when i brought it into the store. The front facing camera was also broken, which I had repaired, the earpiece goes in and out and need to have headphones on hand to take calls just in case, and every small bump to my phone (even putting it down on the table) will cause the phone to restart. If your electronics are your life, know that it won't be cared for here, take it somewhere else. read more

Got my phone fixed here 4 times.....2 out of 4 times they did a great job. The the 3rd time the screen started to delaminate but I assumed it was my fault. The 4th time I get it fixed and it does it again I take it back and pay the 50 dollar charge to get it fixed and now a week later it does it again and the phone isn't working properly..... Very poor craftsmanship and then he has he audacity to tell me the phone is bent..... Will not be returning as a customer ever again read more

Broke my hinges on laptop. Bought the part on ebay but it was too complicated to put it on myself. Took hinges here and they put them on for me $60 but I also had a replacement screen for iphone5 I had no use for and the guy traded me for store credit which I put towards the laptop. I brought in my broken screen S4 and they quoted me a fair price and said it would be done in 2 hours sharp. I left and came back exactly in 2 hours and it WAS DONE! Very friendly and quick to checkout. I was worried becasue of some of the poor reviews but I asked and they don't pay Yelp so who knows if the bad reviews are legit. very horrible service i went in with an ipad 2 for them to fix the power button stuck and screen that is coming apart from the seal all around the iPad. I had fix my crackd screen here prior to this incident so i figured they would fix it with out no problem since they were the ones that didnt glue it on right. So I dropped it off and the next day i call to see if it was done and the guy said yes. He had said he would call me which he didnt. As soon as i go in and get my ipad first thing i look at is the button. Its still pushed in and he said they arnt 100 percent perfect then i look at my ipad in general and my screen has glue on the inside screen the screen lift from the bottom with scrapes and dent on all four corners. Then i tell him that its worst then i had brought it in and he starts tellin me that he has nothin but american workers and starts being disrespectful and calling out names to me. Then trys to snach the ipad from my hands and almost nocks me down so i call the cops and hes in the store saying all sorts of things like im not paying and im trying to steal my own product. So let me brake it down im not going to pay for something that he did not do at all and made it even worst. I waited for the police while he said he was going to go home and the dispatcher advised me to take him to court for the damages he did to my ipad. He washed his hands by leaving trying to threatend me for the work he did on my ipad he was going to take me to court and i said go ahead u made the damage and it could be proven if i take my ipad some were else to be fixed. So im stuck with an i pad that doesnt have a button and the screen is lifted on the corners and all four corners are damaged the screen has spotted ink in the middle as well. please people I advise you do not go to this store. He is racist rude and very unprofessional im not sure if hes the manager but he sure did act like it. read more

I took my desktop to them a little over a month ago to have it checked out. I was told my video card sensor was bad which caused my video card to fail. He gave me two options about the video cards they had and he suggested the faster one and I agreed. He installed it and I picked up the computer later that day. Last night I started experiencing video card issues when I was playing a game. When I was checking my specs this morning I noticed the video card was a downgrade to the original one I had which surprised me. I called them this morning to find out if that video card they installed was a new or used one. He looked up my records and he told me they just replaced my CPU and never touched my video card. The word CPU never came up in any conversations. I know what card I had in there prior and know they installed a video card. I feel this new problem should be under warranty. I am not paying another 99.00 for them to inspect it when they should stand behind their work. I will not use their business again. read more

Could not be more pleased with the service here! After my husband tripped over my laptop cord (he's a klutz) my computer wouldn't charge. I started to have a major panic attack because I have an exam coming up in 3 days and ALL of my study material is on my laptop. I brought my computer in to M&M today and within 1 minute the man - who I'm assuming is the owner - diagnosed the problem and told me the computer needed a new port. At first he said he'd have to order the part and that it would take 4 days and I told him I couldn't wait that long because of the previously mentioned test looming over my head. He said he'd do his best to come up with the part, and sure enough when I called a couple hours later to check in they were just finishing up the repair. I was able to pick up the computer on my way home from work and can get back to studying. The man also said it couldn't hurt to have a new power cord as well so he threw one in for free! Total turn around time was about 6 hours and the cost was $129. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs fast computer repair! read more
