The experiences were like night and day. On October 1, the driver was dressed well, greeted us, asked what we were celebrating, always double check that everyone was on board, walk to the bus and showed us everything we had access to, and was a genuinely enjoyable person. Last night, barely acknowledged, the lights on the inside of the bus, we're not Bright you couldn't see each other... The speakers in the front didn't work, the music worked for about 20 to 30 minutes of the entire trip. The driver was wearing earphones in his ears while driving so when we wanted him to try and fix the radio we had to tap his shoulder... He really couldn't figure it out and tried to restart the whole bus system a couple of times, but didn't care at all that it didn't work. This would've been better to rent 2 to 3 Uber excels to drive our group around because the bus experience was nothing but a bus ride. I'd like to add that the person that help me schedule and set up the night was wonderful... This was very much driver and bus function issues... He also shared that their other bus was stuck on the side of the road with a party not working. Eeeks.

They constantly charged my companies card without going over details (and when I inquired about an additional bus, they took the liberty to reserve the buses for me charging my card for a deposit on two buses I did not confirm. They are attempting to not send signed contracts over that the driver had day of, and for the other four drivers which were blank contracts! They did not adhere to our bus schedule and charged me for an additional half hour for a 2 minute time differential that resulted from their driver leaving late. I received multiple reports from coworkers that the drivers were honking at cars and going above the speed limit. Every customer service rep I spoke with or emailed; including the owner, were extremely rude and even tried to tell me the day before that they weren't going to follow our bus schedule after we had already paid in full. The drivers were given incorrect pick-up locations and times until I personally texted them all the pickup address and bus schedule despite having emailed and confirmed details over a month ago with the owner. The owner is terrible at managing a business and employees; several drivers texted me telling me that I would need to bring them gratuity in cash when the gratuity was already paid for each driver via credit card. Now that I am requesting contracts be sent over, the owner is on a week vacation and her stand in does not know how anything works. I am appalled and will never recommend them to anyone!

Anyways, very long story short, there wasn't any music on the bus we got for our wedding. The driver reported that it was broken but the company stated it was working when they checked so I'm not entirely sure what happened. I then had a difficult time getting any follow up from a specific person afterwards to express my dissatisfaction so I ultimately left the situation with a bad taste in my mouth for this company. But a little while later, the owner of the company personally reached out to me personally to apologize for any negative experience that I had and said that they pride themselves on customer service and wanted to make it right. I was not expecting this and ultimately had chalked it all up to a loss and bad experience initially. I'm amazed that any company would care enough for their customers to follow up even after I had already gotten nowhere with one of their employees, to apologize and wanting to make it right. They didn't have to do that and I'm shocked they did but it's clear they really do care about the experience and services they provide to their customers. Our chauffeur was actually extremely nice and polite throughout the entire trip and I had only good things to say about this company, at first. I noticed I was charged an additional $75 on my credit card with no explanation from the company or breakdown of expenses (an email would have been nice). I emailed John, an employee, and inquired about these charges. I was simply wondering if something had been broken, etc. He replied stating that the company states in their contract they can charge upwards of $100 for "glass and mirror cleaning." He stated because the bus driver said my group was very polite and careful the company decided to only charge me $75. His exact statement in my email is a $75 charge because of "handprints and fingerprints on the glass and mirrors." Seems like an excuse to scrape out as much money as possible don't you think? Beware of this company unless you plan on spending an additional $75-100 at which case, this place is very overpriced then.

The stripper pole in the middle was not classy and lit up like it was in the pictures but dirty and stained which we were not a fan of.
